This property is located in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. * 5301 Tivoli by the Sea brought to you by Beach Blue Properties. TWO Golf Carts included. WELCOME to the perfect beach vacation villa! Our second floor, 2,400 square foot villa is completely upgraded and has the largest floor plan available in Tivoli by the Sea with soaring ceilings and large open spaces. There is a comfortable and spacious family room with 65" HDTV for everyone to enjoy a movie or their favorite sporting event. Our gourmet kitchen has new stainless appliances and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. A sunny dining area seats six with bar seating for five. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, our villa will accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom suite features a king bed, a television area, and access to the outside screened balcony. The updated master bath is complete with a roman shower, soaking tub and dual vanities. A second guest bedroom suite offers a queen bed and an updated full bathroom. A third guest bedroom suite features a king bed and an updated full bathroom. The staircase from the entranceway leads to a loft area which is furnished with queen over queen bunk bed and full bath. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. We invite you to enjoy sitting outside on our screened balcony and take in a view of the golf course! The gated swimming pool in Tivoli is within easy walking distance. The sugar white beach is a short golf cart ride away. This rental includes both a six and four seat golf cart and the tram is also included. So spin on over to the Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping or dinner at one of the Resort's premier restaurants. Check-in is simple…Just park in front of your villa, unlock the front door, and enjoy your vacation. Welcome to our beautiful Tivoli villa! NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The space worked very well with our group of 9. The outdoor back patio was very comfortable and overlooks the golf course. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Access to the two golf carts was a big plus. It was just a short trip to beach parking access, the gym (day/week memberships available), the larger pool, and even the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

The property was in a perfect location. The beach was just a couple minute cart ride and our kids loved taking the cart down to the beach for sunrise and sunset pics. The unit was in a quiet location and was as described. It was clean and in working order. The management team was great! Our 4 person cart would not work so I called the management number and was happy to talk to a person not a recording and she was very friendly and helpfull. She sent one of their team out to check for the obvious but it was something more. They sent a tech out and found it was a bad board which had to be ordered. Then the property manager called and told us to use one from another unit that was not being used which made our stay very enjoyable because we had 10 people and really needed two carts. It's nice to see real customer service!

Great place for our family. Lots of room, all the things we needed to prepare dinner.The pool was very close, and the golf courses are beautiful. We played pickle ball, enjoyed the beach, and rented bicycles. It was a great thanksgiving vacation. The golf cart made getting around the resort very fun. We had some questions during our stay and property management was quick to respond, and it was during the holiday.

I really wanted to like this property but from the very beginning when we walked it we could tell it had barely been cleaned. There are a lot of small things that need fixed or updated in this unit (including blinds, tp holders, carpet, the refrigerator, etc) One of them wasn’t a big deal but all of them combined made us feel this unit wasn’t taken care of and run down. I know the cleaners are busy but this unit was subpar when it came to cleanliness. We had blood on our sheets that I don’t know how anyone wouldn’t have seen it. Called the management company and the quickly replaced them. We rented this unit mainly for the 2 golf carts since there were 11 of us. The new 6 seater was great but the old 4 seater was terrible. Breaks barely worked and the parking break was almost impossible to engage. The head light was all crooked and blinded people. We were pleased with the Sandestin resort and all of the things to do outside the resort. That was the only saving grace. Since we were busy all the time, we didn’t spend much time in the unit. We wouldn’t stay in this one again.

Overall a great stay. House was clean. Tall ceilings were great and made it feel like a large home. Location was perfect being on the beach side. The only things we had issues with were that we killed 100+ bees while there. They were located in the kitchen dining area. One of the little kids tried to pick one up and was stung. There’s no way the cleaning service did not see an issue with this prior to our arrival. There was also almost zero cleaning or daily necessities. I had to buy a dust pan for the broom. There was only one pod for dishes, one pod for laundry etc. The cooking utensils were very limited. Only one role of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Only one small thing of paper towels. You show up and want to enjoy your stay but you are having to go to Walmart to get daily essentials because nothing is stocked. The golf carts were amazing to have. They made trips to the beach and Baytown dinners easy as it gets. Overall, great stay minus the couple of things I mentioned.

The house was a great size and golf carts fun. My complaint would be the linens were old and scratchy and the extra pillows did not have pillowcases to put on them. The queen bed should have a king in it for families and the queen mattress is not comfortable. However, I would stay again if these issues were resolved.

I rented this property because it had two golf carts. One cart completely quit on our way back from dinner in the village. We had to shuttle everyone back on the other barely working golf cart. The maintenance crew had to tow it back to the condo the next day.

I was worried about the location not being on the beach, Bc that is what we were used to. But the golf carts gave us the best of both worlds. It was so nice to drive to beach and then hit all the local hot spots. We even took it the Publix for groceries. We never needed to call the manager for anything everything worked and was amazing. I would strongly recommend this rental. AMAZING!

We injoyed this property! We had 7 adults and plenty of room. The only thing was the 6 seater golf cart needs new batteries. We were wondered if it would get us back from Baytown area twice. So going to beach and back was fine but I would go much further.

This was our second time staying here. Location and unit can’t be beat! Love having two golf carts for our large group. We had a problem with one of them and management company had maintenance out early the next morning and it was a quick fix. Would definitely recommend!
