Come visit our oceanfront condo in the Historic Nye Beach District of Newport. Relax in comfort and enjoy the sweeping ocean view and phenomenal sunsets from the living room or balcony of our fully furnished second story condo. Dine in, preparing a sumptuous gourmet meal in our well-equipped kitchen, complete with microwave. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed in the bedroom and two comfortable futon chair/beds in the living area. Lounge, watching a movie on one of the condo’s two televisions—one in the living room with a VCR/DVD and one in the bedroom with VCR. And for added convenience, our condo comes with two full baths. Located in the arts district of Nye Beach you are just steps away from galleries, great dining, entertainment and shopping. You are only minutes away from Newport's bay front, and the Performing Arts Center and a short drive to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, ranked top 10 in the country, and the Hatfield Marine Science center. Explore the light houses, go fishing, crabbing, or hiking then sample some brew at Rogue Brewery. For play and relaxation, you can use the on-site swimming pool! The pool and spa equipment break down frequently. I cannot guarantee either will be open during your stay. Please Note: This condo is located on the second floor with NO elevator access. Everything you need for a comfortable visit to Newport. Quiet location, close to good restaurants and activities. Extraordinary beach view and direct access. Easy check-in. Very pleased with every detail.

It was a relaxing stay by the ocean, with beautiful weather and great proximity to the historic downtown of Nye Beach, OR. We could see Yaquina Head lighthouse in the distance from our balcony. Just wonderful!

We stayed at the condo after a 6 day backpacking hike down the Oregon Coast trail. The location was great! Beautiful view from the deck & just steps from the beach. Really enjoyed the Nye neighborhood.

Property was clean and has a vintage early 90s appeal. I stayed here as a child with family I believe when it operated as a hotel. Beautiful views, full kitchen with seasoning available, and easy access to the beach. My only suggestion is a Wi-Fi speaker connection rather then an outdated docking station for music would be appreciated. All in all would certainly stay here again!

This was more than I expected. There was more room than anticipated with lots of seating. You can see the lighthouse from the balcony. Easy access to restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed our stay at lil Mac's very much. My best friend and I get together once a year and sew for the weekend. This was a great place to land. Plenty of room for our small sewing tables while still able to use the comfortable pull out couch for sleeping. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to eat meals in and keep on sewing. It was great!

Our second time staying here and love it. Only request would be maybe a foam pad for the pullout in the living room. Mattress is a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, we love this condo!

The online pictures did not lie and being right on the beach was truly amazing and I got luck with two nights of beautiful sunsets and great weather.
The only negative for the place is it could use some updates but I was really only there for the sunsets and sleep so that is not a big deal. If I was to do the same trip in the future I would definitely pick this place again.

Enjoyed 4 night respite at the condo. One challenge - 2nd story with no elevator. Tough carrying suitcase + several bags of groceries & other necessities. Another guest saw me struggling; helped me with the heaviest (very kind).
Tub wouldn't seal; I failed to notice the plug provided. Manager pointed that out the next day. Took nice long baths after that.
Mattress very soft; made sleep a bit hard. All the necessities one needs in the kitchen to prepare nice meal; plenty of clean towels/linens, appreciated the CD player too. TV channels limited but not a huge concern. TV in bedroom didn't work (management already aware of that); again no big deal but someone might want to fix it.
Parking fine. Enjoyed nearby restaurants & Nye Beach shops cute too.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lil’ Mac’s! The view alone is worth the cost. Along with this, the location is superb, right in the heart of Nye Beach. The condo was well-stocked and overall tidy and clean. My only feedback would be that there is some overall dusting to do. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights in January. Very comfortable and tidy. Even though the weather wasn't great, the place was ideal to watch the surf and stay warm. It's a small place - ideal for a single, couple, or two friends. The futon couch was appreciated. No contact with property manager necessary, so only 3 stars. A N/A instead of star rating would be great to add to the website. I would stay here again.

We come back to this condo as our Newport destination because of its excellent location, the way the owner has set up the kitchen with just the right equipment, and enough linens to make our stay very comfortable. They have made a smaller space absolutely enjoyable.

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Sure the place is dated and you can hear the neighbors but not a deal breaker for sure. It is decorated cute and location is awesome. A good value over all.

Loved being in Nye beach with great view of the ocean. My only criticism is that the carpet needs a good clean. The unit was a little noisy with people above and below us as there does not seem to be ANY soundproofing.

This was the second time I have stayed at this property. I love it here and it makes it very hard to go home. Everything about it is lovely. The balcony is perfect for watching sunsets, the proximity to the beach as well as incredible restaurants within walking distance is fabulous. I would live here if I could. This is indeed my happy place.

My coworkers and I absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront property. Very clean, cute apartment with a gorgeous view of Nye Beach! It was such a short walk to the beach entrance and lots of cute places to shop and eat. I would absolutely recommend this place and 100% would stay here again!

We went to Newport to celebrate a milestone birthday and stayed in this great condo. It had everything we needed. The views were terrific, and it was close to nice shops and restaurants. We had a nice sunset one day and a big storm another day.😊
