Situated in Bokeelia, this lovely house for $144 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Cozy 2 bedroom /1 bath home on a quiet residential street - less than a block to public boat ramp. The ramp is Lavender's Landing and owned by Lee County. Put your boat, kayak or canoe in the water. Each bedroom (1-queen & 1-full ) includes a sizable bureau & closet to stash your stuff. Amenities include a 42" flat-screen TV & WiFi. We just ungraded to Quantum Fiber which is fiber optic internet. Very fast. New kitchen, with granite countertops and appliances. Dining area off the kitchen and a comfy living room. Sliding doors lead out to a private fenced patio equipped with a nice new gas grill & Tiki Hut to get out of the sun. This is a great location for boating & fishing or just to get out on the water. This cozy house is less than a block to the county boat ramp at Lavender Landing & just minutes to Four Winds Marina (full service). Available rentals include power-boats, kayaks, paddle-boards & more. You'll also be within walking distance to Jug Creek Marina (a working fish house) where you can purchase off-the-boat fresh fish and shrimp. They will even clean and filet your fish while you watch. Pineland Marina is also just a few miles away where you can book a scenic ride on Tropic Star - the ferry to Cayo Costa State Park. There are 2 restaurants close by - Lazy Flamingo at Four Winds Marina and Captain Con's at the North end of the Island. Both restaurants are on the water. There is a great fishing pier in front of Captain Con's that is one of the best places to watch the sunset. Perfect property for avid kayakers as the boat launch is right down the street. Really appreciated the welcome basket & use of the bikes. Very quiet neighborhood. Hope to be back in the future!

Matt and Nancy welcome you to Pine Island with a beautiful house and a great location. The house has everything you need during your stay including a wonderful Welcome basket. The patio is a great place to unwind after a day of siteseeing or fishing from the nearby piers. There are many excellent restaurants nearby or you can cook your own meals. This was our second trip in 6 months and we will definitely return. And the new mattresses are very comfortable. Thank you again, Matt and Nancy for opening up your little piece of paradise to us! This was a cute house and the island is really neat! We enjoyed our time here. Spacious bedrooms and it was clean. Love having the washer and dryer and there were bikes and a kayak to use as well. Owners were responsive and available if needed. Would definitely aren’t stay again!

As this was our first time renting through VRBO, we weren’t sure what to expect, but everything on this listing was as advertised. The accommodations were comfortable and well stocked for our arrival. We had a wonderful time enjoying the friendly laid back island community and neighbors, along with the close access to the water and local attractions. You are definitely on “Island Time” while there and the hosts were awesome, very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend it. Leo and Pat
