Right from the start the process was brilliant. Ryanair changed departure time so lost a day and delays at the airport over 2 hours but Uwe was there for us when we landed.
The villa exceeded expectations and was perfect location for everything. The pool was a massive hit and the beach on yoir doorstep.
Couple of things that will help those visiting...
1. The supermarket is a walk of 10 to 15 mins (Dialprix) or taxi if want slightly larger one. However, both have an app and deliver straight to the door no issues. We used this service and was brilliant.
2. Out the front there is a cupboard full of inflatables, balls, snorkel etc. We added to this as well.
3. There is a Churros and waffle van of an evening til late and is amazing. Walk to the right and the end of the walkway up the small hill and he is there.
4. There are lots of electeic scooters around. Download the app and locate to use.
5. Read the welcome book its very useful.
Other than that we will be booking to come back 100%.

A group of 10 stayed for a relaxing week mid holiday. The pictures do not lie. It is right across the road from the beach.
The house is fully kitted out in the kitchen, bar, lounge, bbq area. It suited us perfectly as a place hang out, bbq and people watch on the beach.
We could wander down for a coffee, or a mojito in the afternoon.
Keeping the doors opened created a great breeze- even in the hottest week on record. Supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away, or you can get it home delivered. Nothing but good things to say about this villa

There were 8 adults, 1 child and 2 babies and there was plenty of room to socialise. in the lower ground floor was a triple room and a single room with communal area and a bathroom. On the first floor were 4 double rooms with 2 bathrooms. plus another loo in ground floor and 2 outdoor showers for finding sand and sun lotion off. 3 outdoor dining areas (1 with BBQ which is where we had breakfasts)1 indoor dining area and plenty of lounge space and a bar area. Also extremely well equipped kitchen. There was a trolley on wheels to use for shopping at the supermarket which was useful. Sandy beach, restaurants and bars were no distance at all. We had a great time

We stayed for a week and loved everything about this villa! It’s perfect for a large group and has everything you need! The place was spotless and the villa is beautiful! The rooms are all clean and well sized and all the bathrooms work well and we never had any issues with water pressure or temperature even when more than one shower was being used.
I highly recommend this villa and we are definitely looking at booking it again. Matt was fantastic and the communication throughout was brilliant and he supplied so much information for us about the area and places to go, and when you get to the villa there is even more information for you!

Finally, we were able to take a family holiday outside of School Hols. The children are grown up and some have boyfriend's (they came to)
What a great villa. There were 7 of us. There was so much room, we spent a lot of time together and yet never felt like we were on top of each other.
The only thing that lets the place down is "there's not enough places to sit"
Joking or course. 12 dining chairs, bar stools, seating and table near the bar, 4 double/triple sofa's around the tv area and plenty of sun loungers on the terrace and pool side.
The villa has a great vista overlooking the beach and out into the Med.
We decided not to rent a car. The nearest supermarket is a short walk away approx 1km and it's uphill. However that makes it easier to get the shopping back...it's all downhill
Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Check out the welcome pack for best reviews. Can recommend both the Indian and Chinese restaurants btw.
Great communication from the owners before we departed and we used the transfer company that they recommended (also the key holder) cannot praise them enough.
We tend never to go the same place twice, but I would heartily recommend this villa and it's owners. You won't regret it

Lovely Property
The house is as advertised with an amazing location right on the beach, however the area was alot busier than we expected for early June and it was also unusually hot.. Good communication with owners and great support from Uwe. Pool superb. For those needing an easier walk to the shops, La Mata is good. Nice walk along the beachline and you will find two supermarkets, pharmacie and restaurants plus the market on Wed am. Much easier than climbing the hill to Dialprix etc. Favourite restaurant was Vela Beach 2 mins away. Only dissappointment was the BBQ which was in an enclosed patio off the dining area rather than on the terrace over looking the sea. The patio had no breeze so got very hot, we didnt use that area at all. Beware, there are biting insects the master bedroom has no mosquito screen so with terrace doors open over night my sister got bitten to pieces. Rather than have the air conditioning on all night she moved to another bedroom with a screen. We didnt need the downstairs so didnt go down there, too late we found that the downstairs rooms were much cooler. The outside furniture beside the bar would have been nice out on the terrace for a comfy evening drink too.

Denne lejlighed var perfekt til vores familie på 12 personer. Service medarbejderen kom præcis og gav en god introduktion af husets faciliteter. Villaen ligger tæt på stranden og der er dejlige restauranter tæt ved huset. Vi tilbragte det meste af ferien ved poolen og på stranden samt i det rummelige udendørs område med liggestole og grill m.m.

Family holiday
Just got back from an amazing holiday with my family, the villa was outstanding plenty of room for everyone, we were made welcome by Uwe who showed us around and was always on hand if we needed anything. Great places to eat out or have a BBQ. Girls Holiday at Villa Voramar
A fantastic holiday was had by all and made very easy with the help of the Villa owner. Booking was very easy, transfers organised for us, linen & towels supplied as we requested and when we arrived we were met by Uwe who showed us around the Villa and was available throughout our stay if we needed any help/advice.
The Villa itself was fantastic, very spacious, clean, modern, and had everything needed for a great holiday - the pool was amazing and was in constant use throughout our stay.
The location could not have been any better for having everything on your doorstep. The food in the local restaurants was lovely and I would recommend LaFusion along the boardwalk. Other restaurants we tried were Sunset Beach which was fabulous and the Sunshine Thai restaurant was delicious.
We also went to La Mata Street Market where fresh fruit & veg & spit roast chickens went down a treat. Plenty of stalls selling various products and well worth a visit.
All in all the holiday was great and we are planning on returning for another holiday - no complaints from us.

Fabulous luxury villa - Highly recommended!
We had an amazing family holiday at Villa Voramar this summer. The villa surpassed all of our expectations: it is even more impressive than the photographs suggest!
Our group of 11 was made up of 9 adults and 2 teenagers. The layout of the villa meant that there was plenty of room for everyone to eat and socialise together but also plenty of different areas for people to have their own space.
On arrival at the villa, we were greeted by Uwe (the local key holder) who let us in, gave us a tour and in-depth instructions and was full of helpful tips, advice and support during our stay.
The villa is situated right on the beach front and there are a number of excellent bars and restaurants within easy walking distance in both directions. The pool area has seating, sunbeds, a number of inflatables to use and the pool was cleaned regularly during our stay. Although the beach was busy as it was the summer season, the pool terrace provided peace and privacy.
The beach, as well as having great cocktail bars, has a range of water activities - the banana boats were a favourite for our family. Watching the sunrise over the sea in the morning is a must - beautiful!
The villa is spacious, clean, modern and has everything anyone could possibly need during a holiday from the wide array of kitchen equipment to the purple shopping trolley for trips to the supermarket. The bar and extra fridge were well-used during our stay and we enjoyed being able to BBQ.
From initial booking to getting home was a totally smooth process. Matt and Bev were excellent at communicating, sharing their expert knowledge of the area and helping to arrange transfers for our large group. They clearly (and understandably) love their little slice of Heaven in La Mata and want everyone who visits to love it too. Thank you so much - we have already recommended it to a number of friends and definitely plan to be back in the future!

Stunning villa, perfectly located
We stayed in this property for 8 days as a family of 10, ages ranging between 14 and 74. The airport transfers were on time and a very efficient service. We were met at the villa earlier than our allowable check in time and kindly permitted to drop off our luggage whilst the cleaners finished their tasks. This allowed us to pop down and sample the atmosphere of the seafront boardwalk and have a couple of drinks at one of the many good restaurants local to the villa. When we returned, Uwe guided us around the villa giving us clear instructions on security and appliances. The villa was immaculately presented and very well equipped. Lots of space to enjoy both inside and out. The pool was lovely and a welcome facility to cool off during the beautiful Costa Blanca weather. If the sea is more your thing, then walk less than two minutes away from the villa and you are able to enjoy the beautiful sandy beach which very gently slopes into the sea. There are many activities to enjoy on the beach including pedaloes, jet skis, banana boats etc. In addition, there must have been at least six beach bars to enjoy a refreshing drink or some tasty tapas all within 400m of the property. This really was a great place to holiday, villa stunning, location excellent. I would also like to comment that the communication with Matt and Bev, the owners, was very friendly and efficient from the first contact. I'm sure we will be looking to return.

A very nice house with everything you need
We and our 5 adults children + their partners and kids (13 in total) had a great week in La Mata.
The house has 6 bedrooms with good beds. The kitchen is well equipped, there are large common areas, a fine bar and an outdoor area with pool - all of which were great. The location was great - there was a beautiful sea view from the pool area, which sometimes gave the feeling of being alone on a ship, however, there was also a lot to do at the beach front and the beach itself was full of life during the day.
Nice restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and the closest of them are right by the house. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and it was partly uphill on the way to the supermarket. It is big and should have everything you require.
On Wednesday of our visit, there was a market 2.5 km away in La Mata, which was great. There area near the house is great for a nice stroll or even a run. Everything is within walking distance of the house, and it was fairly easy to get there from the airport with a shuttle, so we didn't need a car. However, there are spaces for parking, if you want to have car, while you are there.
All in all, a huge recommendation of the house from us.

Amazing Amazing Amazing
Had the most fantastic time at the beach front villla. It has everything you could possibly need and more. From the bedrooms to the bar. From the patio to the pool. What a great setting for a family / friends holiday. Old and young had the best time. From first enquiry to airport transfer on going home nothing was too much trouble. The sunrises are amazing. We were a large party of 11 and you can still find your own wee space if you want some alone time. Lots of nice places to eat nearby and too enjoy the odd refreshment or two. We all absolutely loved this villa. It was comfortable, social and modern.
We we're a family of 10 staying here for a week.
We had a great time here. We heard no noise from any neighbours, it is gated so quite private. As the villa is at the end of the street and overlooking the sea, there wasn't a great amount of road traffic, so it was really quiet, especially at night.
The villa itself felt very social. Had the main living area with plenty of seating and its own bar area. Full air conditioning there, but with the main patio open, we generally didn't need to use it. Maybe once during the day when we felt a bit hot, but that's it.
Upstairs there was two bathrooms and four bedrooms. And downstairs I think there's another two bedrooms and bathroom there. And also another lounge area. So there was plenty of space if any of the family wanted some quiet time.
The pool area was nice. Plenty of sunbeds and the pool was a good temp. With it overlooking the sea, it was a great view and a short walk down there. There's a small quiet beach bar that you can see from the pool area, which was decent for an afternoon drink. We were there just as the season was starting I think, as watercraft popped up on the beach on our last day.
For the local area, there's a supermarket about 10mins walk away. On the sea front, there's a few beach bars stretched along. And a couple of restaurants a stones throw away. Vela Beach was our favourite, we had two lovely evening meals there. La fusion we stopped at for lunch which was nice as well. Up the road there is a lovely restaurant called Sunshine that we 100% recommend, it's Chinese/thai/vietmanese. If you go to the beach and go left, there's a nice walk to main La Mata with nice bars and restaurants. Alma is great for a few afternoon cocktails. Torreveija is a short taxi ride away. It's more Spanish and authentic than your typical English tourist places in spain, so we loved it.
One thing to note about La Mata. We actually found the place reasonable in cost. We had a few expensive meals by choice, but overall most things were very reasonable.
Overall great stay, and would recommend 100%.

A lovely bit of luxury right on the beach
The Villa is beautiful. There were 6 adults and 3 children in our party. The Villa was more than we expected. Good location, lots of pool toys and the kitchen was more than well equipped. Lots of English tv channels if it's a chilly evening. Restaurants are in easy walking distance. Matt and Bev are very easy to deal with and the manger Uwe was ready and waiting to show us around when we arrived. We would recommend this Villa. From booking to coming home everything was easy. Spacious, well maintained and in a great location
9 of us stayed in the villa to celebrate a college friend's 60th birthday. Even though it was the first week of October we were blessed with wonderful weather and the villa met all our requirements - big enough to accommodate a large party, with a pool and close proximity to the beach and local amenities.
We did not bother hiring a car and arranged airport transfers through Matt the owner. We also arranged a supermarket shop with the taxi company, topping up daily on perishables like milk and bread at the local supermarket, a 10 minute walk from the villa.
Most of the local restaurants were open and we ate out twice. The rest of the time we eat in. The kitchen was a joy - large and well equipped, with the most amazing fridge any of us had seen. It was warm enough in the evenings to eat al fresco in the internal courtyard.
Three of the group hired bikes from Forest Bikes in La Mata and spent a couple of days exploring the salt lakes and Torrevieja. The rest of us were too lazy and just lounged around the pool.
Would highly recommend the villa for a large party looking to chill out and relax.

Beautiful villa, perfect location!
What a lovely week we had in this beautiful villa! Even though there were 12 of us there was more than enough room as it's so spacious. Very modern and clean throughout too! Perfectly located right on the beach with a supermarket 10 mins walk away with countless bars and restaurants along the beach. Uwe was also really helpful in getting us settled in and showing us around the place as well. We really couldn't have asked for a better base for our summer holiday! Thanks so much Matt and Bev!

Perfect for groups
This villa is even better than described. It iseems very spacious and the kitchen is so well equipped. It is the perfect villa to share with friends. The location is great, right on the beach with 3 great restaurants and fab cocktail bar just a minute walk away. The beach was very busy during the day yet it felt very private and peaceful while sitting out by the pool.
If you are looking for a holiday of rest and relaxation this is your place. We will be back.

The property is in a great situation for beach, restaurants, shops & people watching!!
The villa was spotless & very well equipped with all top of range electrical appliances. Good crockery, cutlery & glasses. Loads of pans but we felt a bit short on large dishes to cook or serve food in. Being able to drink the water was great.
The customer service from owner & manager there was brilliant.their transfer service worked very well & directions given to the villa were spot on.
I would recommend this property to others.
The beach bar at the far end of La Mata, nearly at the end of the board walk was lovely very friendly.
The area although not beautiful was friendly, felt safe & peaceful no noisy restaurants or bars.
