We loved this home! It was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax. Loved the backyard! We had kids with us and it was perfect for them to play(glad there was no pool). The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to St Armand’s circle and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. It was a lovely home- we’ll come back!

We loved staying at this Lido Key cottage. We had plenty of room to spread out and it was very well stocked with just about anything you might need with the exception of a wagon for carting things to and from the beach. We especially loved spending time in the sunroom! The location was perfect and we will definitely stay again!

The house was great for us. Abundance of kitchen supplies, and utensils, Kleenex in nearly every room, more than enough toilet paper for the three of us, and beach chairs. The sun room was great for relaxing and spreading out. We wanted to return but sadly next year is already booked!

Perfect Location
Enjoyed our stay. The house has all the amenities to have a fabulous beach day. My daughter said she didn’t want to leave because it felt like home. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. They have every need supply for a wonderful beach vacation! The house was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Usually the hosts don’t have enough garbage bags etc but that wasn’t the case! We stayed for 4 nights and would come back in a heartbeat!

Cozy
We had the best time on our trip to Lido. This little house was perfect for our family. We flew to Florida so we couldn’t bring all our beach stuff. But no worries because everything we needed: pack snd play, towels, toys, chairs, etc we’re there waiting for us. Also, we enjoyed fresh mangos for breakfast from the mango tree in the back yard!!

What a wonderful place by the beach, it was exactly what we needed to bring in my 40th bday. The house is walking distance to the beach, the square, and long boat key, will definitely be booking again.

Location was perfect and house was very well equipped and as described. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Only disappointment was that guest beds were very hard and AC very loud for sleeping in front guest room.

What a beautiful and peaceful property!!
This home is a true gem; even better than the photos! We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the house and its close location to the beach. Everything one would need is available in the home. All in all, it was a wonderful Father's Day weekend stay in beautiful Lido Key.

This home is an amazing and updated bit of historic Florida! The location was great! It was very comfortable all the way from the sofas to the amazing beds. I would stay again and recommend it!

Amazingly relaxing
We had the most relaxed and enjoyable stay in this lovely home. The location near the beach allowed us to walk to the beach periodically during the day. The wash area outside the house allowed us to clean up before entering the house. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful house/wonderful location
The house was perfect for our group. We were able to stay for 3 nights before Christmas. We loved the renovations of the house and particularly the sunroom! It fit all 5 of us comfortably. The house had pretty much everything you would have at home in terms of amenities. The location to the beach and town and even the park at the end of the island was wonderful. We greatly enjoyed the place and location. We did prepare by bringing a lot of food ahead...but it would be wise to point out that the grocery stores aren’t as close as you would like and with traffic would likely make them seem a lot further. Probably best to stop at at the store to get a few things before you come on to the island. We would definitely stay again.

Convenience, comfort and quality on Lido
This spacious and well-appointed home exceeded all of our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Florida room and backyard were wonderful for hanging out. We used the bikes available in the garage to ride over the bridge to Sarasota for dinner. We used the beach toys and chairs for hanging out on Lido Beach. We walked to St. Armand's Circle. The bedroom set up worked so well for our group (4 adults and 2 kids). I want to book our next vacation at this home.
