Beautiful grounds, great location, less crowded beach, condo owners have good taste, great balconies, comfortable beds, full kitchen and laundry. Mirrored wall brightened, expanded feel of main living area.
Minor maintenance, beach seems to be shrinking, but so many positives.

Furniture in villa was outdated. Ceiling fan in sunroom was extremely dirty.
