Situated in Sanibel Island, this lovely condo for $346 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Come relax on beautiful Sanibel Island at Loggerhead Cay 313. This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is sure to add delight to your family vacation with its fun bright colors definitely reminding you to play and leave work behind! We hope that you and your family will make happy memories as you explore the islands many treasures of wildlife and nature. (There are so many shells as tourism is down significantly due to Hurricane Ian, so now is the time to come and find rare shells!) Loggerhead is located at the east end of the island, just minutes after arriving on the island, so you can get your vacation started as soon as possible! We are close to many restaurants along Periwinkle Way and just steps to the beach (about 300 to be exact for all of you step counters!). We can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. There is a comfy king Posturepedic cooling gel bed in the master bedroom, 2 comfy twins (my daughters approved!) in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa(upgraded memory foam mattress 2021) in the living room. We have 3 flat screen televisions that are Netflix, Hulu and Amazon ready (with your account numbers), High speed Wi-Fi,(if you must work a little), books, games, puzzles, beach towels, beach wagon, toys, chairs and umbrella for your use (located in the storage closet) and a fully equipped kitchen. Sanibel Holiday, our condo management, provides linens, sundries, laundry detergent and dish soap and is available for any unforeseen issues during your visit. This is a non-smoking complex with an elevator, large heated pool, gas grills. We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Poco Loco and our little dog was so pleased to be included, as well. Everything we needed was there to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The master bedroom bed was a definite plus and my daughter's bed was also great. Everything we needed for the beach was included in the storage locker, including a beach tent and chairs, along with a wagon. Loved the bright, cheerful decor and the overall family friendly atmosphere!

Last year was our first time visiting and was called home for the birth of our 1st grandson, so we returned this year with Judah boy, and it was definitely a blessing. Pictures and description of condo is spot on, we will definitely be repeat renters of this condo! ❤️ Rented 2 condos close to each other and we are already planning for next year!!

We had a really relaxing time. Bike riding, pool, beach, shelling, dining out and cooked in. Perfect spot for us. The master bed is fantastic.

Our week's stay at this Sanibel property was really comfortable. The condo is not far from the beach and pool, which kept both our kids entertained. Both the property manager and owner were responsive to our questions.

Great condo in great location. Huge complex pool and just a short walk to the on property beach. We also enjoyed shuffleboard and bags. Unit had a wagon to take beach chairs, floats, and umbrella. It really had absolutely everything we needed. Property owner was responsive to my questions and gave us lots of great tips about the island :) Would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED staying at the condo at Loggerhead!! It had absolutely everything we needed. It was beyond clean and had so many extras. The beach equipment and wagon made going to the beach so enjoyable and easy. Plus having beach towels available helped us have more room in our luggage. Overall we would give this unit a 10 out of 10!!! Kudos to the owners for such a fantastic place to stay.

We had a wonderful time reading on the balcony, watching the basketball playoffs, and searching for shells on the beach. The property owners had tons of beach items ie. umbrellas, wagon, chairs, skimmer boards, towels, etc. The ocean was so close we never even went to the pool. The sound of the ocean and seeing dolphins jumping in the waves were a huge draw! Brooke and Dean's place was well appointed and had great internet for studying too. We would love to stay here again if a future journey leads us to Sanibel again.

Wonderful property and condo. The property was quiet and very clean. It was a short walk from our unit to the beach and all beach supplies that we could have wanted were included in the unit (tent, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, skim board). Safe area to let teens go out and wander and hang out. I highly recommend it!

We decided on Wednesday before our vacation started on Saturday to go to Sanibel. Found this condo and loved the accommodations. Very relaxing. It was a little walk to the beach but good exercise. Normally we take a July vacation but waited because of Covid. September is a great month on the island. Less crowds in restaurants and on the beach. . Great week.

We had never been to Sanibel and enjoyed the laid back vibe and the bike paths that lead everywhere. The condo is cute and has everything you need. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon to transport it all for the walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our two weeks in this condo. The furnishings are comfortable and clean with cool island decour. The TV's are new and WiFi worked great for the kids. The owner and management team are great to work with and are very attentive. The grounds and facilities at Loggerhead are well maintained. We had zero issues during our stay and will definitely consider this unit for future trips to Sanibel.
