About this condo rental
Nestled in Miramar Beach, this attractive condo for $355 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy your vacation in an ultra-luxury, gulf front condo located at the fabulous Amalfi Coast Resort. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is here plus you'll be surrounded by all the accoutrements such as polished travertine floors, crown molding, indoor shutters, luxury linens, high end furniture and even original art. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit. The appliances are stainless steel, and the countertop is Silestone. The romantic master bedroom suite features a king size beautiful four poster bed with a new high-top mattress and matching mirrored dresser and nightstands. There is a large closet offering plenty of space for your beach vacation wardrobe. The master bath makes you feel like royalty with the travertine tub and shower surround as well as the designer faucet and mirror. In the living room you will find custom furniture, a 50-inch flat screen Samsung HDTV, original art and unique designer accessories. The décor is classy beach. For dining in you have the option of the beautiful breakfast bar or the round dining table with an inlaid slate top. The kitchen features Samsung and whirlpool stainless steel appliances and everything the chef in the family needs to prepare meals in. There is a wonderful, covered patio with tables and chairs for you to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while watching the waves in the Gulf of Mexico. There are two bunks in the hall, a new pull our queen size sleeper sofa and a roll away twin bed for the extra guests or the little ones. It all adds up to the perfect beach vacation with all the amenities. The resort amenities are one of a kind in the area. Sitting on eight meticulously landscaped acres Amalfi Coast Resort includes two swimming pools (one heated seasonally), a lovely lake with a walking bridge and fountain. The fountain lights up at night in beautiful colors. There are lighted tennis courts, BBQ grills with prep tables, and picnic tables. This is, of course, a gated community and assigned covered parking spaces are available for our guests. Welcome to Paradise. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The condo itself was very beautiful and clean. It was very spacious and the pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen had everything we needed and with a grocery store and a fresh seafood market right down the road, it was a perfect opportunity to cook some wonderful meals. The beach access right across the street proved what could be some of the quickest walks before being in the water. The hosts were extremely quick to respond and provided any and all information that one could ask! Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look forward to our next visit!

Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Condo was very nice. Only disappointment was the view from the patio living room area. Pictures made us think the view was better than it really is. other than that,it was great. We really enjoyed it.

We really loved being right on the beach and being able to walk right out of the back door to the beach. The public beach access was such a good spot and was never crowded. Love that they have a ramp for our wagon and a shower to clean off with. The condo is so big and spacious. The kitchen is modern and so big for multiple people to be able to use it at once. The extra roll away twin bed came in handy for my 14 year old, she said it was super comfy and it fit right next to the king bed. Tracy was very accommodating when we chose to add nights on to our trip. We can’t wait to come back.

Loved the location to the 2 pools and beach. The condo
was great and had more than adequate furnishings. The
things we would like to see are maybe a change in the
mattress. It was like rolling down a hill once you got on it.
The bed needs to be lowered a bit for shorter people.
But, we certainly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Loved the location. The beach had a convenient access right across the street and wasn’t densely populated. Was great to have a dedicated covered parking spot and beach accessories. Minuses included small items – shower didn’t work, toaster didn’t work, and the back door slid off the track consistently.

Thank you Tracy and Mike for the use of your condo. We had avery relaxing vacation and enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and the location was great. We were able to walk across the street to the beautiful beach within 5 min. Tracy was very helpful in answering any questions we had and gave us several suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. We also liked that we had a parking spot in the garage and that the condo was in a gated community. We would rent from here again.

We were a bit apprehensive; it was our first time using something outside of standard hotels or results. The stay was easy and everything was at least as good as advertised. I had a couple questions pre stay and one during and the owner was extremely quick with answers each time. we loved the area and plan oncoming back this property is one we will definitely try and get again.

This condo has good beds and a great location. Teens can walk back and forth from the pool and beach easily without us worrying. Owners were kind and easy to work with.

Let me start with the positives. The heated pool and exercise room were very nice surprises! And communication with property owners was great with very specific recommendations for dinner, activities, etc. sent ahead of our stay.. Checking in to the property was easy and we were pleased to see carts and an elevator for belongings., The location provided easy access to the beach though while it was visible from the condo, we had to walk around the back of the building to get there once we locked the condo's patio doors.
Unfortunately, there was something that went wrong nearly everyday beginning with a closet door falling off immediately. We experienced daily backups in both the bath sink and shower requiring my husband to plunge them after every use. We discovered old coffee grounds in the coffee pot and a garbage disposal that didn't work at all.. The patio doors were filthy with old dirty boards used as door guards. The condo floors and carpet looked like they hadn't been swept or vacuumed in a long time. Thanks goodness there was a vacuum cleaner so I could clean up. No mop though nor extra light bulb as one of the bath lights was out.

You can't SEE the every other day garbage trucks that woke us by 6am! Really annoying! (Owner said the noise ordinance didn't include garbage service???)

We enjoyed our four night stay Amalfi Coast Resort and Michael and Tracy have a very nice rental unit. The property is beautiful & the heated pool was a nice surprise. The location to the beach is perfect. We were able to park in the garage and keep our bikes locked up as well which is a nice feature. We would rent here again without hesitation.

Tracy was amazing! Super informative and attentive! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed your condo. I rarely give five stars across the board if there are some things that could be improved upon. The location is great but view obscured by all the construction completing the restroom and new ramp. I wish we were there AFTER its completion as the morning construction disrupted our sleep. The bed was superb! Bathroom mats need replaced and additional towels/washcloths should be provided since you have laundry. We added another chair to the pool toys inventory! You all missed nearly nothing on providing basic necessities. I would have liked to have a complimentary one-usage box of laundry detergent. We ate at Kenny D's(a must) and Lucille's vibe was everything! Great comedy show, atmosphere, and food! Will stay again for sure. Pool was lovely and property area very well maintained. Thank you for sharing your condo with us Midwesterners!

The interior of this condo was Beautiful! The large patio had a pretty flowering bush plus 6 chairs. The kitchen had everything you need. The artwork above the ceiling fans, on the walls and furniture was beautiful. It's a secured resort with 2 pools. We hope to come back again next year.

The property was just like the pictures showed. The bed was very comfortable. All the items we needed in the kitchen were available. The house was clean and had easy access to the beach. The new ADA ramp down to the beach was great since we pulled a wagon down each day with all of our gear. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and enjoyed each of them. This is a property that we definitely would come back to.
