Kim was a great communicator and graciously flexible by giving us an early check-in to accommodate my daughter’s wedding plans and our weather concerns. She left us a gift of local granola and the frig was stocked with water along with several other items.
The condo was located close to the wedding venue (another + since a winter storm was forecasted) and also in a safe area of town. Unfortunately it is an older 2nd floor unit in a 3 floor building, so we could hear the people above us at times, especially early mornings. The guest shower is small, especially for a tall person. The kitchen is narrow but provided essentials for us to reheat food we brought. Liked the keypad lock for easy check-in.

Great place to come to after a day of fun in the snow.

It is a very simple property with all the amenities you need -kitchen, bathrooms, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable. Easy parking. Not far from campus. We would use this again.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a rainy, chilly and windy weekend. This lovely condo was great. Well supplied, comfortable beds and warm. Perfect. Only issue there could be was flight of steps going up to the door in case someone has walking issues.

I liked that it was homey. Would definitely stay again.

Came in for the weekend, family wedding at the blowing rock. Stunning area and lots to do maybe our next trip. Kimberly was helpful and responsive quickly.

This is in a very convenient area to downtown Boone and is a good launching pad for area attractions. We were honestly not there much, but when we were, we found the cable and Internet to be excellent. Beds were super comfy!
The only thing to be aware of is that the stairs are steep and may be difficult for some.

Condo is exactly as advertised and has all the comforts of “home”. It was a perfect location for moving my son into his dorm! Appreciated the personal touch from the owner including a welcome note and candy :)

It was so nice to have this time away with my daughter who plans to transfer to ASU in the next few years. We had common space in the living room and our own bedroom and bathroom spaces. Easy access to downtown and the university and comfy accommodations. Thankful for the washer and dryer so we left with clean clothes! Highly recommend! Planning to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked with things we needed. Very clean and quaint. Beds were comfortable. We did not need AC because of the cool mountain breezes. Neighbors were nice and lots of parking. The stairs to the condo were a little sketchy, but the owners don't have any control over that. WiFi was super as well as cable access. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Also, very convenient to campus.

I was in Boone for my daughter’s graduation and was traveling with other family members. It was so nice to have the extra bedrooms and living space so that we could all stay together and spend our short amount of time together. The host was amazing! Everything you could possibly think to need in regards to toiletries was provided, and she also included a very thoughtful welcome letter, and a few treats. It’s located in the heart of Boone which made literally everything so convenient and time efficient. The unit was clean, and well organized. We were asked to bring pigs in a blanket to one of the graduation parties, and everything we needed was in the unit, apart from the food. I’m extremely pleased with my stay.

My wife booked. When I reviewed the pics was thinking something different. Was really nice with extra touches not expected. Welcome bag with granola, bowl of Kit Kats, cake dish with assorted sweets. Was very relaxing environment and I have to say I never write reviews.

Thanks this place was spacious, very clean and comfortable. However, some people may find the access stairs steep and they seem to be missing one step. It smelled like cigarettes in the living room but not anywhere else in the condo. Great location convenient to anything related to ASU.

Clean & cozy TH with everything you need for a short stay. Very convenient location close to App State and downtown Boone and also a stone’s throw from hiking trails & Grandfather mountain. Would have been nice to have a TV in both bedrooms but perfect otherwise. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful time staying here! It is in the perfect location for visiting my daughter at APP St! The condo is adorable, clean and cozy. Kim was kind enough to leave us a welcome gift and a card with her number in case we ran into any issues but there were none! We had a great weekend and I would definitely stay here again!

I booked this rental to stay with my daughter, an APP student, after a tonsillectomy. It was less than 2 min from her apartment and 5 from the doctor/hospital. We had everything we needed and Kim was quick to respond to me when I needed to extend my stay. I did purchase tvs for our stay since the ones available weren’t smart.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at your establishment. Everything was neat and adequate. We did not have a single complaint except for the people who were in the room above us. At times they were so rowdy they caused the ceiling to shake and the ceiling fan to appear as if it were going to fall. They also liked to keep very late hours. I know this is out of the host's control but this was our only negative experience during our stay.

We had reservations one year in advance for our granddaughter’s college graduation. Entrance instructions did not match written instructions. Spent over an hour trying to reach someone from VRBO.. Actual housing was somewhat run down. Had to find alternate last minute arrangements for a college graduation. In a small City. Cost for a 3 nite stay in a nearby town turned out to be several thousand dollars. There was no where else. Very disappointed..
VRBO did refund our money. Thank you.

Only 2 complaints: 1) beds need replacing hard as a rock. 2) upstairs neighbors are really loud stomping around
