Situated in Cottondale, this attractive house for $244 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom 1 bathroom house. Just off University BLVD, 5 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium. One mile from interstate 20/59. Great for Gameday! Sleeps 6. All new Mattresses!!! Two queen size beds and one full size bed. Large fenced in back yard, Pets welcome. 48" HDTV in the living room with Comcast X-finity and free Wifi. Beautiful new kitchen with a brand new 25' stainless steel refrigerator. Kitchen also has some small appliances to make your stay more enjoyable; Toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener. There is a one car, carport with a washer and dryer in the detached utility room. The back bedroom has french doors that open up into a Sunroom with a couch, two chairs and coffee table.

A nice place to stay for a long weekend for game day. Clean and easy to get to from UA.

Fine place to stay outside the university area. Was 13 to 15 min ride to UA in the busy time we were there. It has an unassuming neighborhood and facade but was clean, comfortable, well appointed and quiet to stay in.

Everything was great. Was able to check in early to drop off our stuff. Was visiting for a fishing tournament. Host was very good to work with. Great experience.

The house looks better online then it is. Bathroom paint is chipping off the tile. Cockroches on driveway every night. Landscape needs to be cleaned up everything over grown.

Great place, just as advertised. Easy communication with owners and prompt help when needed. Big beautiful backyard for our dogs traveling with us, appreciate their willingness to allow our animals. Teens enjoyed the TV, internet worked great, kitchen had everything needed.

We stayed for my daughters graduation. Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy 5 mile drive to campus. This was a great alternative to renting multiple hotel rooms. House was clean and just right for our needs. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our visit to Tuscaloosa to see our son who is a student at UA. The most exciting part was his 85 year old Grandma got to see the amazing campus. The house was perfect with everything on one floor. We were able to color Easter eggs & host dinner for our son & friends. It’s to campus is an easy drive there…straight down University Blvd. My husband was most thankful for William purchasing a Keurig for morning & evening coffee! Hope to stay again another time!

We really enjoyed our visit to Tuscaloosa to see our son who is a student at UA. The most exciting part was his 85 year old Grandma got to see the amazing campus. The house was perfect with everything on one floor. We were able to color Easter eggs & host dinner for our son & friends. It’s to campus is an easy drive there…straight down University Blvd. My husband was most thankful for William purchasing a Keurig for morning & evening coffee! Hope to stay again another time!

Location is also within a good distance from the main areas of Tuscaloosa and was safe as someone staying there alone. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Cute property. Better than a hotel room. Needs a good dusting, but other than that it was very clean and comfy.

Visited our freshmen at UA for family weekend. It was nice to stay a few miles away to get away from the chaos. It was nice and quiet and we were able to spend some quality family time together. House is cozy.

Needing to evacuate from New Orleans for Hurricane Ida, we found this place by chance and it was a perfect pet friendly spot for our family. Location was close to restaurants and stores. The house was updated and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the kitchen and it had everything we needed. What we appreciated most was Mr. Sherrill's compassion and flexibility and he was understanding to our situation as we waited for power to return to our home. Even though this was not a vacation, this place felt like home. Definitely recommend as great place to stay.

Great place in a time of need!
We needed to evacuate when Hurricane Ida headed towards New Orleans and, since we had a dog, needed a place that was pet friendly. This property was perfect! Our dog enjoyed the backyard and there was room enough for my two kids and I to spread out a little and not trip over each other. Mr. Sherrill was a very gracious host and quick to respond to messages.

Bama-LSU weekend
My daughter who is a senior at UA and graduating in a December wanted her family to come to town for a game rather than the grad ceremony. So we had folks from NYC and Ohio come to town. The house was perfect. It was three miles to my daughter’s house and five miles to campus. The house was immaculate-just as pictured. The property owner was great. I changed the dates and then added an additional night. He was very quick with his responses and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tuscaloosa!

Great Stay
We enjoyed this property. It was perfect for our visit during Homecoming Weekend. A short 10-15 min drive to campus in a quiet residential friendly neighborhood. The house interior was very nice, new and clean. Check-in was a breeze. The manager responded quickly when I called/texed with a question. We will return without hesitation! Thanks for a great stay!

First time in T-Town
Arrived in T-Town on Wed to attend the Bama
Traveled to T-Town from Virginia to attend the Bama -Tenn game.
The house was perfect., location to T-Town was about 10-15 minutes, easy access off interstate, in a very old established quiet neighborhood. House was very clean, so nicely decorated. Working with the owners of the property was best experience I have had using VRBO. Would certainly come back to house if in the area again.
