Main TV did not work, texted management, they ask if I wanted it fixed. Said yes please, no one ever showed up, we were there for 4 days. Very sparsely equipped. Tissue container was empty, no cleaning products, no extra trash bags. Would not stay at this unit again, but maybe they are all like this. Ask to put some items in the refrigerator 45 minutes before check in, they said no even though it was already clean, saw the cleaning people leave.

Older dated property. Professional manager would not refund a $28 lost item fee 15 minutes after initial call. After fees this was over $400 per night. We thought it poor value for a place with no screens an an odour.

Loved the short drive to Duval St. The condo had a kitchen, cute balcony, two bedrooms and two separate baths as well as a washer and dryer. I believe the couch is a pull out too. Great for families or groups. Loved that there was more than enough toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap and dish wading bags. Very useful! Negatives, found a bug in the bathroom, but it is Florida. No tissues in the tissue container in the bathroom and the extra toilet paper was hiding that. The bathroom with the washer and dryer barely had any counter space and the space there was, was above the toilet. There’s a piece of art in there and if it were owned by me I’d take that out and put two empty shelves. The condo is also right beside the airport and it can be loud at times, but didn’t stop me from sleeping at all. The people staying above us were very loud. Over all, very cute place. Excellent communication from the Vacasa workers the entire time. They definitely deserve a shout out or raise! Made checking in and out extremely easy.
