The condo is located right in the beach & within walking distance of shopping & restaurants. Chairs, umbrellas & towels were provided so all we needed was sunscreen & snacks. The condo was comfortable and decorated so cute!

1-Condo is listed as a 2 bathroom unit however, it has ONE and a HALF. The dividing door between the bathrooms does not fully close or lock. Condo floor was dirty upon arrival. 2-Chairs and umbrellas need replaced They are in very poor shape 3- Guest bedroom was very uncomfortable for the kids. 4- There was not one thing of detergent to wash a load of clothes or dishes. The dishes in the unit were very dirty. We bought paper products instead of using them. 5-There is nothing to stop the drain up to take a bath or a rug to step out onto causing a fall hazard. 6- Two kitchen size trash bags and small amount of paper products. 7- Absolutely no correspondence unless we reached out. 8-Elevators horrible with only one to use. 9-Construction noise/wasn’t notified Convenient location but won’t be back!

Wife and I enjoyed the Week Stay we had! Easy Beach access and Shuttle Bus will take you anywhere you wanna go for a Small Fee per Day! Great Location across the Street for Food and Cocktails! Thanks again, We will be back!

My husband and I stayed in Madiera Beach for the month of February, 2023. The condo was lovely and the pool and beach couldn’t be any closer. The only drawback was the constant music played across the street at John’s Pass. Some of it was great but sometimes it was quite loud. Sue was a great hostess and we really loved the whole experience.

Loved our location on the ocean, with a great pool. Our unit was clean and comfortable. John's Pass is across the street for great shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The condo met all our needs for vacationing in Madeira Beach. It was clean, spacious, and had amenities such as beach chairs, coffee maker, washer.& dryer, and more. The building was very quiet, with the exception of the music drifting up from the Bamboo Beach Grill, which added pleasure to our stay. We slept well on comfortable the king sized bed. Great location, being right on the beach and across from John's Pass. The heated pool, while not standard sized, was big enough to enjoy and not too crowded.

Our balcony overlooked Bamboo Beach Bar. We could sit and listen to live music. Right next to the beach. Perfect for watching the sunset at night. Warm heated salt water pool. Friendly residents in this building. The king bed in the master had a nice foam topper and we slept very well. Perfect condo. St John's Pass is right across street. Salt Rock Grille was amazing.

Access to the property upon arrival was easy. The condo is close to the elevator and parking is convenient to the building. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. There is some noise from John's Pass businesses but always ended by 10 pm. Great access to the beach and nice pool also.

Was an excellent stay! Great location. Once we located the parking spot, it was great.

Get Visit and awesome communication with the owner Sue. My Aunt and I decided to go ahead with our visit during A hurricane. We did leave to my father's place inland. Sue was wonderful in keeping me updated of the situation and even refunded me the days we did not stay!!!! Great location and we did get pool time before and after the storm. Its perfect location especially since my Aunt was in a wheel chair. I could push her across the street to all the shops and restaurants. This is my second stay at this condo and hope to visit many more times in the future.

An excellent location for the beach and John's pass. House was in a perfect position for both. Will certainly be back in the future if allowed. Great for dolphin spotting!!

Easy check in and absolute great location! Right across from Johns Pass! We enjoyed listening to the music which played at the bar across the street from the comfort of our balcony. Walking over to the shops and restaurants during the day/evening was an easy and enjoyable thing to do. Lots of restaurants also in walking distance. The beach was not crowded and the water was beautiful! We enjoy many days going from the beach to the pool which was also very clean. The condo had a variety of beach items, cooler, a few umbrellas and chairs, sand toys and beach towls. The layout was spacious and comfortable. We usually stay ocean front but didn't feel like we missed out so I would definitely recommend if your in the fence. We would definitely stay here again. Madeira Beach is in great proximity to so many other places. We explored, Treasure Island beaches, Pass-a-grille, sunset Beach, Indian Shores and Clearwater. We fished in Pass-a-grille at Merrys peer, took the shell Island ferry from Fort Desoto visited the bird Sanctuary in Indian Shores. Caddys, SeaHags, Thai AM, Mad beach Cantina, Seabreeze, Friendly Fisherman, Mangos, Brass Monkey are just some of the good restaurants that we ate at. You can't go wrong with this condo and it's location!

This is a fantastic place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone. It is in a perfect location. We had so much fun relaxing on the huge patio at night, and listening to the live music at John's Pass. The condo has everything you need. I truly hope we can rent this condo again.

We stayed for a week in June and the condo was perfect for our family of four! Our kids (10 and 12) loved the pool and beach access was just off the back so we could pop in and out as much as we wanted. Confo had all regular amenities...updated beach toys would have been great ( no floaties, boogie boards, or cooler) but other than that it was a perfect place to stay!

Appears that they're updating the building itself and the condo itself was dated. Honestly, you're right on the beach so who cares? You can hear the music from across the street and you could not be closer to the beach. The primary bedroom has the best mattress I’ve ever slept in. The hosts are communicative. I feel like the cleaners the condo building uses are taking advantage of the owners, but what do I know. We talked to other renters who felt the same. We ended up changing out the shower curtain liner and buying handsoap. The dishes were all very dirty. The second bedroom has all you need for the beach. Use the ‘back’ elevator, it seems to be more consistent. Ultimately worth the money we spent and perfect for families.

We had a great time on Madeira Beach. Sue’s unit was as advertised and met all of our needs. We loved being on the beach and directly across from Johns Pass. We especially enjoyed listening to the live music coming from across the street as we hung out on our balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this property is excellent. It’s directly across from John’s Pass with all the shopping, boat tours/rentals and restaurants within a short walking distance. This is great to save on parking as John’s Pass is usually full and charges a lot for parking. While you don’t have a beach view, you do have a view of John’s Pass directly across the street. The little bar across the street had live music that you could listen to from the balcony. The beach is directly behind you so you get the best of both worlds. The condo was clean and the owner got back to me within a day anytime I messaged her. I would absolutely rent this place again!

This is a very nice unit located across the street from John’s Pass at Madeira Beach. We experienced an entire week of perfect weather making October our favorite time to visit Mad Beach. We usually visit in the spring and for multiple reasons, October, is by far our best experience yet. We spent every day splashing around in the Gulf. The Madeira Norte has construction going on right now, but the only thing frustrating about the resort this week was the elevator in the front didn’t work. This unit is located on the second floor so taking the stairs was not too big an issue. We couldn’t figure out the hot water for showers, but Sue was prepared to have service come take a look at it.
