Estancia vintage

La ubicación y las instalaciones. Era el Concepto que buscábamos.

Falta toallas para pies en el Baño, y falta cafetera en la habitación.

El personal muy atento con una muy buena ubicacion, la zona bonita te sientes seguro si o si!

Algo de ruido entre las habitaciones, ademas había un ruido en el baño que era un poco molesto!

Fair for the price

The staff was friendly and attentive, rooms were clean

The bed was making noise and the shower did not have hot water, the handle was broken, old and tiny elevator

Location was ok

The worst hotel that I have stayed at in past 10 years. .... I checked in late, had to wit with others for manager to unlock front door.10 mins ...the roo. Was smelly n musty. I got a sore throat n sick after one night. ...the bathroom had cobwebs n I had to clan it. ...the bed was just a wood platform with a plastic mattress ...the unusual shower type device was not workable without staff help. I checked out after one night. The staff would not provide refund for 3 nights although they agreed with my concerns. They provided an email for their customer service. Twice they gave me a bad email. When I did send an email....I have not received a response I by this review request nooking.com assist in getting $231 for three nights refunded to me. This hotel should not be a booking.com partnet

Bit old but good location

On the outside the hotel looks nice but on the inside its old and not well taken care of. Felt like it wasn't the right fit for me. For a nights sleep was ok but dont expect any more. Good location.

The location was great, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, the property was clean and the front desk staff

The staff and location was great.

No AC and even with a fan our room was super hot. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Some guys need educatin with service.

The staff was friedly and I liked the place and the atmosphere at Virrey park.

Simple thing the staff couldn´t handle. I was told tha my paid hotel breakfast is in a restarant when booking in. In the morning I went there and said the waiter keyword "hotel breakfast", which he couldnt understand. he brought me a breakfast menu with prices. I said him with my limited spanish "Yo page ese hotel" He seemed to uderstand and said I can choose about the options" Afterwards I got a bill for breakfast, because I didnt have a voucher from hotel. The only way the guy at reception and the waiter could handle this was that I had to pay the breakfast and then I could eat also a hotel breakfast, which I didn't. It so stupid to make customer pay when problem was mostly with the waiter just didn't understand a basic thing.

The bathroom was squeaky clean! The bed was super comfortable and the staff very friendly.

The overall room was okay, but we found in the mini bar 2 Coca-Cola's half full.

Breakfast and location very good.

Too much noise, couldn’t sleep well because os this, room with flies, didn’t look very clean, very antique.

location was excellent, near to bars and restaurants. A safety place.

The hotel is located in a Park, so it is too noisy every morning since early, many people talking loud and playing music with microphone and speaker.

Great place to stay in Bogota.

The location is great, in a safe area close to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The staff is really nice and helpful in case you need to leave your luggage before or after check-in. We were probably just lucky but we got a huge room with a jacuzzi-bathtub and a lovely view onto a nearby park.

There was a strange noise coming from somewhere outside, perhaps it was ventilation or something but it was a bit annoying during the night. + the crazy jacuzzi-bathtub had a rather complicated way of operating, so perhaps a little manual on that would be useful

Super cheap, but not very comfortable

Good location close to many restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping.

The bed was very small for the both of us, 1.63m and feet still hanging out of the bed. Small rooms and not the best maintained property.

The hotel is next to a great walking park. - beautiful in the morning & coffee shop Juan Valdez

Plastic under the sheet!!! Some lights are not working. Limited channels on Television - no news.
