Our staff members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of your property, including but not limited to floors, countertops, sinks, faucets, toilets, bathtubs/showers and large/small appliances. We have also added to our regular cleaning the sanitizing of the most touched areas: doorknobs and light switches. Our staff have been provided with gloves to wear when cleaning and handling soiled linens. Due to the 2019-nCoV being a newly emerging pathogen there is no U.S. EPA registered disinfectant currently available on the market with the 2019-nCoV efficacy claim specifically listed on their container label, however, our staff use high-grade/commercial use disinfecting and cleaning chemicals that are effective in stopping the spread of multiple disease and viruses. Linens are laundered offsite at our laundry facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. We are confident that our entire laundry process yields hygienically clean linens Our staff is always trained to use the best hygiene practices. This is our second year to stay at this particular resort, so we knew we would love the location. The layout was great for my wife and I as well as our teenage son and my parents, with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. I was notified the day before we arrived that the washing machine was broken, but the property manager was great and found us a vacant property in which we could wash our clothes while we were there. The resort is constantly being cleaned and every staff member we've ever encountered is super friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was due to an issue I noticed on the last day with the half bath where it obviously didn't get cleaned with the rest of the unit before we arrived. However, I think this was an oversight due to it being an easily overlooked area of the condo.

We had a great time at our three night stay here. The unit itself is sneaky big, so plenty of space for all of us. Loved the balconies off the bedrooms and dining area. Easy access to a great beach and so we spent most of our time outdoor. The unit is furnished with everything you'd need in the kitchen and all was very clean when we checked in. The welcome email was thorough and door code was simple so we were all set to check right in.

Where do I start, OMG - the unit was EVERYTHING!! No complaints at all about this 3 bed/3.5 bath. Shower was HOT a/c was COLD!! 2 combos I must have in my life over 40.

Property was even better than we imagined! The property manager was really responsive and checked on us to make sure everything went well. The condo was well stocked with all the things we needed, clean, and so spacious! Everyone had space for downtime and a large table for dining and games. We’ll definitely return back to Palm Beach!

There were 4 friends in our group. The condo was perfect for us. We each had our own space. We loved the balcony and the view. The beach is beautiful!! The pool was great for us. The only downside was the non working elevator.

This property was absolutely perfect. The view is amazing. The condo itself is huge. 3 bedrooms; 1 king, one with 2 queens and the third has two twins. We had 3 adults, two 18 year olds, one 14 year old and a 4 year old. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom. The kitchen is more then adequate and has everything you need (even a crock pot). The pool is great-there are actually two both are heated. Had no issues letting the big kids go to the beach or pool alone as we could easily see them from the very large balcony. I highly recommend this condo. *bring your own toiletries and detergent etc;

It was such a pleasure to stay here. We had all of the cooking supplies & amenities to make for a comfortable vacation.
You just receive the basic supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc. so you will want to bring some with you. The balcony had such amazing views of the ocean & pool.
The nights were quiet & the condo is close (driving distance) to near by restaurants & grocery stores.

We really enjoyed our stay at palm beach. The condo was a great size and perfect for our family. It was very clean and as pictured/advertised. Only constructive comments would be to maybe add blackout curtains for bedrooms and possibly larger bath towels. Neither of those things would prohibit us from staying again though. Owner/manager even called to check on us. 5/5

It was super clean and much appreciated for that cleanliness. The color scheme was nice and the wall paintings were pretty. Very spacious for our needs (bathrooms and beds). Good view of pool and beach and close by to condo. Only thing was the headboards were rickety and squeaky as well as the dresser drawers (probably a fix or update is needed). Kitchen was outdated, but useful. Overall, a very comfortable and accommodating place to stay. Thank you.

Property is on the quiet end of Orange Beach, which we loved. Close to State Park, beach was great and just a short drive to groceries and dinner.

The condo was newly painted and everything was nice but After being in the condo a couple hours, someone noticed one of the girls feet, they were black, dirty. We had to wash our feet before getting into the bed at night , mostly we just wore shoes.
The shower nozzles we’re dirty, you could see the dirt behind the clear handle.
Ceiling fan had dust hanging off from it I. The master bedroom
Towels were okay but not great and not enough to cover our stay, we did laundry one night.
Overall the place place was nice. We enjoyed looking out over the water.

Would stay again!!
The condo was exactly what was needed for 2 families of 4. It was clean and well maintained. It was exactly as pictured. I was nervous when I saw the outside of the building (they’re doing some renovations) but everything inside was perfect. Although we had some issues with the check-in process, Randy (security) and Mark fixed the issue immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for marathon stay!
My husband ran the Big Beach Marathon so we were looking for a spot that was comfortable for him, me, our two kids (ages 6 and 2), and my parents. We also needed it to be convenient to the trails for spectating the race, The Hangout (where the marathon started and finished) and also due to the surge in Omicron COVID cases wasn’t too crowded. AND we wanted to be able to easily walk on the beach. This was the perfect spot! We were very comfortable here from the perspective of space and access to everything we needed. We plan to visit again when it’s warmer to enjoy the beach in the more traditional sense. Highly recommend!
