Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:       - You must be 33 years of age to book this home - A signed rental agreement is required to book this home - NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed - Occupancy is limited to 18 people, exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day - No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund. - A valid credit card is required for all incidentals - Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid - Reservations are non-refundable         After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.     Tax License - 21127315

We travelled as a group of 8 for a 4 day Scottsdale golf trip. This house allowed for ample space and a private bedroom for all 8 golfers. The property was amazing. Well stocked gourmet kitchen with plenty of room for gathering. Large dining table allowed us all to eat together. Bedrooms were all well appointed. Outdoor space was spectacular. Tegan (our property manager) was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property for larger family traveling, golf groups or couples. 5 star

Everything was great and property manager was phenomenal. Some things to note it says 8 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms is attached to the master so for us it was not usable. Outside of that everything was great minus a few very minor hickups like the ice cube maker did not work right.
