About this condo rental
Nestled in Fajardo, this attractive condo for $129 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This fully equipped and nicely furnished one bedroom, one bath condo is 150 yards from playa azul beach in Luquillo and is within walking distance of many great bars and restaurants. It has air conditioners in the bedroom and living room, a large flat screen tv, cable and WiFi. The condo is ideal for two adults. We do not accept children. It is recommended that no more than two adults stay at the condo. The condo has one bedroom with Queen bed. There is a regular size sofa in the living room that does NOT fold out into a bed. There is also a loveseat in the living room that does fold out into a single size bed. Guests are invited to use the washer & dryer, beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards. Bath towels, beach towels and bath toiletries are also provided. We speak English and Spanish. ** Accommodates 2 Adults.

My husband, pre-teen kids and I stayed here. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Even though we had a rainy week, we were so close to the beach that we could go between rain showers. The beach at the end of the street continues in both directions. It’s an easy beach walk to Monserrate and Luquillo beach & kiosks in one direction and Luquillo square in the opposite direction. Some of the best snorkeling was at the beach nearby. The location was also just a short drive to other attractions like the Ceiba ferry, El Yunque, and La Cabeza natural area. The owners were excellent at communicating and offered terrific suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We loved the 18 degree juice bar and cafe! The condo had all the amenities we needed and more! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Linens and towels were high quality too. We appreciated the board games, playing cards and extra books on our rainy afternoons. The place is obviously well taken care of. We would love to come back here again!

We enjoyed the detail and thoughtfulness the owner showed and the on-site manager was great too. The property is about a half a block from one of the most beautiful beaches we've been to, the town has most conveniences, and the nearby National Forest is truly unique.

As the title of this review states, this was absolutely the best place I have ever stayed at in 20 years! It is true what over reviewers have said about Rebecca's condo. She has everything you need. All you need to bring is your swim wear, sandals, and a couple of tee-shirts. Everything else is in the condo (beach chairs, suntan lotion, soap, shampoo, cooking spices, laundry detergent, beach towels, washer/dryer, etc.) Rebecca was quick to respond to all my questions prior to the trip, and her property manager, Ed provided some recommendations for places to eat and activities. We felt at home. The beach was also just one block from the place, and there was a nice bakery within walking distance. I planned to return very soon.

The description is accurate…lovely, cozy apartment for two maybe 3.
Great communication with the owner since the start of the process till the end and very smooth.
The manager also was great at communicating with us to make sure we were taken care of.
The instructions were perfect as to how to get there, into the apartment, grocery stores, hours, recommendations and any other details.
I particularly loved the privacy and safety as it is a gated place with your own parking spot!
Attention to detail was amazing.
The apartment was ready for us, clean and so well equipped! It is a very lovely place and walking distance to the beach and places to eat and more.
I highly recommend this place and seriously can not wait to go back!

Really enjoyed this unit and location close to many restaurants, beach is a half a block away, covered parking is a plus which maintains the vehicle much cooler, the unit iswas equipped with everything you can possibly need, supermarket is 2 mins away along a Walmart about 10 mins away along with others store just east of the condo, you will also find 66 outlet mall 20 mins west. The condo had great internet speeds 200+ downloads for when you need to get some work done on the laptop and for streaming from your fire stick. Air conditioning was great in both the living room and bedroom. The one minor issue was the bathroom mirror was to low for me I am 6'1 and had to crouch to see myself to shave maybe change the mirror out for one the will meet the bottom of the light fixture for a better viewing for shaving other than that the place was great also the host Ed was easy to reach and he did check on us if we needed anything during our stay. Thank you Ed for your time. Almost forgot to mention it's a very easy drive from the SJU airport to Luquillo about 30mins. Definitely will rent this unit again in near your future.

The apartment was so well stocked, everything you could possibly need was readily available. Extremely clean and spacious, comfortable bed. Ed’s recommendations for restaurants were spot on! We really enjoyed everything and will most definitely come back here to stay the next time we visit Puerto Rico. Thanks so much for everything!

This property was as fantastic as it looks online! It was clean and had all the necessities to make it quite comfortable. It's within walking distance of restaurants and the beach is right there! Rebecca, the property owner, was super attentive prior to us arriving and then Ed took over. He was a great resource whenever we had questions. Book your stay, I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.

My husband and I returned here for a winter escape. Perfect location with the beach at our doorstep, El Yunque Rainforest nearby, and San Juan only 30-60 min drive away. Rebecca and Ed are very accommodating and communicative. The condo is very clean with all the right facilities we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

The detailed amenities of this lovely condo really won us - like the owners were friends who really cared that your whole trip was enjoyable in PR, not just clean and safe. Loved having the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel to supplement our supplies! Despite our rocky arrival with a cancelled rental car and no cell service Ed was gracious and connected with us, had good advice and checked in regularly.

As a first time Verbo user, from the check in to the check out this has been an outstanding experience. Rebecca and Nancy were always in contact with us and keeping us informed about the conditions after the hurricane. We had power and water all time. The apartment was cooled to perfection, SO CLEAN AND FRESH! Linens, towels, toiletries, condiments, everything you can need and then some! Easy access to VERY good food local places, close to VSJ/metro area. Definitely we will stay here again and will use this app again.

Location location location(as they say in real estate). I really enjoyed the location of this property it was so close to the kiokos in luquillo and the property is kept extremely clean. I went for a weekend and hope to spend many more. Nancy was so kind and informative from the beginning to the end of my trip. We enjoyed our stay.

This apartment turned out to be the worst place to be on account of the filth, the incredible amount of dust contained on the fan located in the kitchen and accumulated all over the top of the cabinets. My sinus went pinto high gear each and every time I walked into that contaminantes place. Plans to sue this property owner for a full refund will be discussed with my attorney. Enough evidencie exists to fully warrant a rightful claim. An unforgetable, sad experience.

Perfect location
Nancy was a great host. She provided clear check in and check out instructions. The property was cleaned and fully stocked with towels and clean linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with paper towels, dish detergent and garbage bags. The bed was AMAZING! Will be back soon. Thank you Nancy for making our vacation a memorable one.

Lovely place, and…
The property was as advertised - clean, well outfitted, nicely decorated, just up the street from the beach, a short walk to a couple restaurants and a longer walk / short drive to more restaurants, grocery, other conveniences. Good central location to venture out to other places of interest, but a car is highly recommended! Comfortable furnishings except the bed was a bit too soft for our middle-aged backs. The property manager, Nancy is lovely and she made sure our arrival and checkin was smooth. Unfortunately, a few days in to our week-long trip there was an island-wide power outage. We went two days and two nights without power, most of that without running water. While certainly no fault of the property owners/ management, and this was more extreme than usual, it seems power outages are a relatively common occurrence in PR. I suggest better solutions could be offered to navigate in such an situation. Nancy did check in with us, but as she said, there wasn’t much she could do. However, others we spoke with staying at large resort properties said they had complete power the whole time, including on-property lighting, water and even dining and entertainment, run by generators. Many local businesses had them as well (grocery, gas stations, ATMs, some restaurants). If purchasing a generator is not currently an option for this property, at minimum the owners / manager might offer a plan or suggestions on what to do in such cases. For example, advise where flashlights and candles are (we eventually found them), if you have a car fill up on gasoline so you have a place to get cool and charge your phone, have some sort of backup battery in the condo to charge phones, let us know that typically many businesses are still functioning (with generators) so necessities are available, get cash as most businesses were not accepting cards without power and internet, recommend where to get news updates (we found some on social media), and ideally some solution for using the toilet without running water. We understand this was more of an extreme outage, but the owners may consider creating some sort of communication for renters in such cases. Otherwise, the island is a lovely place and we hope to be back some day!

Rebecca was a courteous and responsive host, while Nancy was a great help getting us easily checked in and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.
The unit has nice amenities, including excellent natural airflow, or A/C, depending on what is preferred at the time. The shower was really pleasant, as well. There is a nice balcony right off of the living area, and the unit is stocked with plenty of helpful things you'll probably need while you're visiting, whether you planned well or not.

A little piece of heaven!
We had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. It had all the amenities we could ask for and even more. The bed was scruptiously soft and cozy! We got the best night sleeps ever to the natural sounds of the coqui—wonderful. Easy walk to the beach. Easy drive to the delicious kioskos, El Yunque rainforest, and Fajardo.
