Nettes Hotel mit 2 Pools

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die beiden Pools waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön angelegt. Das Bad war großzügig und sauber. Vom Restaurant aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. In Laufnähe gibt es keine Restaurants Bars oder Supermärkte, man benötigt für alles einen Roller.

Overall we were really happy with our stay!

We loved the pool with the view of the sea! 😍 Loved our room & the A/C helped a lot with the heat! The staff were super friendly & helpful! They organised a scooter & taxi for us & a mantaray snorkeling trip!

We did not have a lot of hot water & showered cold most of the time & the food at the Ocean Blue restaurant wasn’t too great.

Great place and very nice staff

Amazing property and very very nice staff. I had the family suite which is I think the best suite they have and it was amazing. Big room, beautiful balcony, quiet, great view on the ocean and swimming pool. Good food and cheap. For few days I felt like a queen!

No housekeeping service if you stay longer than one night. Replacement of coffee bags and water would be good. Since it is quiet expensive I think this could be an aspect to improve.

L’accueil est top ! La vue de la chambre vue mer est whaou … les deux piscines sont un +++ Il est facile de se déplacer à partir de chez eux pour faire Diamont beach et Kelingking

Die Zimmer sehr schön. Die Lage sehr schön

Defekt im Bad . Wurde trotz mehrmaligen auffordern nicht repariert . Unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant . Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen . Essen war sehr enttäuschend. Wurden krank nach ersten Abendessen . Frühstück 1 Getränk 1 Mahlzeit . Wo gibt es sowas noch ??? Massage mit ständigen Nachrichten der beiden Damen sehr störend und es wurde auch noch geschrieben neben der Massage Leider würde ich kein 2. mal buchen

Relaxing and friendly stay with beautiful staff and spectacular views.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean, the views are amazing and the food is delicious.

I would have liked hand rails on the stairs please.

Great stay

The stay is Amazing, great pool, nice AC to have cause it gets very hot. Also nice and helpful people. Would definitely recommend. Also very nice breakfast

It was a nice place, however the pictures are a little outdated and do not represent the current situation.

It was quiet.

There was no way of getting to the restaurant in the rain without getting soaked (it rained the whole time I was there).

To be isolated in a sea front hotel

* spacious superior room * staff at the restaurant / bar

* electricity ⚡️ power cut the 2 evenings we spend there . It meant no light , no wifi but also no water 💦 …. Annoying when you come back from the beach and a full day trip.. to go to bed with salt and sand No compensation / no discount proposed … we were said the cut was for the all island which was not true as we came with motorbike from a bar at 6km where all was ok * not really helpful for taxi , wanted to charge 200k rp to ask a taxi to pick us up from harbour , while all taxi agreed for 150 or less to take us . The marketing team in charge on WhatsApp to help us read our message but did not answer is the second day … still waiting . Also we had no cash left so we asked them to pay the taxi and charge us on the room so we can pay by card ( other hotel agreed in Bali and Gili) but they refused * room was a bit oldish , doors 🚪 not closing well. A * location is not very convenient cause you need almost one hour due to the traffic to come from the harbour … and then it is located far from diamond beach and far from kelingking beach . So better to choose a hotel close to one of this 3 spots road is splitting the property on 2 The hotel is sea front but there is no beach and no way to swim

It is necessary to have a book a driver or rent a motorcycle to visit the beach and restaurants

The sunrise view was good from the hotel.

No phones in the room, for any requirement a person has to go to the reception and call somebody. You cannot turn on the AC and hair dryer together, the electricity gets disconnected. And then it takes min. 20 mins for someone to repair. The room was not as per our expectation. We had booked a car and driver from the hotel for our Nusa Penida tour. The hotel gave us an inexperineced driver, who just could not drive in hilly areas. The car stopped in the middle of a slope while travelling. He could not drive, other drivers had to come and help him start the car. He was accelerating so much that the engine become hot and their was smoke coming out from the bonnet. We had to cut short our tour. We had booked 6 places. Visited only 2. Could not risk our lives in a foreign country.

worst experience

location and view is quite good and pleasant

i would like to inform you very sincerely..the staff on reception (Lady) was very harsh and had a bad approach with us. she is the worst in the resort and given the room was ac not working and power supply gone twice and first refused to give another room, finally the owner came and provided a new room I am completely disappointed and informing all of you please don't go there.
