Nestled in Sanibel Island, this charming condo for $267 per night is a great choice for your next break. Elevator is under maintenance so should be back up by January 2023 but please ask PRIOR to booking if necessary New AC new furniture new paint new bedding as of Aug 2023 This is a one bedroom one bathroom condo inside the resort of south seas It has a sleeper sofa bed for two persons but remember it is a sleeper and not as comfortable as a bed it is new but again it is a sleeper sofa Full kitchen just renovated last year with granite counter tops The patio is screened in This unit of mine is in an elevator building not all beach villas have elevators and it is nice to have an elevator Just steps to the beach and pool You have use of 3 condo pools Walking distance to many restaurants and shops plus a Starbucks Beach is amazing long walks are great and I enjoy them some minor construction like painting or screen repair may be on going or other peoples units please ask for details if this is a concern but my unit is fully complete rates reflect until christmas a big discount for this reason

The place is under construction. Debree, porta potties, refridge in the parking lot, dumpster trucks, danger signs on doors etc. We were the only ones renting in the building. It was clearly under construction. NOTHING in the summary was noted except that the elevator wasnt working. Contacted host, completely unreasonable, misrepresented the property. Neglected to disclose residence was under construction and renovation.

This was the perfect place to just relax! Just a short walk to the beach. Also had everything needed for a fun day at the beach. Spectacular views!! Great place unwind and recharge. Will definitely come back.

Short vacation trip with an adult family. Overall the experience was good. The condo wasn't as clean as we would have expected but it was okay. Location was great, elevator was helpful and the beach equipment was fine. Price was comparable to other condos in the area.

We have stayed in several other South Seas Plantation Condo's over the recent years, so our comments are based on comparisons. The "check in" process was somewhat stressful. The website did not provide the address to the Condo nor door code. After driving 4+ hours, it took about 45 minutes after we were suppose to check in to know the exact address and door code. Then we discovered the Dishwasher was broken, including the ice-maker in the freezer. We advised the Owner directly, but nothing was corrected during our stay ! The Tub/Shower had mold all over, as well as the Tub/Shower curtain. The Towels were very thin . . . like you would find in a cheap motel. Basically, this bathroom needs a total renovation. The only positive point was the Sunset's off the balcony. The overall condition of the Condo should be priced no higher than $ 125.00 / night !

We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back. Host provided excellent and timely communication and property was exactly as advertised. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. This is BEACH FRONT! The view from the balcony is nothing shy of spectacular. Highly recommend!!!

What we liked: Location (view was great, very close to pool/beach) Full equipped with everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, etc) Bed was comfortable Kitchen had essentials What we didn’t like: Furniture in living room was pretty musty. Lampshades were moldy. Bathroom needs updating. Shower drain was pretty clogged, some mildew on shower curtain, shower head. Floor needed an extra mopping. Bottoms of our feet when we arrived were dirty after walking around without shoes. Overall a great value versus the resort rate. Positives far outweigh negatives for the location and amenities. We would stay again.

Excellent accommodations. Our host was extremely helpful and the condo was everything we expected and more. The views from the lanai are outstanding. Every evening we had fantastic sunsets. The accommodations were clean and Well stocked. The location is near shopping and restaurants. The beach is a perfect TEN. My wife and I would highly recommend these accommodations.

Had to clean the floors upon arrival as they left our feet black on bottoms. Didn’t use appliances as we ate out. Refrigerator door rusted on exterior, but inside was clean. Mold on shower head, top of wall, curtain and suprisingly the lampshades in living room were moldy! Thankfully we brought our own sheets and many towels as few are provided. Property described as two floors when there was only one. I am a physician, my wife a lawyer, we will never rent thru Kim again.

If you like a bedroom with no windows, no fresh air and natural light, this is the place. Bathroom privacy door stuck and was pulling apart. The best part was the view on your balcony-looking out over the Gulf.

Great location on captiva with an awesome beach and sunset view. Restaurants were within a short walk or drive as well as places for a morning coffee. Communication with the owner was easy, she promptly answered any questions we had and also gave a welcome document with things to do in the area. It was a busy weekend with a wedding party which made the stairways a little noisy. We had a great time and would stay there again.

This was a very nice unit and a great staging area for beach activities. We have stayed in 3 other condos in this general vicinity before. This one needs some renovation in the bathroom and a new coffee pot. Otherwise a great venue

This is a nice location, but because it was a VRBO situation we were not allowed to use most of the resort or buy food/beverages on-site. This should have been in the description.

This property is well situated to the beach and restaurants with a nice view. Unit has some updates, but could use some new furniture in the living room and bedroom, as well as a bathroom update. Should replace tv's with smart tv's. Good value for the money.
