Convenient for bus to the Orange Velodrome and ferry and buses to the port. Beaches and beach restaurants not far and very nice. Lovely local Boucherie and mini supermarket.
The apartment was average, beds could have been more comfortable.
The owner was helpful.

The location was a bit far from the center and the old port- but we were able to get Ubers fairly quickly- but it was very close to the beach- Plage Rouge- and many different cafes and restaurants-a beautiful park behind the property with walking trails- very quiet and clean neighborhood. The host was very friendly and welcoming and made sure we were comfortable with everything in the apartment- this is great price and value.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung
Die Kommunikation mit Gerard war immer einfach und zuverlässig, er antwortete in kürzester Zeit und war zuvorkommend, sympathisch und freundlich.
Bei der Ankunft und bei der Abreise hat Gerard auf uns gewartet bzw. Ist früh morgens gekommen um die Abnahme zu machen, da wir früh abreisen wollten.
Die Wohnung war traumhaft schön, bietet Platz für fünf Personen, zwei Doppelbetten und ein Sofa. Auf dem zweiten Sofa könnte man zwar schlafen, das ist aber nicht so bequem.
Due Küche ist super ausgerichtet, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, wir kochen gerne und viel und hatten dort alles was man benötigte!
Auch die Lage ist erstklassig, der Strand, an dem man gut mit Kindern baden kann, ist problemlos zuFuß zu erreichen.
Allles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben den Urlaub in der Wohnung gut genießen können!

Wunderschöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir durften wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gerard verbringen, die Lage ist ideal zwischen Stadt, Meer und Bergen. Die Wohnung selber ist sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Gerard ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sehr entgegenkommend ist, z.b. bei unsere Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeit, uns prima Tipps gegeben hat und jederzeit zur Verfügung stand - vielen lieben Dank dafür, wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter, besonders auch für Familien mit Kindern.

Perfect stay!!
This apartment, situated in the quaint seaside neighborhood of La Pointe Rouge, couldn’t have been more perfect! We are two couples and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The apartment is a ten-minute walk from multiple beaches, and very close to the ferry which can bring you to the Old Port or Les Goudes. The host, Gerard, was incredible! We loved getting to know him; he was so funny and kind. He even gave us a tour of one of the Calanques! We had so much fun here and hopefully one day we can return!

Schöne Unterkunft
Herr Papazian ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön und groß. In der Nähe ist der Hafen Pointe Rouge. Von dort kann man super mit einer Fähre zum Vieux Port fahren. Um die Ecke gibt’s noch einen Kletterwald.

Appartement situé dans une résidence protégée, au calme, à 10 mn d'un centre commercial. Vue magnifique sur les collines de la magnifique campagne Pastré. Belles ballades aux alentours. Couchages de qualité, décoration particulièrement soignée. Propriétaire très sympathique et soucieux de la qualité du séjour.

Très bon logement avec de bon lit et canapés tous ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, et une magnifique terrasse.
Le propriétaire super a pu nous conseillers les activités à faire autours du logement, super! :)

Appartement bien situé, très spacieux, très fonctionnel et vraiment très agréable.
Attention, il n'y a que 4 couchages. Le canapé n'étant pas confortable pour y dormir.

Emplacement idéal
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Marseille et notre logement y a grandement participé. Proche de la pointe rouge, des plages et surtout du parc Pastré et de Marseilleveyre. Gérard est un hôte charmant et prompt à satisfaire nos besoins.

Très agréable
J'ai séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement très agréable, spacieux, calme avec un balcon abrité sur lequel nous pouvons manger avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes.
L'appartement est propre, bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge donc hyper pratique) et la résidence calme et très bien entretenue. La situation est parfaite 10min à pied de la plage de pointe rouge, et à coté d'un grand parc (Parc Pastre) idéal pour les enfants.
Beaucoup de places également pour stationner donc parfait.

Problème de caution
La location s’est bien passée, cependant le locataire nous a demandé un chèque de caution à notre arrivée qu’il n’a pas voulu nous rendre au départ.

4) 800 mètres de la plage.
5) Lidl c’est important, carrefour, Leclerc pas très loins.
Inconvénient
1) Je n’ai pas pu profité de la terrasse trop encombré par des plantes.

Chambre principale agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Stationnement dans la résidence facile. Un détail en période hivernale : le chauffage étant collectif, il n’est pas réglable et l’appartement est chauffé autour de 23-25 degrés ce qui était un peu trop chaud pour nous. Propriétaire joignable très facilement et disponible.

Von der Wohnung 500m im Nationalpark, Einkauf und Strand sind ohne Auto machbar.

Appartement confortable et bien équipé, situé en bordure du parc Pastré , ce qui lui confère un calme très agréable. Il est idéalement situé pour l'accès aux plages de la Pointe Rouge et au parc national des calanques.

Super semaine à Marseille ...
Appartement très sympa et super bien placé. Dans une résidence fermée avec une grille et un code où il y a toujours de la place pour garer la voiture. Endroit calme et verdoyant proche de la mer, des commerces et des bus. Il est bien aménagé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut : beaucoup de place, lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro ondes, four, grande télévision, wifi, … Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, toujours à l'écoute et de très bons conseils pour les sorties. Appartement à conseiller pour une ou plusieurs semaines.

Great apartment located in a great neighborhood
I rented this for the 2018 Christmas holidays. The place is clean, spacious and very safe.
Gerard, the owner is very friendly and very helpful if you need guidance in the area. The apartment is fully furnished with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the apartment is located in a gated community which was a plus for me, my family and the car rental I had.
I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Marseille

Mr Papazian was very friendly and pleasant and we all enjoyed staying in his apartment for a week . 10 minutes walk from the beach and close to the Calanques National park for those who like walking. Buses and Boats easy to catch for Marseille City centre. It was helpful that Mr Papazian speaks a little English but we suggest that English visitors do brush up on their basic french. All the Marseille people that we met were very friendly and helpful even though we could speak very little french.

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage.Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt von Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Bergen, die schöne Wander- und Klettermöglichkeiten bieten.Festes Schuhwerk erforderlich.
In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft liegt ein schöner Park mit Boule-Plätzen, sowie eine Bushaltestelle, von welcher aus Marseille-Stadt sehr günstig zu erreichen ist.
Der Vermieter, Monsieur Papazian, ist sehr sympatisch,außergewöhnlich engagiert und stets bemüht, seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt so interessant und angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.Z.B. hat er uns auf Ausflügen zu interessanten Zielen begleitet, die wir als Ortsfremde nie gefunden hätten. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank.
Lohnende Ausflugsziele: Blühende Lavendelfelder in Valensole, ca. 1 Autostunde entfernt. Cassis, von wo aus man Bootsfahrten in die Buchten der Callanques machen kann.Wanderung durch den Naturpark Callanques zu wunderschönen Badebuchten.

The owner is very generous and helpful. We enjoyed the view of mountain by the window. And walking to the nearest bike/bus station won't take long. The space of rooms are large and clean. The kitchen is pretty new with electric oven and washing machine, but the knifes are dull. There are water heater, coffee maker, toaster , and plenty of tableware in the kitchen. There is only one bathroom with a bathtub and no shower curtain so it's hard to keep the floor dry and clean. But overall experience is great! I would bring my family come again if we are traveling to Marseille.
