Situated in Port Charlotte, this attractive condo for $82 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Lovely, clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in one of the best locations in area. At least one person must be over 55 to rent this unit. Though unit holds 4 people, we are interested in renting to ONE or TWO people only. If a short-term guest is allowed by the owner, a guest fee of $10 per person, per night will apply. Sorry, no pets. This is a 2nd floor unit. There are no tenants above you! Just a few miles to lovely, historic Punta Gorda waterfront area; near about 20 restaurants in Port Charlotte, can walk to supermarket and excellent donut shop, yet complex is quiet and beautiful. It's also GATED. Grounds have large oak, orange and lemon trees, along with acres of walking paths, as well as lovely flowering and other bushes. Also the grounds are on a canal. Condo has view of lovely garden and distant view of pool area. This complex inspires repeat renters. Condo has newer TV (can be voice activated), VERY quiet Maytag stainless-steel interior dishwasher, cute patio bistro set, Cuisinart convection oven/toaster, regular coffee maker, newer right-height toilets, newer Master Bath vanity/granite top/faucet. Both master and guest room bedroom sets are in pristine condition. Also, condo is FULLY furnished with nice pans/pots/dishes and all sized glasses, including wine glasses. Newer silverware sets. This place has everything you need to spend a relaxing, carefree month or more in FL. Washer/dryer is full-sized. Private parking space. Community activities available. All utilities, TV and internet included.

Had a wonderful stay! The condo was very comfortable and homey. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was wonderful. People were so friendly and welcoming. Loved the grounds, very well kept. Owner was wonderful to work with and was very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

We spent a lovely time in this well-kept facility. Everything was available in the apartment. Contact with the owner Cheryl was excellent. The location of the apartment in the direction of the pool and a beautiful, well-kept garden invited you to relax. The pool was wonderfully warm and always very clean. The community team takes care of this beautiful facility. Very suitable for those seeking peace and quiet. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance, which is a rarity in Florida. My partner and I also like to walk. A sidewalk leads directly to a good restaurant and a neighborhood Walmart, where you can still get good supplies even in the evening hours. We were completely satisfied!

Wonderful spot, close to restaurants, stores, major roads and short drive to beaches. Owner has been very helpful and caring. Sorry that, because I'm moving to the area, I won't need to rent this again!!

Lovely Condo Community in a Safe, Central Location

We stayed for a month in January and enjoyed it immensely. Within days we felt right at home. The furniture throughout is so comfy and the view from the screened lanai overlooking the garden is stunning. Owner Cheryl thought of everything when appointing the condo, and she is so fun and easy to work with. The location is perfect: not far from beaches, Punta Gorda, Venice, and the Everglades. Aside from being close to shopping and entertainment venues, Charlotte County has wonderful Parks and Recreation facilities. We enjoyed swimming in the large outdoor pools, hiking the trails, exploring the environmental parks, and taking naturalist-led nature walks. We would definitely stay here again!
