Situated in Kailua, this charming house for $862 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Set on a private road with private beach access, Kailua Beachside is One-Story Home a 4BD/4BA (over 2,800 square feet) estate home that has been extensively remodeled and well-cared for. Nestled amongst mature landscaping, the property offers luxurious privacy. Fine finishings with a relaxed tropical feel make up this open floor plan one story home, resulting in flowing trade winds and lots of natural light. The interior living area opens up to a covered lanai and private swimming pool. The pool area has an outdoor dining table and bar area, chaise lounges, and a covered bale with a daybed and newly renovated full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom with private access to the pool area has a King bed with ensuite bath, split a/c unit, and large sitting area equipped with a sofa sleeper. The remaining three bedrooms each have a Queen bed and a/c units. There is also a bonus room off one of the guest rooms with two twin trundle beds, perfect for families with children. The floors are travertine tile throughout except for the bedrooms which have carpet. Just a few houses off the beach, the home has public beach access to the famous Kailua Beach. A half mile of white sand, sparkling turquoise waters, and gentle flowing breezes are what await you at this iconic beach. The buzzing town of Kailua offers trendy boutiques and both casual and fine dining. Kailua is 30 minutes outside of Honolulu and Waikiki. Our family of 9 enjoyed this property very much. The house was clean and as advertised. The house was beautifully appointed and had abundant, lovely dishes, silverware and cookware. We loved the Hawaiian themed furniture and art throughout. We were also very pleased with the amount and variety of beach accessories available. Family from East Coast USA and Australia- met in the middle for a wonderful reunion. We stayed 9 nights and the house was everything we wanted. This was our second stay, and the proximity to the beach (no need to cross roads) made it a breeze to get our kids there and back without any stress. The house itself is extremely well appointed and our concierge was on hand if we needed help or advice with anything. Good location makes Honolulu and the north shore easily accessible. The beach is great for kids and boogey boards, beach chairs and mats were all available. A beautiful property.

3 families(10ppl),in one house and still more than enough space to have a quiet cup of tea! The house had everything we could ever need and more than what we expected. The booking process was easy and everyone I dealt with were very helpful and accommodating. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. The house is beautifully furnished. Large open floor plan and plenty of room for large family meals. The additional kids bedroom with all the toys and books were great and kept the kids busy. Tristen was very accommodating even before we checked into the house. She had the crib and highchair set up and the safety gate around the pool as we had requested. Not many homes with pools have that option and we definitely needed it with little kids running around. The pool was amazing! Our kids learnt to swim because they were in the pool daily and didn't even want to get out to eat!

If we could buy a house in Hawaii, this would be our ideal home. Forget hotels, Kailua Beachside is our new home away from home! Looking forward to returning again!

From our first contact with Hawaii Life to our check-in and stay, everything was perfect. Great people to work with, met us when we arrived at the house to show us around, house had everything we needed. Such a great place for our family of 10. We had a 3 and 6 year old and their room with the trundle beds had toys, books and was just off their parents room. Dining room table big enough for all of us, nice big kitchen with plenty of utensils, huge TV, great beds. The pool was pretty deep (not much of a shallow end), but plenty of places to lay out and the landscaping was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Will return!

No surprises with this rental. It was every bit as good as the website suggests. It's very close to the beach, it's very clean, it provided us with plenty of room for all of our family members. We are seasoned travelers and this house was better equipped than any we've ever stayed in. It had toys for the kids, spices in the kitchen, super glue for a needed repair, beach accessories, even a step ladder for our mother to help her get into our SUV. We were very satisfied.
