The apartment was lovely and all the beds were extremely comfortable. The terrace was a bonus (though lots of stairs to get up) and we ate breakfast and had evening drinks up there. The bathrooms were modern. The location can literally not be beaten, we were so central (in old town) and everything is a five minute walk away. Carolina was extremely accommodating in terms of check out time and we had a wonderful holiday and will doubt return to Sicily again.

This is a lovely property right in the tourist heart of Palermo. It just couldn't be in a more central position. It's a quirky apartment with it's two upstairs rooms built into the roof; clear to see on their photos. The bedroom in the roof is a bit short of privacy because it's only separated from the kitchen by a screen. We were there in July and we spent most of our time on the roof terrace which is a great asset. Carolina was brilliant and got most of the formalities done before we arrived. She was very flexible over check-out and check-in times to fit in with out travel arrangements. The only downside is that the pedestrian street is a bit scruffy which means that the view out of the front windows is of a derelict building which is only about three metres away. Don't let that put you off though: this is a great place to stay, plenty of room for everybody (we were a party of six) and immaculately clean. I would not hesitate to book it again if we ever return

The owner, Vito and his mother, Carolina, are very helpful. The flat is at the heart of the city, perfect when you do not own a car !

Lovely apartment in great central location. Near to sites, shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with plenty of towels. We especially loved the roof top terrace which is a real sun trap even in April! The apartment is spacious and actually looks even better than the pictures. There was 10 of us and plenty of room for us all. Carolina Was lovely and easy to contact should you need any information. We had a great stay and would highly recommend a stay here. Great find!
