Owner stole my money. Prepaid for 4 nights. Stayed one night and asked money back. Beyond crap place

Nothiing. BIG ALERT- TAKE THIS PROPERTY OFF BOOKINGS.COM

Arrived and waited about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to open despite confirming arrival time The person who opened didnt even greet The room given was certainly not the one provided or outlined here in the booking Room was painted with dark walls Tap was leaking Most unhygienic place ever with white pebbles around the shower Walked to front of building at pool and mistook the staff quarters for a building site as it was so terribly untidy from the front. Was blamed by the owner for snooping around staff quarters. Didnt go near it just walked to pool. Bad PR from owner No privacy for guests as staff quarters overlook pool Room looks into a wall- there is not even a pot plant Table was not laid at breakfast Requested butter from staff and wasnt event brought on plate - just by hand No management oversight Staff not trained in hospitality Old pipes lying next to property. Pictures are totally misleading and not a true reflection of the hotel Requested my money back over 6 times . Was offered an executive suite- wouldnt take it as the place is crap, the staff are unfriendly, the owner dishonest and I have sent Bookings.com over 8 messages to get my money back, politely requested my money back from owner. Bookings.com should take this property off as it does not screen the properties it advertises. This is NOT a boutique hotel. All the things i mentioned are even listed on other Tripadvisor reviews I find online so Bookings.com should really do due diligence before listing properties

Good and private place for travelling couple especially short stay

I paid online and they made me pay again at the facility.

I struggled with entry into the facility at night, phones weren’t answered as well

The facility needs proper maintenance and a consistent standard of cleanliness. The manager needs to acquire some manner

Location

The room was obviously filthy and when raised with the manager, she was exceptionally rude. I don’t believe that the the bedding was changed post the previous visitors’ stay and the chairs and carpets were stained and sticky to the extent that I did not want to place my clothes on any of the surfaces. Later, we were provided with a clean room. Unfortunately, only after the manager was shouting at us and insisting that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the hygiene of the room.

the location of the property, walking distance to the beach. I love the shower and how big is their bathroom.

I didn’t like the bed. they seemed like old beds not comfortable. and they can improve on the breakfast especially their juice is not 100%

Martie the Manageres is the most kind and concerned lady who ensures you are comfortable and enjoying one stay. Thank you Martie.

Perhaps vary the hot breakfast menu. Change the cereal varieties. Else all good.

the room were ok, on the picture it looked like it's two rooms but when I got there it was one room with double and single bed

I didn't like their breakfast, the yoghurt was Danone. They used Rama instead of butter. They had limited options of breakfast. What really irritated the most was people making noise at night, they were drunk raving the cars and one of them ended up scratching our hired car..intentionally so. The scratch looked like someone took something and draw a line on the car. Now I have to pay extra for the car rental. I will never go stay there again. I'm so mad I don't even know what to say

I would not recommend this to anyone

There was not much to like besides the establishment location being close to the beach

We booked for three nights but was disappointed with the room on arrival and they couldn't help to change the room. The room is as basement room with the most terrible shower/toilet/bathroom - the bathroom was not clean and the shower did not have a curtain / cubicle /door - the floor had four paving slabs with pebbles in between. We reluctantly stayed the night and and checked out the next morning after breakfast - who serves breakfast with a raw slice of tomato - bacon was terrible and beans looked uncooked from the can. They attempted to change my room in the morning but the other rooms are also just as bad. We checked out after our 1st night stay of our three night reservation.

Difficult especially because I needed to work and could not send out emails

Breakfast was ok, not the best, and the location is a bit awkward because of the difficult in turning inside once youve entered the gate. I would suggest that the gate be opened near where you enter next to the road and the whole drive way to the gate be converted to parking

Wifi was not working, and there was a serious problem with network in general. Absence of DSTV

My Stress relieving getaway

Closest to the beach it's actually a walking distance. The room is spacious, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was 😋. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good spirits.

Toilet needs to be demacated and /or covered 😒

Great location, pity about the beds

Friendly staff. Excellent bathroom facilities. Convenient location - easy walk to the beach

Thin curtains with bright outside light & very poor quality beds made sleep difficult. No bathroom door. No inside desk / table. No bedside lamps. No convenient plug points for charging. More low budget timeshare than hotel
