Fantastic spot - each bedroom has its own bathroom with was key for our familt situation. Clean and lots of kitchen items to make packing kunches foe the park easy! Well kept. So close the park. Walmart, Starbucks, gift shops, McDonalds for breakfast sandwhich grab on the way to the park - great place. Highly recommended!

We had 2 families stay and felt very comfortable and spacious. Kids room was Disney themed which was inviting. We requested heated splash pool with additional charge and it was very warm which was perfect since winter can be chilly. Went to Disney theme parks and was ~10 mins away which is close. The main clubhouse with huge pool/water slides was walking distance as well as playground in Windsor Hills which kids loved. There was a small market and community room with kids activity once a day and small theatre. Amenities was great. Minutes away from Super Walmart (includes grocery) and 11 mins from Publix. Definitely a great time and would rent again.

The townhouse is as advertised. The location within the community and proximity to Disney were great! Very comfortable, however there is room for improvement especially in regards to kitchen appliances - the uneven burners made it very difficult to cook. The bricks on the back patio around the pool are very loose and uneven. The tv remote for the downstairs didn't work properly, I messages the owner to notify them but never was acknowledged. The owner did notify us that the pool cleaner came a day early.

Very clean and well thought out. Easy communication with owner. Very comfortable beds which is important when you are 6 months pregnant doing Disney! Kids loved the pool and the toys there provided. Washer and dryer were a godsend. We got groceries delivered via Instacart and it was no problem. Community pool and splash pad were excellent. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Overall, the stay was nice! The location of the property is near disney parks. The amenities on property were good - pool, game room etc. The condo was very spacious with all you need for a family. The disney decor in the condo just helped make the trip more magical for our daughter!

Great rental that was the perfect size for my family getaway. Very close to all the theme parks we visited and easy access to food and Walmart for supplies. The pool at the house was surprising deep and perfect to wear out my kiddo before bed. I would not hesitate to book this house again.

Overall the place was just as described and perfect for us. My kids loved sleeping in the Mickey room. They loved having there own Mickey bathroom and the small pool in the back was a big hit. It was also nice to relax in after kids went to sleep. The property is very nice and the pool, splash pad, and everything provided is kept up with. Owners were quick to answer questions before and during our stay.

The property was very comfortable rather like home in that there were a few minor niggles but nothing that caused any difficulties. We used the pool on the complex once but the kids loved getting into our own pool at the end of the day.
Location was excellent for all the parks (Disney and Universal) and plenty of local food outlets. Very close to a big Wallmarts.

The home is very clean and nicely decorated in Disney themed decor. The King and Queen size mattresses need replaced very badly! All the adults who stayed in the home are in pain. Mattresses are sinking and super soft.

Pool is awesome! Deeper than we thought. We didn’t even use the big pool with slides.
Cutely decorated and worked great for 4 adults and 2 kids.
Great alternative to Disney Resort- still felt like Disney with the decor.
Cons:
There was a bed that had hair all over the sheets when we got there.
Would have loved to use the master bath tub but there was no drain.
Pool was dirty when we got there and wasn’t really cleaned on cleaning day.
A few things are needing to be fixed- broken decorative drawer and some cracks in grout.
Overall, we would probably come back to these condos again and had a great vacation!

This neighborhood is fantastic! The on-site amenities make the property! The pool at the house is awesome as are the water slides and big pool. The house shows some signs of wear like the broken tiles upstairs covered by a rug, but none of these stopped us from having a fantastic time. It’s super close to MagicKingdom!

Our family loved staying at this property, which we affectionately referred to as “the Mickey Mouse House.” The townhouse and resort were exactly as described. Our children loved the Mickey Mouse room. My in-laws had their own space in the first floor bedroom, and my husband and I had plenty of space in the master suite. Having our own kitchen and access to laundry made traveling with children so much easier. Traveling to the Disney parks was a breeze with our rental car! (Look up the Sherberth Rd “short cut” which is different than GPS routes!) We followed our kids’ leads and used both the communal pool and the private splash pool. What a nice treat to spend some pool days in the big pool on property and to have our own splash pool for a dip at the end of a hot day at the parks! The hosts were lovely and answered all of our questions promptly. Check-out was a breeze! We will be back without a doubt and will recommend Windsor Hills and these owners to all of our family & friends! Thank you for a magical stay at “the Mickey Mouse house!”

My family and I stayed here for a week. My kids loved the kids room upstairs and the pool. They were more excited to play at the community pool and water park than go to Disney. Place is super clean and area is quiet. No complaints from anyone regarding beds. Would 100% stay here over an on-property disney resort.

Story time was a wonderful place to stay. Could use a few updates/repairs, but overall it is clean and convenient to shops, restaurants, and Disney properties. It is further than 2 miles, but still in a great location. The resort pool and water slides were a hit amongst our children.
There was an issue with the washer/dryer, but the owner quickly came up with a remedy that allowed us to use it without incident. We will be back! 😊

My family had a wonderful time visiting the Orlando area. This townhouse was beautiful inside and out. Super clean and had everything we needed. Close to the Disney parks and restaurants. The pool area was truly incredible. My kids really enjoyed this vacation. Great communication with the owners. This townhouse was just what we needed to help our family feel at home while on vacation. We loved everything about this place.

Stayed here with my husband, kids and in-laws for our long overdue family vacation. The house was clean, inviting and equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The Disney decor along with the amenities made this place an excellent choice for us as well as the short distance to all the Disney parks. The club house and water park were also a very short walking distance from our rental which made it so easy to walk there during the day. The kids enjoyed the pool and us adults had plenty of space to relax and hang out.
Also, communication with the host was smooth at all times and they were very responsive and professional from start to finish. Overall a great experience and would definitely return here with my family. We were very happy with out stay. Thank you Storytime!

All in all, this rental felt like someone hastily slapped together a cheap hotel room without actually testing anything out to make sure it was actually comfortable. If you're looking to rent somewhere that is comfortable enough to feel like someone’s vacation home, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
The location of this rental was decent; it was very close to the Disney parks, Walmart, and within walking distance to the pool in the complex. The rental was also very clean, and reasonably accurate to the pictures in the listing. That being said, the rental itself needs some major TLC. The floors and showers squeak loudly, and the tiles outside of the children's room upstairs are cracked and broken. The springs in the large couch were broken/missing, so when you sat on it the frame of the couch dug into your legs. The beds are all extremely uncomfortable/lumpy, and the linens did not fit the beds very well, so they would come off the mattresses while we slept. The beds were so bad that my mother and stepfather ended up taking turns sleeping on an air mattress because they could not both sleep in the bed on the first level at the same time. The AC was locked at 73, and the temperature in the rental varied wildly between being extremely hot and very cold. All of the curtains were sheer so it was very difficult to sleep in as light would start coming in as soon as the sun started to rise.
Additionally, the neighborhood the rental is in is a pain in the butt to get into; the guard gate will require that you stop and hand over the license of the driver before they will let you in (even if you are using an uber). This often resulted in a long wait if multiple people who are renting try to come in. There was also very little consistency in the check in process at the gate; sometimes we were waved through without a second glance, other times they wanted to verify in the computer that we were allowed to enter and we were stuck waiting for several minutes. We mostly used Ubers and Lyfts, and the drivers were frequently stuck at the gate waiting despite me calling ahead and letting them know to expect them. One night my husband and I came back around 1 am after a date night, and the guard gate was unmanned despite us knocking and calling, so our uber could not get into the complex. We had to get out and walk around the gate to get home, which completely defeats the purpose of having a guard gate in the first place!

This was a great experience renting this property. Location and amenities were perfect for our family of 5. Our kids ages 3, 6, and 12 loved the pools. We would definitely rent again here. Thanks again for being a great host.

I highly recommend going the route we did for our family Walt Disney World experience! This rental is located about 15 minutes from Walt Disney World (30 minutes during evening traffic). All the comforts of home are nearby (Walmart, grocery stores, chain restaurants), and the kitchen in the unit has what you need for a quick breakfast before hitting the parks or for a light dinner when returning home. This unit is also very clean and comfortable. Lots of closet and drawer space, with a washer/dryer on the second floor between the upstairs bedrooms. All bedrooms have a full bath. Tanya was very responsive when we had questions for her. My husband and kids loved the pool, water slides, and game room in the clubhouse. We didn’t use the little pool in the lanai attached to the house, but it was lovely to sit back there.

We enjoyed our stay here. This condo provided everything we needed and more. The community pool was a kid pleaser and the additional pool at the condo was a fun extra. Getting to and from the parks and Disney Springs was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my family’s first trip to Disney. It is close enough and far enough away from the park that we weren’t overwhelmed with traffic. Great location. The pictures show you exactly what you are getting. I would for sure stay here again.

Only issue was with the community check-in on Saturday afternoon. The line to get a parking pass was backed into the Hwy, and took 30 minutes to get our pass. Other that that, the community was great.

It was a very easy check in process. All the information was sent to me prior to checking in so there were no hiccups. The condo was beautiful when we walked in, the pictures didn't do it justice. Everything was clean and organized. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were emaculate. I had 5 people stay there and there was plenty of space. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will be looking into staying again for my next trip to Florida.

Hosts are very very responsive. Smok alarm started chirping at 8 pm s Sunday someone arrived within the hour. Kids loved the club pool area and slides Everything we needed strollers pack nplay booster seats even a gate to protect the staircase. Kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee pot and Kuerig. Kids dishes and silverware a bonus! Only negative the mattresses need replacement. All beds! I hope they replace as we want to go back !!

We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The property looked exactly like the pictures. My grandsons loved the Disney themed and the pool! It was a gated community and very quiet and secure. The only 2 things I would recommend is that the downstairs bedroom needs new pillows and the bathroom could use a caddy for your shower. Other then that it was amazing and better then staying in a hotel. We would definitely recommend here and will stay again. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Location is amazing with 10-15 min drive to the WDW parks. Walmart up the street was useful to buy food and other supplies such as laundry detergent, soap, and shampoo for our stay.
The private back porch pool was fantastic. The kids loved it and we spent about 1/2 our day at a Disney Park then the other half of the day playing in our pool. Once the kids where asleep we enjoyed a quiet relaxing swim ourselves.
Owners were very responsive and responsive to our feedback on a few items that needed maintenance.
Would love to stay here again.
