Habitation espaciosa, staff amable y buen servicio de airport shuttle.

El hotel cuenta con unas amplias instalaciones, la habitación era bastante amplia y bien distribuida. La cama muy cómoda y espaciosa. Excelente servicio de airport shuttle.

Al entrar a la habitación encontramos un aviso encima del aire acondicionado que decía que estaba fuera de funcionamiento, lo cual no nos agrado pues a pesar de ser Bogota una ciudad con buen clima, justamente en el momento que llegamos hacia calor. Por otra parte las cortinas de la habitación no las pudimos subir pues estaban dañadas y no pudimos disfrutar de la vista.

Ideal zum Flughafen gelegen. Kostenloser Shuttlebus alle 30 Minuten. Moderne, große Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Frühstück reichhaltig.

Der Fluglärm ist deutlich zu hören. Ohrstöpsel sind sinnvoll.

Convienent, clean and good value for money.

The property is located extremely close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The rooms are clean, check in efficient and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

The rooms are a little tired but are still comfortable and perfect after a flight.

Horrible heureusement qu’une seul nuit

Rien à part le fait de la navette gratuite pour l aéroport.

Tout, personnel antipathique, j’ai du moi-même amener mes valises en chambres, araignée dans la chambre, tv ne fonctionne pas. Changer de chambre heureusement. Restaurant impossible de voir la carte dans QR code, cher et nourriture trop cher pour ce qu’il serve. Bref hôtel à éviter pour ma part, je n’y retournerai jamais.

Es la 3 ra vez que nos hospedamos .Las camas son muy confortables,el desayuno delicioso, recepción,personal de restaurante espectacular

Todo muy bien pero cuando se hace la reserva se debe especificar que nos recogen en un punto de encuentro dentro del aeropuerto y no fuera como ponían ,ya que lo hice tal cual me dijeron y el personal encargado del hotel nos puso a esperar una hora aún yo estando con un niño ,decidimos pagar taxi hasta el hotel .

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens

Gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage wenn man nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Bogota hat, und am nächsten Morgen einen Flug hat. Es gibt einen 24h kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum und vom Flughafen. Dieser Service ist gut organisiert und sehr zuverlässig. Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist hervorragend.

Wenn man Pech hat und mit einem vollen Shuttlebus im Hotel ankommt dauert es zum Teil sehr lange bis man einchecken kann.

A great place to stay in Bogotá

Everything as usual: good breakfast, nice and clean rooms, staff pretty kind and helpfull. We always stay there when we are in Bogotá and without any doubt we will continue doing it.

The only inconvenience we had this time was that we could heard everything that was happening in the next room

Good hotel for stopover flights.

The backyard is very nice and the staff is always friendly.

Some facilities are damaged and the rooms are cold. My wife got sick.

Es general es un buen hotel muy cercano al aeropuerto, tiene muy buenos servicios Muy cómodo

En 3 oportunidades que me he alojado allí siempre es muy concurrido y al registrase siempre hay que esperar una fila y solo atiende una sola persona en recepción Además el transporte al hotel en el bus en las 3 oportunidades en las q he ido ha sido ha sido mucha la espera por la cantidad de huéspedes q esperan este transporte

Das Personal war nicht freundlich und unbeholfen! Ich Frühstück Raum war nicht möglich ein kaffe zu bekommen 🙈obwohl das fast 6 Mitarbeiter gab keine war in der Lage die kaffe bestand zu kontrollieren und niemand war in der Lage ein kaffe zu besorgen die 3 Tagen waren genau so keine Zufall! Das Hotel ist schön aber das Personal eine Katastrophe

La ubicación del hotel es super para hacer long layovers. Queda a 5min del aeropuerto internacional de Bogota y tienen free shuttle que pasa cada 30min. El cuarto fue muy cómodo, grande y espacioso.

Para empezar el cuarto estaba un poco sucio, especialmente el area del toilet y el sofa. Están renovando parte del hotel y hacen mucho ruido hasta tarde. Nos quedamos por una escala de 10hrs y estábamos tratando de descansar antes de un vuelo largo en la noche pero no fue posible ya que estaban martillando y taladrando hasta las 7pm. El check-In fue super lento, solo una persona atendiendo. Tardamos mas de 40min solo para hacer el check-in. Llamamos a room service para una leche caliente para el tetero de mi hija y nos dijeron que mejor bajaramos por ella porque de otro modo la leche se enfriaría! Al final mi esposo bajo al bar por la leche ya que room service no es room service.

Nice hotel, unhelpful receptionist.

A modern air conditioned hotel close to the airport. The rooms are spacious with a large comfortable bed and hot powerful showers. Nice courtyard restaurant with a good selection of dishes, although a little bit over-priced. Secure location and handy airport shuttle.

The receptionist who checked us in was disinterested and at points frankly rude (we checked in at about 5.30pm on 13th Jan). For exaple stuck her hand out, "pasaportes", no por favor, or courtesy. But more irritating, she told us our room was across the courtyard and gesticulated towards the bar area. We started to walk that way, but it didn't look obvious and had at least one step. So, I went back to confirm. She ignored me even though I was standing right in front of her and when I finally got her attention she told me that was the way. Later we discovered there was a passage to the right, no steps, no need to go through the bar area! 😡 The restaurant staff however were great.

Der flughafenshuttel hat gut funktioniert.

Ich war etwas erkältet und hatte mich auf eine heiße Dusche gefreut. Was man für 80€ schon erwarten kann. Es gab aber kein warmes Wasser. Als ich die Rezeption anrief und fragte wurde ich in eine Warteschleife gelegt und zehn Minuten dort gelassen. Danach kam nie wieder eine Rückmeldung und ich hab aufgelegt. Finde für den Preis sollte warmes Wasser schon vorhanden sein

Grote, ruime kamers. Dicht bij vliegveld.

Veel vliegtuiglawaai. We hebben er 3 verschillende kamers gehad, maar de bedden waren oncomfortabel. Het leek wel of je direct op de vering lag. Er moet een topmatras op! Tijdens een van onze verblijven is er een waka waka van de kamer verdwenen ...

Una noche feliz en Bogotá

Habitación muy linda y cómoda. Las instalaciones del hotel impecables, hermosos jardines. La cama fenomenal, es una de las características que más cuentan para nosotros. Me encantó que tenían cama para mi mascota. Cuenta con un buen restaurante, comimos con mi hijo, su prometida y un amigo, una buena cena.

Que la plancha no funcionó Que tuve que pagar por mi mascota y realmente en ninguna parte observé que el servicio era pago.

Great hotel for the transit at Bogota airport!

Very good and comfortable hotel for transit in Bogota. Very polite, nice and efficient service at the reception and bar. Good quality of meals. Modern design. A very favorable offer for this standard of the hotel. We took advantage of the driver's service arranged by the reception for about 2 hours to explore a small part of the center of Bogota (we didn't have time for more). The driver was very polite and the price was reasonable. We recommend!

In general terms the stay was peaceful and very comfortable

Facilities are really good

In Booking.com I asked if my partner could check in earlier as she was arriving first given that my flight was delayed, because it was me who was going to pay the stay. However at her arrival to the hotel she had to pay at least one night to be able to enter. So booking.com and the hotel Habitel Prime should have better communication to not get customers confused
