About this house rental
Nestled in Nassau, this attractive house for $470 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This beautiful executive house situated at the top of Winton Terrace is a great choice for your vacation getaway. The house is split level, it has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and features a wet bar, spacious patios, a double carport, swimming pool and a beautiful tree-lined garden. Downstairs, there is the powder room in the foyer entrance. The wet bar is next, with access to the swimming pool and elevated pool patios. The elevated pool patio and enclosed courtyard are easily accessed from the formal living room and dining room, each flowing into the other. The breakfast/sitting room is one step up from the dining room, with the kitchen on one side and the fourth bedroom suite on the other. At the end of the lower floor is the multi-purpose Exercise/Mud/Nanny's room, with a bathroom and told-up single bed. Three bedrooms are upstairs with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen sized bedroom set, lots of closet space and a sun room which overlooks the swimming pool and garden. The second bedroom is set up with three single beds. This room is equipped with games, videos and books suitable for younger members of the family. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed, and is equipped with a selection of DVDs, videos and books. Bedrooms are equipped with televisions and DVD/VHS video players. If you are traveling with a child or young children, there is an enclosed courtyard adjoining the formal dining area, as well as a large enclosed yard, where the young ones can feel free to enjoy themselves while still being supervised. This house is a home away from home. It's great for lounging indoors in the formal living room, the sitting/great room, or your private bedroom; or outdoors on one of the spacious patios. There are many other areas for the family to either recreate and congregate or to enjoy solitude and the sound of silence, except for the melodious songs of cheerful birds. The entire garden area is enclosed to ensure your privacy. You can stock the wet bar with your favourite beverages; and the house is fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay here. You can choose the sun deck while relaxing by the swimming pool. The cozy, intimate pool is ideal to cool off on those hot summer days and nights and the elevated pool patio is the ideal spot for outdoor dining or your choice of other recreational or social activities. Yamacraw Beach and Montagu Beach are two of the beaches you would be near while staying at this house. Yamacraw Beach is in easy walking distance from "Tarona Hill".. If you enjoy walking, the nearest Supermarket is a brisk 10-minute walk. The area is quite hilly, providing effortless aerobic/cardio exercise as you walk. A rental car is recommended. However, Taxi and Public Bus services are readily available. With advanced notice, Baby-Sitting and Chef services can also be arranged with our third party partners.

The venue is well keep, located near beautiful beaches and provides ample privacy for guest. More importantly the host is gracious kind and very professional. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time together at this VRBO.

Our group of 9 had the pleasure of being hosted by Pauline over the New Year! Her home is beautiful, spacious, and very accommodating for a big group. There are plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms for a large group to enjoy in comfort. The neighborhood location felt very safe and we were a short walk away from the beach! The pool outside was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained with ample seating outdoors to enjoy the patio spaces or yard. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy group meals in the dining area. Pauline thinks of the little details you may have forgotten, like items for children, bathrooms, or the beach! Booking with Pauline was a pleasure because of her strong communication throughout our stay and willingness to assist us in any way necessary. We would 100% recommend this stay and plan to revisit it in the future, thank you, Pauline!

Tarona Hill is dated, but in a good location with a beach and grocery store nearby . Tarona Hill accommated our large group of 5 adults and 7 children well. The exercise room does not have air conditioning though if you are planning to use it as a bedroom. The air conditioning did go out once, and the power also went out once, but Pauline did respond quickly and sent repairmen promptly to address the issues. Overall our stay at Tarona Hill was a good one. Pauline was a very friendly and communicative host.

Amazing accommodations
The house was comfortable and beautiful. It was very accommodating for our family trip. The owner was very thoughtful in leaving an instruction book that was detailed in explaining what we may need. The scenery is gorgeous. We all felt at peace in this home. We definitely experienced serenity for the few days we stayed at the house. We will definitely consider this home for another family vacation or when ever the opportunity presents itself in visiting he island.

The house is lovely inside and out. The property was clean, nice ocean breeze. The property managers was very nice and helpful. Very prompt responses when inquiring. All questions and or concerns were answered in a timely manner. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Tarona Hill. We were in search of a romantic getaway and found the perfect location. The house is spacious and private in a quiet upper middle class neighborhood. From the moment we entered the property, we felt right at home. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. It has its own pool - that we didn't have to share with anyone, woo hoo!!, so we were able to take dips at any time, day or night. We took advantage of the patio to get our tan on, lounge around and play games and cards (which the owner provided by the way). It's a short walk to the beach and just minutes away from a gym that offers daily rates. Being the workout addicts that we are, my husband and I took advantage! Wendy's, Domino's and Marco's Pizza are nearby if you fancy a cheat treat. Many extras made our stay more enjoyable, including a wet bar and pantry, well stocked with food, snacks, drinks, water... Did I mention there was a wet bar? I mentioned that I liked to make Moscow Mules. That evening I was met at the door with some ginger-beer and limes!! Well equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, coffee maker, blender etc. – which came in handy for my morning green smoothies! Since our stay was short, we appreciated the fact that we could settle in and didn't have to rush out to buy supplies because there were staple food items and a variety of seasonings/spices, oils, condiments – they really went above and beyond, right! The owner's representative, Paula, meets you at the house to show you around and help you to settle in. She and the caretaker, Tony, are very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Lots of information and brochures were put together to welcome us and help us plan our activities. However, the house is so comfortable, you never want to leave!! In addition to cards, games, cable TV and wi-fi, there is also a variety of DVDs and VHS videos (what can I say, I’m a sucker for old school haha). We are already planning our return stay later this year with 10 of our friends which this house can quite comfortably accommodate. When we come back we definitely plan on taking advantage of the yard for our volleyball and football tournaments and chilling and grilling by the BBQ grill. In a nutshell, Tarona Hill is the perfect location for a cozy romantic get away, a group of friends traveling together, a family vacation/reunion or destination wedding.We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else whenever we visit Nassau.Will and Jen
