In the city center, in a historic building from the early 1900s, a large bright, welcoming apartment equipped with every comfort. Spread over 2 levels: a large open-space living room with sofa, table and open kitchen leads to the upper floor with another lounge area with sofa, yoga corner, 2 bedrooms both with window and 2 bathrooms. All the windows are equipped with high soundproof glass. Also ideal for long stays or for business travelers. In the neighborhood clubs, restaurants and shops. ACCOMMODATION T-home is located on the second floor of a very central historical building, with lift and concierge service, and has been recently renovated to guarantee guests an extremely comfortable stay. The decor mixes a contemporary flavor design with modern antiques. All the windows are equipped with high soundproof glass. The 160 sqm apartment is spread over two levels: at the first entrance, large and bright open-space living room with sofa, TV with satellite channels, large table and a modern kitchen with island, equipped with everything you need. Two balconies overlook the city, one of the two has a table and two chairs. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor: under a suggestive vault decorated with stucco there is a relaxation area with soft sofa, stereo and an area designed for lovers of Yoga or pilates (equipped with two mats, ball, elastic, bricks, weights). From here, through a hallway you enter the two double bedrooms, with King Size 160x200 beds (one bedroom can possibly be converted into 2 separate beds), and the two bathrooms, both with spacious shower room. A comfortable laundry area will be at your disposal. At 20 meters there is a garage open 24 hours a day with its own remote control at a cost of Euro 10 per day THE POSITION Strategically located a few steps from the Teatro Massimo, the heart of the cultural life of the city, and from Piazza Politeama, with its characteristic palm trees and the theater of the same name, from which you enter the elegant Viale della Libertà, a tree-lined boulevard where there are cafes and shops. recommended for shopping lovers. The Arab-Norman route, Unesco Heritage, is 850 meters away and can be reached on foot along the pedestrian Via Maqueda. A 5 minute walk will take you to the picturesque historical market of the Cape. You can walk to all the main attractions of the city. The Aerobus stop is 250 meters away. Not suitable for children under 12; the mezzanines have a wide railing.

This apartment was perfect in every way! Very large, could’ve easily accommodated more people comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the space had everything we needed. There’s even an adorable little space for yoga. Angelo was very helpful and gave us excellent local recommendations! Nothing disappointed.

This apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy all of the historic charm of Palermo, with easy walking to restaurants, shops and sites. The apartment has a calm and peaceful feeling and is beautifully appointed with everything needed for a longer stay. Our hosts were gracious, attentive and made themselves available to help with transportation, excursions and even left us some special local treats to enjoy. Beautiful people and beautiful apartment! Highly recommended!

Angelo and his home are better than their photos and pictures reveal. He's the most gracious host--greeted us in the high heat of the day, helped us with our bags, offered towels for the beach and suggestions for his favorite places to visit in the city. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Even better than the photos. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is the prefect place to stay in Palermo. The owners are extremely nice and thoughtful and they have excellent taste - everything in the apartment is beautiful. The apartment has been renovated in a modern style while preserving all of the incredible features of the beautiful palazzo. The balconies and the yoga area are extra bonuses. The owners helped us arrange a ride from the airport and they recommended restaurants for dinner and even called and made a reservation for us. They really go above and beyond! Also, the location is excellent. Stay here and enjoy discovering Palermo!

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber mit Kartenmaterial und Tipps für die Stadt, als wir kamen standen Erdbeeren und Biscotti in der Küche, Getränke waren im Kühlschrank. Angelo räumte für uns seinen Parkplatz, so dass wir direkt vor dem Haus parken könnten. Die parfekte Stadtwohnung, feels like home!
