Great location! We will definitely stay at this condo again. We came down to St Simon’s to visit a sister with Alzheimer’s and plan on making trips every few months .

My best friend and I came here for Jr/Sr Skip weekend with our girls and it was everything we could ask for and more! Tons of space, everything we needed to cook, wash our clothes, and even towels and chairs for the beach! We wanted to dress up for going out to dinner and our clothes were super wrinkled from our bags after spending the day on the beach. Our iron didnt work and when I contacted our contact for the condo, one was brought to us within 10 minutes. We were able to enjoy our night out and not look rumpled. Convenient to the beach, the shops, and far enough away for peace and quiet. Our little patio outside had Edison lights and it made for a great night after dinner conversation and lots and lots of laughter! I highly recommend this property and its management. We were only sad that the pool wasnt quite ready for us, but it was being worked on.

Awesome place to stay! Completely equipped with paper goods ,soap utensils…. made the stay feel like home. Very clean and well arranged ….comfortable beds and leather couches made crashing after sight seeing and beach days great. The relaxing pool and workout room were well kept. And best of all the location was perfect within minutes of beach , shopping pier and many awesome restaurants …. Thanks so much for a relaxing and excellent townhome for vacation!!! We would definitely stay there again!!

This was our first trip to the Isles and St Simon is our favorite since this trip. Unit was clean, nicely decorated. The towels were soft and the beds comfortable. Responss to our questionswere timely. And perfect location. We would book it again. Few things they could work on. Clean up the patio so it can be used. Add more than just 1 hairdryer or note it so others could bring one. And update the fans as mentioned the AC does not work as well upstairs

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable bed and furniture. We enjoyed the beaches, shopping, golf and restaurants. Winn Dixie was walkable. The dishwasher seemed broken, but it didn’t bother us one bit! We ate our meals out at the many wonderful restaurants. Thank you for sharing your townhouse with us.

This townhouse was perfect! I love how it had that beachy vibe and was very clean! I was traveling alone and felt very secure and walked to restaurants, grocery store, and even walked to salon to have a pedicure! Price was right! beach was less than 4 miles away! The private balcony was very private great for reading with a glass of wine but no scenery, which I was okay with because pictures showed privacy fencing! Wish dogs were allowed, St. Simon is very dog friendly and my lab would have loved it! I would defiantly book again!

We were only here two nights for a funeral but it was a great stay. Great location and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again for a longer stay. It is spacious and clean. The only complaint is that in the master bathroom, the screw for the water temperature has come loose so it made it difficult to change the water temperature. However that’s an easy fix and didn’t change my rating but the rest of the apartment was great.

We stayed with our 2 grandsons and the condo area was nice. There is a charcoal grill by the pool (which I asked repeatedly if there was any form of grill and when I finally got an answer, weeks after asking, I was told that there was no grill). The living room area was nice, the table was a tight squeeze for 4, the kitchen missing a few things I would consider essentials & we finally bought a spatula to leave there. King bed & 2 doubles were upstairs, which stays much hotter. They do have fans, but we learned the first night that we had to turn the temp way down at night to be comfortable upstairs. Also shower in the master only turns off and on, no temperature control at all & it gets pretty hot. So it was serviceable for a few days, but I would not recommend a long stay here.

It was a few nights stopover in our way to florida. We'd never been to the golden isles, so we decided to explore this area. The condo is very convenient to stores, restaurants and the bike trail. A few fixes or upgrades would help improve it, but we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was one of the best-stocked places we have stayed. It is small, but with 2-4 people it was fine. The dining table could be bigger, but we bought a goodwill folding table to add to our space. The location is great and convenient. The airport is nearby, which can be noisy, but the flights seemed to begin and end at a decent hour. The nearby Winn Dixie and complex had a very noisy heating/cooling unit that was loud for sleeping, but the condo had a sound machine in each bedroom which was nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom sinks were small, but there was a medicine cabinet and shelves in the master. The guest room had a dresser which added space. Showers were hot and good pressure. Wonderful to have some starter supplies of coffee, salt & pepper, paper goods.

Everything was perfect besides the mattresses. I’d highly recommend replacing them with some new ones that have a little more cushion. I come here twice a year and would use this place again, but not with these mattresses. Even my kids said it was hard to sleep through the night.

We stayed for the weekend and overall had a wonderful time! It’s a great location with the cutest condo! The only issues we ran into was the cleanliness of the floor and some of the outlets didn’t work along with the iron provided, it didn’t work either. But other than that it was a wonderful time!

The only thing that upset us was that the gate code was not on the check in paperwork from Evolve. We didnt arrive until after midnight & had no code!! We had to call manager on duty & wait til she called back. Was quite exasperating after such a long day.
