About this house rental
Situated in Miramar Beach, this attractive house for $741 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to the beautiful Three Palms, a luxurious 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool, short walk to beach, gated community. This spacious 2000 square feet split bedroom designed house has four bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room and breakfast area, a laundry room. It has enough room for a large group and does not feel cramped. Each room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A private pool ensures that you can swim in total comfort and privacy without sharing with the neighborhood or a condo association. The pool can be heated for an additional fee (especially useful during the winter months). The backyard area has many lounge chairs and umbrellas. House is about 500 yards from a private beach. We provide a complimentary Beach Service (two chairs and one umbrella) from March to October. Public beach, with free parking and beach restroom, is just 0.9 miles away, next to Pompano Joe’s. Most shopping areas and markets are nearby: Destin Commons, Outlet Mall, Whole Food, Publix. The kitchen has plenty of room and is fully equipped, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a super quiet dishwasher. Cooking outside? A large size Weber gas grill and a charcoal grill will satisfy your inner chef. As a one-storied house with an attached garage, it can accommodate one car inside the garage and 2 large size SUV on the driveway. During peak periods, this property has a 7-night minimum, with Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out. House features: Private pool can be heated for cold months. This was such an awesome vacation. The house was equipped with any and all necessities needed for a great time at the beach. We were able to use bikes to ride which was great. The pool at the house was also very relaxing. To top this off, I left some items and was notified early next morning that they were being mailed. Being that a couple years ago, at another home I left a $600 watch and was told that it was née found This was an amazing vacation and I look forward to booking with these wonderful hosts again.

The house was very clean and the pool was great. However, we were Very dissatisfied with the lack of security. The lack of customer service from the management, and lack of internet and cable service for 2 days.
At check-in, the front door access was broke and remained broke the entire stay for the 4 nights and 5 days. Had to go in and out through the garage with only one opener at times. Couldn’t lock the garage door to the house either. Felt unsafe leaving valuables while outside the residence.
I Was asked to wait 4 hours at the residence for furniture to be delivered.
Further, I was under the impression, after reading the advertisement the residence was a “short walking” distance to the private beach. Not so. The walk was a far distance.

This house has everything you could ask for! Don’t need to bring anything besides your bathing suit and clothes! Sand toys, beach chairs, cooler all provided. This house exceeded our expectations! Thank you for such a great spring break!

This was our second year in a row staying at one of Duc & Jessica's properties. It's very hard to explain how above and beyond they go for their guests! And let's not forget those that help them maintain the properties. The small amenities if you have children will go along way to making your stay that much better! Our plans, if they continue to allow us, will be to stay here or one of their other properties many more times. Thank you from my family to yours.

Awesome location. Feels quiet / secluded but short walk to the beach. Having a private pool to lay by and have kids pass the time in was nice. Hosts were very communicative.

House was exactly as advertised. Pool was warm and perfect for the cooler days we had. Pool was also a great addition for the double red flag beach days so the kids could still swim. We had a wonderful time and Duc and Jessica were very responsive to any questions we had! Thank you for a great week!

This property was perfect for our family! I was very impressed with all the attention to details down to toothpaste. It was very clean and they had everything you could possibly need. It was so nice to not have to bring beach chairs or wagon for the beach and the walk is not bad at all. Jessica and Duc are very quick to respond if you have any questions. Great communication!

Also, Destin is so busy, but you won’t feel crowded or uncomfortable at the beach. They have a nice private set up, with nice spacing of all chairs.
Jessica and Duc always do something special when we come! We truly appreciate their hospitality! They definitely know how to make guests feel as welcome, stress free and comfortable as possible!!

Awesome place!
It has all the bells and whistles you would want in your own home. Kids were able to do online school while there using the available Wifi, pool is nice especially with heater for cool days. Xbox kept the kids happy on a rainy day! Beach is a short walk away, bicycles ready for use! The hosts were available and quick to respond with some minor issues. Overall great experience will return!

Outstanding property
This is one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever stayed at. Jessica and Duc are extremely kind people and they were always quick to respond to any and all questions that we had. The house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen, pool and at the beach. The outside deck, grill, lawn chairs and tables are all in great condition and the pool was perfect. The walk to the beach only takes about 7-8 mins and the beach service is a really nice bonus. All in all, it was an ideal place to spend a relaxing week with my family after a very long and difficult year.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, blender, mixer, etc. which was so helpful because we cooked-in several meals. The beach supplies were so helpful too! Just a short walk or bike ride to the lovely private beach. Our family had a blast riding bikes together to the beach and we even got Pepaw (67 years old) on a bicycle for the first time in years! There are safe bike racks right inside the beach access gate to store the bikes while you are at the beach. The heated pool was so awesome! The outdoor grills allowed us to cook out and have a picnic by the pool! Our little grands swam and swam even at night in March! There are too many positives to list here in this short space!! I can’t think of a negative thing to post. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!! Unforgettable family memories made here at 22 Secret Harbor this spring break!

The pictures don’t do justice to this place and everything it has to provide. Just book it. Mgt was helpful and easy to work with. We heated the pool and it was the perfect way to take refuge over the week. This home has all the little things (and big things) that you need to cook and relax. Just 5-10 min walk to a awesome beach. We would absolutely stay here again.
