Comfortable and great location

The location and views from balcony are just wonderful! The apartment itself was spacious, clean, well equipped and overall comfortable. It's just near the promenade but faces part of it that is not very crowded, at least at this time of the year. 2 Consum supermarkets are within 5-6 min walk, Mercadona and the bus station are approx 12 min by feet. The host was super helpful as well, explained everything, was reachable easily. At check in we encountered a problem with broken TV and they installed a new one next morning. The walk-in shower is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay.

There were a couple of minor things: the air conditioner was quite noisy when in warming mode; the dining table had one slightly faulty leg (although it did not prevent us from using it, just had to be careful when moving it a few inches); and probably there could be just a little more space on the cooking top. But nothing too serious

Hyvä loma huolimatta asunnon puutteista

Sijainto on erinomainen ja sillä perusteella valitsimme asunnon. Asunto oli tilava, komeroita ja keittiövarustus olivat riittävät.

Asunnon olohuoneessa ei ollut laskutilaa pikkutavaroille. Siellä ei ollut mitään hyllyä, koukkuja tai eteistä, jossa säilyttää kenkiä. Asunto oli pimeä, sillä olohuoneessa ei ollut ikkunaa sivustalla olevan parvekkeen oven lisäksi. Asunto oli meluisa päivisin julkisivuremontin takia. Kaiken kaikkiaan olisi soveltunut hyvin kahta viikkoa lyhyemmälle ajalle.

Kitchen area, felt it could have done with just a little more worktop. The small hob was right next to the sink.

Great apartment in superb location (but currently noisy due to building work)

Apartment was very nicely and stylishly decorated and was immaculately clean. It was spacious and very well equipped. The location was excellent, being only a few yards from the sea front promenade and very close to two beaches.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise during the daytime due to extensive refurbishment works under way on the external facade of the building. There was continual noise from drilling and hammering. This is a temporary issue whilst the work is ongoing, but given the scale of the activities, I would anticipate it lasting for several more months. I think we should have been forewarned about this before making the booking.

good functional appartment in great location.

location was fab, everything you need in an apartment. great Wi-Fi 60mb up and down.

the lifts functioned but 1 was half through referb. sheets were to small. I couldn’t work out how to use the hob

Spacious well equipped apartment on the beach

Excellent location, the apartment is only 1 minute walking distance from the 2 main beaches of Torrevieja, the building is renovated, the property very well equipped even better than described :D

If you arrive by car and want to park near the beach, be prepared it's very crowded, you will have to hunt a parking place.

Cold, noisy , dusty and impossible to park the car, because of the skips in the road outside the apt

Location was not what I thought it would be, it was a North facing room with no sunshine. The apartment block was under a restoration and the noise and work disturbed our stay for the 4 weeks. We should of been told this and we would of changed the booking.

Host was friendly, fair about the disruption during the stay :Apartment nicely decorated and very clean.A really great walk in shower :) I would not hesitate to stay again :) Very good for those less mobile.

Cheap basic accommodation in a good location.

Location and balcony. Good value.

The shower didn’t drain so it was impossible to have two people shower in a row. The pull out bed is very noisy and uncomfortable (even for kids). The elevator is extremely small (3 people) so for a family of 4, one person had always to wait and there was cardboard around the bottom which made me a little nervous. So we took the stairs a lot (7th floor).

Great location close to Sandy beach and numerous small bars and cafes, and it was super clean.

No door in the cupboard in the bedroom, broken toilet brush, missing half of the door form the shower, pan was burned and it was impossible to cook anything on it

Exactly what they described. Nothing was missing everything was perfect. Specially YouTube channel. Smart TV. You can browse anything you want. Everything was perfect.
