The neighborhood Heritage and protected by Unesco, The house is located in the famous Rua de San Pedro, one of the most charming neighborhoods of the old town of Santiago de Compostela, in the French way and 5 minutes from the cathedral. The neighborhood consists townhouses, Galician traditional construction. Your daily on the street is slow and transmits peace and tranquility to the passerby. It is next to Museum of Contemporary Art and Museum of the Galician and Park of San Domingos de Bonaval, excellent location to forget about the car. A few minutes walk away is the cathedral and area restaurants and pubs. Ideal for visiting all the monuments of Santiago and enjoy its lively streets, splendid cuisine and nightlife. Near the Auditorio de Galicia and Campus South. Ideally located to leave Santiago to the main cities and the wonderful Galician beaches just 30 minutes, and the route of Albariño Rias Baixas. Near Santiago there are beautiful hiking trails as Fervenza da Toxa with one of the highest waterfalls in Galicia, the route of the Camellias by visiting magnificent Pazos, or a climb to Monte Pedroso to enjoy magnificent views of Santiago . Do not hesitate and start your day off in this amazing city Getting around The bus station is approximately 600 meters. The train station 15 minutes. The airport is 9 km. Taxis, buses and shuttle to / from the airport are located in Plaza Galicia ... three minutes. The nearest parking is expensive but Belvis Parking only 8 euros a day and is a 10 minute walk. La casa está muy bién y es muy acogedora. Tiene patio y jardín, llevé a mi mascota una golden retrevier y se adaptó muy bien. Hay dos supermercados cerca. Está a 10 minutos de la catedral.

We had a wonderful time. The property is very charming. Bed is super comfortable and shower is great. There is a little garden completely private with tables and chairs. It’s 2 minutes away from the city center and close to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Oscar

My wife and I, along with another retired couple, included a two day stay in Santiago as part of a two week trip to Portugal. Oscar's house was more than adequate for us. It is well equipped in an ideal location. The second bedroom and half bath are in a separate structure behind the main house. We had a question about operating the oven and someone came by to help less than an hour after we sent an email to Oscar. Overall, a fine place to stay.

Perfect location - easy walking distance to all the major sights, and to a parking lot if you have a car. The house was clean and comfortable, including basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The setting was very quiet at night.The second bedroom/living room is in a small separate building. Ricardo and Oscar were very responsive and helpful from start to finish - we were very grateful that they let us drop off our luggage several hours before our official check in.

Loved the little house and designer touches, only 5 mins walk before you are in the historic area. The house was very clean, the bed comfortable, the towels fluffy and white. Kitchen well equipped but a kettle would be good. There are plentiful places to eat close by and great shopping. Walking through the lanes and hearing the church bells ringing was magical. From here we are catching the bus to Porto, the bus terminal is only a10 minute Walk from the property ( you have to get your tickets at Alsa near the pilgrims office beforehand) Thank you, we really enjoyed your home :)

As comfortable as my own home

By far this was the best experience we have had with a vacation rental. The place was just like the pictures, clean and stocked. We were left pastries for morning. The owner Oscar went out of his way to answer all of our questions including great local hangouts where we could enjoy with our dog. When the people who stayed at the place before us left something behind, Oscar came out to pick up the glasses and tis gave us a chance to meet him personally. He was just as charming and helpful giving us great advice about Santiago and locations close. If ever visiting again we will look no further. This was the perfect place for us to stay and we can't wait to come back.

Casa muito bem decorada, confortável e funcional com tudo o que precisa para a estadia. Perto do centro histórico, 10 minutos a pé da catedral. Parque estacionamento municipal com tarifas reduzidas (24h 7 €uros) a 5 minutos a pé. Muito perto de um supermercado, padaria e frutaria (2 minutos). Num raio de 500 metros tem uma serie de bons restaurantes. O proprietário deixa-nos completamente á vontade e está disponível para esclarecer qualquer dúvida. Aconselho a utilização do GPS para chegar á rua. Recomendo
