Nestled in North Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $383 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This oceanfront condo is ideal for families and couples who seek a quiet, relaxing getaway. Because of the proximity to the pointe, the beach is the widest on the Grand Strand. This three bedroom, three bath condominium located on the eighth floor provides a spectacular view of the ocean. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the spacious 200 square foot balcony. For your convenience, wi-fi service is available in the condo. Tile is included in the entry, kitchen, dining area, living room and bathrooms. All bedrooms are carpeted; new carpeting was installed in 2017. The living room and dining room have a panoramic view with seven oceanfront windows and glass doors. The living room is adorned with a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and two recliners; sofa and loveseat were newly reupholstered in the spring of 2018. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience. A new AC unit was installed in 2012 and an Air Oasis unit (Ultraviolet Light) was added in 2014 to minimize mold and mildew in the HVAC system. There is a lazy river, oceanfront pool, small indoor pool, kiddie pool and lots of beach in front of the condominium. The building has a three-story parking garage and the units are located on top of the parking garage for added convenience to the guests. There are two reserved parking spaces for the unit that are located just a few steps away from the elevator. There is a storage unit outside the front door so you won't have to track in unwanted sand. Inside the storage unit there are kid's sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas for your use during your stay. Owners have fully equipped the kitchen with plenty of cookware and small appliances for your use, including a Keurig coffeemaker and a traditional coffeemaker. Flat screen TV's are in all bedrooms and living room ranging in size from 32 inch to a 50 inch in the living room. In addition to the sleeper sofa, the condo is equipped with two king sized beds and one queen. The master bedroom has a 10 inch cool memory foam mattress. Patio furniture was updated in 2015 with poly furniture, including a rocker, chaise lounge, two pub chairs and a pub table.

Spacious 3 bed room right on the beach. If you like to cook yourself this place everything you could ask for. Location to other attractions are less than 5 min drive.

I can't say enough about our stay at the condo for Spring Break. From the very convenient parking spaces (located near elevator), spacious bedrooms/bathrooms (master suite bathroom is huge), the extended balcony, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful beach view....we couldn't have asked for more. Pictures do not do it justice. Check-in and out was seemless and communication with the owner was prompt. Location was very convenient to mini-golf, restaurants and ice cream! Insta-cart delivers straight to the condo's door which was wonderful. Definitely 5/5 stars for sure! Can't wait to visit again.

Nicely appointed condo with all the supplies and appliances you need. View from the balcony was awesome. The storage closet had everything we needed for sitting on the beach. The location was perfect, kind of away from the busy areas. Communication with owner was great and he was very helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

Great condo. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen and you couldn’t ask for nicer owners!! The pictures are exactly like the condo. The beach is wonderful. Even with the restrictions from covid-19, we had a great time just relaxing and walking in the beach. We highly recommended this beautiful condo. We will stay here again!!

Love the decorations and all the beds and furniture are very inviting and comfy. Access to a beach closet filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. was amazing even though our party was all adults and we had our own items. We were also impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. I find this a major advantage of renting from Home Away vs. rental agencies. This is a great unit for 2-3 couples, having 3 bedrooms (2 kings & 1 queen) each with their own private bathrooms. We've stayed at Sunrise Pointe many times and this unit is "first rate"!

Even though we only got to stay at the beach one day before Hurricane Dorian caused an evacuation, the condo was really nice and clean. We were so sad that we could not stay the week but the Moore's were so nice to work with. They were more than gracious and worked with us during the mandatory evacuation. We plan to return and can't wait to spend an entire week at this great condo!

Best condo I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot. Perfect location, everything you need is there from beach chairs, umbrellas childs toys and coolers. Just bring yourself and clothes. Tastefully decorated and kept up to date . Large balcony and I love the master bathroom its huge. You find the best shells and lots of shark teeth. My daughter found a huge one from a great white. We love walking to inlet for pics of sunrise. Very clean beach and family oriented. Quiet at night. We have stayed here for years.

Gigi’s Condo is beautiful on the inside and goes well with the beauty outside. Comfortable seats and beds. The kitchen is very well equipped and we needed nothing . The owners are wonderful and we are looking for another stay in the near future. I believe we have found our home away from home , only with a better view. The balcony has very good chairs to sit and watch the surf. Can’t wait to come again!
