There were roaches by the stairs and on my last day three roaches came in my room

Will not consider another stay.

Good location. Poor access and road maintenance.

Location very run down. Poor Parking. Did not get reserved room. Room was not clean. Linen and towels stained and very worn. Ac did not cool room. Hairdryer did not work and had dried fluids on side. Fridge cooled but would not maintain ice. Shower required cleaning before use and while nicely hot no water pressure from hot water side. Bed lumpy. Remote did not work with TV. No working phone. Drugs use prevalent on grounds. No Coffee, breakfast and snack Machine empty.

Check in the room and it was wet towels on the bathroom floor like someone stayed in the room and they didn’t clean it came out the room and called the front office he came right away but when he did he picked the wet towels up off the floor with no gloves water dripping all over the floor smh but he wanted $95 🛑

Going through hardship right now and glad to call this my home away from home right now.

The staff, from the front office manager to the maintenance man Mr. Bobby and the housekeeping woman are the nicest and most genuine people. Very helpful in any way possible.

The only problem I have is the shower has little water pressure and the fixtures for the tub and shower need to be fixed or replaced but other than that, no complaints.

Location to 85

Gun shots at night, cigarette burns in bedding in a no smoking room. Human public hair on shower wall, black stains on towels, couch had rips and tears on arms, two of the three lights didn't work. Staff took a long time to check me in.

The motel was dirty and looks as if they don’t have house keeping.

This hotel was horrible and should be closed down.

The room was dirty shower curtains were horrible the place was nasty but no bugs that’s the only reason they get a 1 star

The hotel was dirty cigarette burns in sheets not the safest location I checked out early

Disappointed

The locatiojn was ideal, close to the Expressway.

The hotel staff was not there upon check in. waited close to fifteen minutes. The room was dated, and I did not appreciate the loud crowd outside the room.

I will never come back to this hotel.

No breakfast.

The room was in poor condition, and it is in a ghetto area. There was addicts and prostitutes roaming all night. There was a guy working on a car right outside our room.

Close to venue we were attending.

Room Didn't look like pics posted on site. Definitely needs updating/renovations. Had to buy blankets ,just didn't trust the cleanliness. Sheets had stains and really wasn't gonna ask for more with risk of getting another set. Advertised that rate included free breakfast and the excuse was cause of covid-19. No Discount offered to off set and pet fee rate had increased from what's recently posted on website.if I had the money I would have changed to another hotel.

Not safe, clean, or functional

Cheap Bed was comfortable I guess Easy checkin...check OUT was more frustrating than it ever should have been!

Toilet was messed up (had to fiddle with it to flush). Wifi was out all night. 2 lights didnt work. We continued to find messes in our room throughout our stay, including stained towels. Told the desk guy about the messes as we left just so he would be aware, and he started yelling at me that I should've asked to switch rooms. (So it was MY fault I was tired and didnt feel it worth moving to another probably still messed up room?? Way to spin it, dude!) This is my first hotel stay in a while that's got me concerned about what I might be bringing home with me...

Sheets were stained with blood, dirt, and cigarette burned comforter in both rooms. Found tissue paper in bed after we pulled the blanket back in first room. Ask to stay in another room and that one had blood on the sheets and dirt stains when we pulled that cover back. Disgusting!! But the staff in the office was very nice
