Awesome property with pool n spa. Beach is next door.

Nice and friendly staff specially Williston at the toast. Nice pool and decent food.

Just a tip your bathrooms are a bit slippery when wet so that's something to take a look at....sticky ducks may be...

The view, the spa, the rooms

The spa is a bit pricey but the treatment was amazing. Also I reserved the room for a different price but ended up paying the price without my booking.com genius discount. When we asked the reception they insisted that this is how it works so we didn’t argue much as we were already very late to check in. Also the pool timings could do a bit better.

A Cosy Comfortable Stay

Rajat at the front office and Mr. Pandey, the resort manager are the real highlights of the property. They took care of everything and I must say the staff at the property is extremely warm and serviceable. The sunset and the lush green fields before the beach is majestic.The subtle music and lighting near pool area is a mood uplifter. A decent breakfast spread also met our expectations.The property is extremely cosy and has us wanting for more. We will visit the property again.

The WiFi is just a little patchy. The network can be strengthened.

Nice rooms and amazing restaurant. Staff is very helpful and welcoming!

There’s definitely some shortage of housekeeping staff as it takes forever for them to come even though there are 30-ish rooms and decent number are empty right now

Resort was a new property...Neat and scrupulously clean...The pool was small but clean...

We had a Buffet breakfast in our package....the spread could have been better....

Just meets expectations, can do more

Easygoing simple property near the main attractions of the region. Breakfast spread was fine.

It was not as close to the beach as shown in the description on map on this website - there was no direct access to the beach from any side. Room amenities needed a bit more work - shampoo etc wasnt refilled, TV had no active connection, and privacy is a concern on the ground floor rooms - and there are only 2 floors (ground and first - no lift access).

very comfortable and clean rooms, nice breakfast

Staff was not super responsive to my requests as I had to call multiple times for things to be done or confirmed. My room also was not properly checked; it didn’t have any shampoo or soap in the washroom, and when I asked for refills, they gave me bottles with the liquid instead of actually refilling the dispensers in the shower.

Harassment at the property

The worst property ever. Fake promises about availability of a bathtub and spa. The hotel staff harasses people. We caught a hotel staff member peeping into the bathroom and when we reported him to the manager they deflected the blame and said no one was there. Quickly got rid of the ladder that was next to the room. Refused to provide any support with giving us their escalation manager/hotel owners contacts. I have the entire incident on video.

Nice rooms decently priced. Beaches walking distance. Staff was really nice. Ms. Bandhi Shah n Rahul from Toast were very helpful.

An overrated property. Not commensurate with its price. Was provided free upgrade, but didnt help.

Free parking with security. Very prompt room service.

Room electricals are in poor shape. AC not working, had to change room. Front door lock very complicated. Tea kettle had to be changed. Toilet flush system came out of its housing. Fridge was iffy. AC battery cover missing. Room had no view at all but for the opposite guests rooms.

The best in morjim

great stay in Morjim for a holiday

location is right on main road so handy to get to. Pool is nice and rooms and bed comfortable and very clean. Staff very attentive

wasn’t as close to the beach as we thought - a good 10-15 min walk and not direct Breakfast options started tuning out after 0930 which means items were not available

Great property with a pool and centrally located in Morjim

Good property located right on the Morjim main road, conveniently located close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping options within a walking distance. The staff is helpful and courteous, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the pool is clean with nice view of the Morjim beachside area. Even though we arrived 3-4 hours before the check-in time, the reception staff had a room cleaned and readied for us immediately, which was possibly the best thing after a long flight. All in all, a great option budget option for a stay in a centrally located area in Morjim.

The breakfast was very underwhelming, with not a lot of good food options, especially non-vegetarian. The first room that we checked in to wasn't clean with a dirty bathtub and a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and a strange unpleasant smell throughout the room. However, the hotel staff was helpful and on request, changed our room to one that was much better.

Very good…value for money nice property will recommend family & friends

Staff service was exceptional to put on record was Parag & Jayesh excellent service, courteous, polite & friendly very quick and responsive to customer need and request. Wishing them all the very best. Both day & night Security Gaurds at the gate we’re helpful and minding the car Park.

Hot water wasn’t effective at all, at the shower. Closed dust bins would be a better option.
