Byliśmy koniec 09/2023. Pogoda super. Mieszkanie blisko szerokiej piaszczystej plaży. Blisko sklepy. Blisko stacja z której około 30 minut i jesteś w Rzymie. W mieszkaniu dwa pokoje z dwoma osobnymi łazienkami, duży salon z kuchnią , balkony. Mieszkanie czyste. Mieliśmy wszystko co potrzeba. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni.
Mieszkanie trochę na uboczu od centrum, ale akurat dla nas to plus, bo mieliśmy cisze i spokój.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in der direkten Umgebung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.
Leider können wir die vorherigen Rezensionen was die Sauberkeit betrifft nicht bestätigen. Der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber. Der Müll nicht geleert und auch Geschirr und Gläser waren nicht ohne vorherige Reinigung nutzbar. Im Bad waren Kalkflecken an der Dusche und die Schubladen mit Haaren von den Vorgängern.

Very kind and helpful hosts, they came at 23:00 to give us the keys because we arrived late. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Coffee machine is nice.

The apartment is modern, fresh, bright & extremely clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need & then more. The bed was very spacious & comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are very modern & again, equipped with everything you’ll need. The lounge is very spacious with a large tv, comfortable sofa & an enormous window that lets in the summer breeze. The apartment offers a large balcony that face different directions so you are able to chase or escape from the sun. It’s fitted with great outdoor furniture & full laundry services. The Paola & Katia are amazing hosts, checkin & checkout are a very easy process. Upon arrival we were met by the host, the air conditioning had been turned on for our comfort & they had also stocked the fridge with water, juice, milk & wine. The location is amazing! 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, gelato bars and cafes all at your doorstep. The building is well secure & peaceful. We also had use of parking space inside the gated compound of the apartment block. This stay really made our trip special. We will be definitely returning to this property. Thank you Paolo & Katia, you’re amazing!

The apartment is perfectly located in Lido di Ostia: only about 5 mins walk from Stella Polare train station, and only about 5 mins walk to the beach. Well located in a safe building, with elevator. Just around the corner you can find a restaurant with excellent Italian food at reasonable prices (Falco D'Oro), a gelateria, a pharmacy and a fruit shop. There is also a Conad supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment. Paolo and Katia are perfect hosts, very friendly and punctual. Katia waited us at arrival and showed around the apartment. Because we arrived in the morning before the check-in hour, they permitted us to leave the suitcases at the apartment until it was ready, and then allowed an early check-in. At check-out, Paolo took our luggage and kept them until evening, when he transferred us to the airport. Thus, we could enjoy more time at the beach from the first till the last day! The apartment is beautiful, spotless, very comfortable, with a nice modern interior, and well equipped with everything one could want for a vacation. And I really mean everything! A fully equipped kitchen; there is also free coffee, water, juices, croissants, tea, and many others. Two bedrooms (double bed + 2 single beds) with air conditioning. Two modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. One super-large sunny balcony. Nice large sofa area. To conclude, I highly recommend this apartment!

This apartment was very clean. The hosts were super, they were punctual and very helpful. The beach is very near the apartment. The hosts had a very well stocked kitchen.
The beds were not comfortable. One of the mattresses needs to be replaced.

The host and hostess were absolutely the best. It is 2 blocks from the beach. Walking distance to the grocery store, a local butcher , great places to eat recommended by our lovely host. They greeted us upon arrival with the keys. I would highly recommend this apartment!! Also they have a gated parking area which was a nice bonus.
I don't think I have anything that I didn't like!! It was as advertised and not surprises. Everything was great. I don't have anything negative to say about it

Spacious and clean apartment, and there is anything one might need during the stay - shampoo and shaving kit, yogurt and croissants, kids games, and beach umbrella. The owner was very helpful and provided lots of advice and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Excellent location - close to the train station, close to the public beach. Everything you need nearby (bakery, shop, pharmacy). The owners are very willing and accommodating. Everything perfectly clean, including a large sunny terrace.

The apartment was nice. Grocery shopping is close by. The hosts were really helpful and kind and even ordered a taxi for us that would bring us to the airport on our departure day.
Unfortunately, the in-house neighbors were very loud. The building is very poorly soundproofed. We heard the neighbors walking, talking, debating and one evening even singing. That was the case nearly every evening until 10:30 or 11 pm, which was a bit annoying, especially if you have to get up at 5:30. If you are a bad or light sleeper, I highly recommend you bring your ear plugs.

One of the best apartments I have ever been, even with ready pet nest and everything, are you kidding me. I absolutely loved it ever single thing of it. As soon I stepped in I feel home. Best hosts ever and , top quality kit for the guests. I be back for sore.

This was our last day of our trip to Sicily and Rome! And it was our best stay of the whole trip! The apartments are chic! The location is excellent! Sea! Weather! Mood! Looks even better than on the photos! Lots space, 2 really nice bedrooms (double bed + two single beds) with aircones and two separate nice bathrooms! Big and bright living room connected with nice kitchen. In the kitchen a lot equipment, everything to cook and even more! Welcome food was very nice surprise, very nice balcony, close to the beach, shops, bar/restaurants and train station, localisation is perfect! And the best: the owners! Very friendly and extremely helpful people!
Only one thing was bit problematic: internet, but this is like in most places in Rome.
Apart from that, 10/10, definitely highly recommended!

Paolo and Katia are amazing hosts. The flat has everything you need, even enough kitchen basics to make an entire meal in a pinch, without even buying any food. They had toys for our 9 month old son. They met us to give us the keys, show us around, and came back to see us off when we checked out. It's a short walk to the beach, and you can get anything you need in the neighborhood. Free parking behind the building, and easy driving in the neighborhood, a must if you have a car when visiting Rome.
The walls in the building are on the thinner side. You may hear what's happening with the neighbors, giving it a true when in Rome feeling.

Paolo was excellent with communication and met us at the apartment when we arrived. We only stayed the night of our 2 week trip to Italy because it was close to the airport. We wanted something with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, clean and comfortable. Free beach nearby by was a bonus. Safe neighborhood and apartment building is gated so no worries traveling with our teenage daughters. Easy walk to a great restaurant that Paolo recommended. Air conditioning in both bedrooms was essential as the last day we were in Rome hit 100 degrees and very humid. Paolo called and arranged a taxi for us for the next morning to take us to the airport.
Looks a little older from the outside, but definitely modern touches inside with gorgeous tiles in each bathroom.

the place is convenient to multiple hill towns. Anne was was super helpful. She made us feel so comfortable with small touches like flowers, fresh eggs and cake. She gave us a heads up on places to eat and even a local concert. we loved the country charm of the place and all their animals, especially the goats that were kidding.

I liked the entire apartment, for the cleanliness, having a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living. All spotless and comfortable, with a friendly and professional landlord.
The apartment has an excellent location, 300 sq from the train station, 25 minutes to the city centre by train, 5 minutes walk from the beach, close amenities, restaurants on the beach, cafeterias.
I didn't find anything I wouldn't like.

The apartment has everything you need, from breakfast, to towels and the chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Katia is a very nice person, she kept my suitcase after the check out and brought it in the evening (I was on the beach). If I will travel again to Ostia, for sure I will choose again this apartment
