My rates are the same on each site. 3. Disclosure is the most important thing for me. 4. My goal is to exceed your expectations. 5. I want you to be able to contact me “immediately” if you have a question or problem at any time before, during or after your stay at my home. Judy and I are available 24/7. I, Clif, live on my property and I am the property manager. I can be reached 100 percent of the time. I have contractors in every field who will take care of (fix, replace and install) anything that goes wrong with the home. 6.
