A new, high-end Entertainment Suite was added to this popular vacation home! Now sporting 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and multiple entertainment areas, this property has everything you'll need for a fantastic week at the beach! Rainy day? No problem! You will love the variety of things to do in the house and in the amenity-rich development of The Grande at Canal Pointe. On the ocean side of Route 1, Canal Pointe has 2 pools, 2 fitness centers, tennis / basketball court, 2 clubhouses and a playground for the little ones. It is close to the beach (1.5 miles), outlet shopping and great restaurants. This house is loaded with modern conveniences and luxuries. The house backs to a peaceful and private wooded area with pond, where you can relax with a cocktail while grilling on the deck. First floor has king-sized master suite, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, dining area and living room with large flat-screen smart TV, DVD player, wireless Bose speaker and gas fireplace. The living room couch also has a queen sleeper with upgraded mattress. Plenty of closet space and a powder room complete the 1st floor. The upper level of the home has a second, queen-sized master suite, a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 3rd full bathroom and a loft area for the children to play. Choose from a variety of games, puzzles, cards or karaoke from the "Harry Potter Room" game closet. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV with expanded cable and Blu-Ray player, Apple TV and/or PlayStation. The lower level has a newly constructed Entertainment Suite with pool table, dart board and Arcade Game with 412 classic games including Ms. Pac-Man, Frogger and Donkey Kong. Interested in family game night? There is a poker table with seating for eight players, which can be reversed for dining. A bar top with barstools is positioned conveniently behind the L-shaped couch and in front of the large flatscreen TV for watching games or movies. There is a second well-stocked kitchen with Keurig, a bedroom with queen bed and flatscreen TV and a full bathroom. The couch is a sleeper sofa for additional guests. In the garage, you'll find beach chairs (4), bikes (4), tennis rackets (4), basketball and an assortment of other beach-related equipment for your use. Entry to the Breakwater Junction Trail connecting Rehoboth Beach and Lewes is just outside the entrance of the development for biking, jogging or walking the dog. Revelation Brewery is a short walk from the front door. Grab a cold one on your way home from the beach or after your workout on the trail! Rain or shine, you will have a wonderful, comfortable stay at our home and build many lasting memories! Dogs are permitted if they fit within HOA guidelines. The townhome was very nice and comfortably fit 7 adults and an infant. Beds and couches were comfortable and there was plenty of space to eat. Home was outfitted with all kitchen cooking needs and included 5 bikes, beach chairs and plenty of toys. Downstairs gameroom was awesome and deck was roomy for all of us to sit comfortably. The housing plan had two pools, tennis and basketball coirts and was close to great bike trails. It was located 5 minutes from the Rehoboth strip with plenty of good eating choices as well as 5 minutes from rhe business strip that had a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Landlord waa excellent in communication regarding all aspects before and during our stay. Even reimbursed us for bike locks that we bought and left there. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Great place!! ♥️

The home is lovely, spacious and perfectly located to the beaches, downtown shops, restaurants, malls, and the walk/bike trails. It’s in a peaceful quiet community but 5 minutes to the action.
We were a family of five adults and we had tons of privacy and lots of common areas to gather. The entertainment area downstairs was a favorite for all with late night pool, cards, darts, ping pong and video game competitions. The back deck is a nature magnet with egrets, ibis, an osprey nest, deer, and other wildlife. Also provided were beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach toys etc.
Sherri was a very responsive and proactive host, going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our time in Rehoboth Beach. We’d have no hesitation staying there again.

It was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed and more for the week we were there. Sherri was so informative and helpful with places to eat, beaches, etc. The property was great for taking bike rides and walks every day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

I can’t say enough good things about this home and Sherri & Ellen. They were the best hosts, responded right away any time we reached out with questions. They have a beautiful home with great attention to details. Wonderful accommodations and amenities so you don’t have to bring half your house with you! They had plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchenware, coffee machine, grill and so much more. It was spacious and very comfortable. The kids (and adults) LOVED the game room/entertainment area. They had a karaoke machine, poker table, ping pong and pool tables. It was an incredible property within a great community. Mary ( pool attendant) at the bigger pool was AWESOME! The smaller pool attendant was a little rude so I would just stick to the bigger pool when you stay. But other than that hiccup, it was an amazing stay! Ellen and Sherri were wonderful and I can’t wait to rent from them again!

Great family place to rent. Just a few miles from the beach and everything you can think of to do. Inside the house has plenty of amenities to keep you busy. For the ones that like tattoos, we/some of us got tattoos during our stay and that was close and the price was reasonable as well. Overall five stars for this vacation in home we rented

The house was described very well. Our family had plenty of room. The 18 month old played boo many times. The game room was another room to hang out and have fun. It was a close walk to pool.

New Year's Visit
Visiting my parents who live nearby in a small condo with my family and dog- decided to get a house that was convenient to Rehoboth Beach and its attractions (even more than just the Outlets!) in addition to being close to my parents - so glad that the owners are sharing this gem with renters! It was clean, roomy and in a quiet neighborhood that we could walk/jog in every morning. On the days that it was a little rainy, the game room was great and kept three teens/pre-teens busy with games, pool, ping pong and an old style arcade game - its great to know that Ms Pac Man still attracts highly active12 year olds! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon in the near future for another visit!!

Sherri was a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive to our needs and questions. The property is located in a very well maintained community, and although there are many specific rules, it is only a few minute drive to the beach and near many bike trails. Would highly recommend:)

We enjoyed Rehoboth and Lewes beaches; a ton of swimming in the pool (very handy); walking and bike (ours and theirs) riding; Rehoboth Boardwalk and amusements; fresh and variety of fish dining locations (very important); and even some shopping; and luckily, we were favored with a full week of sunny weather. The house is very spacious with every amenity we needed for our group. The game room was well used when we were not at the beaches or other outside activity; played a lot of pool and ping pong.... and video game. Met Sherri and Ellen and had wonderful response for our needs. Their house is a 5 star location and experience and recommended for a family or group.

Excellent stay
We were a family of 6 adults, a 2 year old and 2 infants. The property was perfect for us. Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and quick access to the beach. The downstairs game room was very fun.

We had a wonderful time ! House was beautiful ! We especially enjoyed the game room! Something for all us! We have stayed at several places in same complex . The house was great. Very clean and well appointed. Lots to do inside even during the off-season. Our kids enjoyed the change of scenery and the very cool game loft and basement. We ended up extending for 2 days. Sherry was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Townhome
Our family of four (2 adults and 2 toddlers) and our dog stayed at Sherri’s townhome from July 26-31st 2020 and had a wonderful stay. The has was extremely clean and in great condition. It was much more house than we needed but we enjoyed every square inch of it. The community is nice and quiet and convenient for getting to the beach, state parks, breweries, restaurants, etc. We bikes most places Including Cape Henlopen with our kids and drove to the beach when we had a lot of gear. It was nice to have the free parking pass to Deauville Beach which is nice and less crowded than Rehoboth. We brought our own bikes but it was nice to have the extra stock and all the beach gear we needed. Due to covid-19 restrictions the closer pool was closed but we were still able to use the farther pool a few times. The minor issues we had (including the hotter temps on the top floor, and some bathtub draining issues) were immediately attended to by Sherri. She is super responsive and communicative and obviously cares about keeping her home in good condition. Our kids loved the karaoke machine, extra games, video game machine, etc. There is a community playground which was closed during our stay but the larger playground at the welcome center to rehoboth is very close. Great neighborhood restaurants and breweries are close by on 1A, not just the big strip mall restaurants on 1. The bike ride to Oyster Bay Brewery along three Junction trail was a highlight, with our 3 year old riding her bike herself almost all the way there. The kitchen was also nicely stocked for cooking at home - we grilled fish and baked beac cakes one night. I highly recommend this home as a nice alternative to being right in a busy beach street or neighborhood. We barely saw neighbors and there was plenty of space to stay away from others for social distancing purposes. We would stay again and maybe bring more family members next time :).

Very fun Rehoboth getaway
We loved our stay at this lovely home in the Rehoboth Beach area. Sherri was a joy to work with and highly organized. She even provided a beach parking pass for our car. The home was spotless with extra precautious taken for COVID. My boys especially loved the lower level which was decked out with a billiards table, ping pong table and an arcade center. Many hours of use! We spent many evenings grilling on the back porch. We very much appreciated the use of the 5 bicycles that came with the home (bring your own helmets). There are some spectacular bike trails in the area - see especially the Henlopen Acres trails which go through marsh and dunes. We also escaped for some paddle-boarding and hit the local Par 3 golf course with our kids. We are thankful to Sherri for her gracious hospitality.

Great place to stay!
This was a great place to stay in Rehoboth. The rec room was amazing and a big hit for "inside days." The beach was less than a 15 minute bike ride, plenty of room. It was nicely decorated and comfortable.
Sherri was great to work with and very friendly.
If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and a little room, this is a great place.

Town House Living
Very well cared for town house and surrounding property. Clean and accurate description of interior. Plenty of bikes and beach equipement . Bike path worth doing. Close to beach but you still need a car to carry beach stuff and parking can be difficult. House is comfortable in all areas except for kitchen table chairs which are uncomfortable but we used the dining area table and chairs. No noise from any neighbors made it a good experience . Pool was good and close by......never went to the second pool. All in all very nice.

The perfect vacation accommodations.
This property has everything you need! There were beach chairs and umbrellas. There were also five bikes. It is the perfect distance to bike to the outlets, breweries , and beach. There are two great pools and work our rooms as well. The house is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Has a lovely back porch that you can watch ospreys from. We enjoying the grill on the back porch as well. It also has a walking/biking path nearby . You will love this rental!!!!! The owner always answered any question in a very timely fashion!!! Easy check in and check out!!!!

Second time stay -- great place and ideal location, for all ages
Our second time at this location: Loved it! They pay attention to smallest details. They have Netflix and Alexa already set up; also some current DVD movies, these are examples of how carefully they prepare for the stay. We loved watching the Osprey nest again this year. Communications again excellent and timely. Worth every penny.
