About this house rental
Elk Meadow House is a private home that showcases Big Sky's beautiful mountain environment. This home is located in the Antler Ridge subdivision which is located just off Lone Mountain Trail, three miles above Big Sky's Meadow Village and another three up to the ski resort making it the perfect location summer or winter. Situated on over an acre with panoramic views this house offers beauty, privacy and convenience. The vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, open floor plan and modern upscale kitchen are just a few of the features that make this a luxurious vacation home. 2,200 square feet with 3 bedrooms plus a small loft (can be used as an office area with a small desk, chair and printer) and 2.5 baths. The master suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, chaise lounge with reading lamp, large bathroom with double vanity and bidet toilet seat, flat screen smart tv with Roku, a walk in closet. The main living area has cathedral ceilings, expansive windows, a large L-shaped leather sofa, 2 arm chairs with ottomans, a smart flat screen tv and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters, a walk in pantry stocked with spices and a custom island. The dining table is next to the island with seating for 6 and two barstools at the bar and a main level powder room. Downstairs off the entrance there are two additional bedrooms each with one queen bed, full mirrored closets, a full bathroom with shower/tub and a laundry room. Due to the house being on a hill, both downstairs bedrooms have mountain views. The garage has 2 bays (fits one large SUV only) and offers plenty of room for skis/boots or bikes with additional street parking. We have 4 pairs snow shoes, poles and sleds for your winter enjoyment and a deck off the living room with an outdoor hot tub (new 2023), small portable grill, chaise lounge, adirondack chair and a table with 4 chairs (outdoor seating for 6). Please respect the fact our home is 100% non-smoking inside and out (including our land) and if you are a smoker, PLEASE find a different home other than ours. Please note require the signed rental agreement within 3 days to confirm booking or your reservation may be canceled. My partner and I decided to do a spontaneous trip to Big Sky for NYE. Luckily, last minute we found this incredible cabin. Jamie, the host, is absolutely fantastic. Some of the best communication I have ever had while booking any stay for a trip. She gave us some amazing recommendations on things to do, restaurants, and bars, as well as updating us during our trip on things that are happening in the area. The cabin is stunning. It’s in the perfect location in Big Sky. It made our trip extra special. We will definitely be back!

My family and I can't rave enough about Jamie, Bob, and their beautiful cabin. We spent the holidays in Big Sky and we're so happy that we stayed there. The house is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped, with plenty of room for the 7 of us and our dog. It is also centrally located between the town and the mountain. Jamie and Bob were very welcoming and communicative - it was everything we wanted for our family vacation!

Big smile at Big Sky
This home was absolutely delightful. The western decor was present without being over the top. The bed was comfortable. We felt very homey and relaxed. We were dependent on car to get to the ski slopes but we knew that going in.

This house was everything we could want for a Big Sky ski vacation. It was so comfortable and had every amenity we could want. Hot tub was great and it was in a beautiful community. It was 3 miles to skiing and 3 miles to Town Center which has everything one could want. The owner responded to my texts within minutes of me reaching out and did everything to make this get away as good as it could be!

Best Ski Trip
Stay here with a couple friends and close to town and Big Ski so of the best skiing. After a long day of skiing the hot tub was amazing!

If you are planning activities in the Big Sky area this home is perfectly located. We did things in Big Sky and traveled to Yellowstone and Bozeman and everything is very accessible. The house is a really cool mountain home, you can stand by the back door to the deck and look in any direction and you can't see any other homes and it's a beautiful panoramic mountain view. Jamie is super friendly and helpful with tips for restaurants and activities in the area i.e. dog sledding, snowmobiling, skiing, sleigh rides and fly fishing, all of which we did and had a blast. We would definitely stay here again, you'll love it!

Thanksgiving in Big Sky
Outstanding experience! Great house - both beautiful and highly functional. Fully stocked pantry and garage with everything you need (cooking items and paper towels) and everything fun (snowshoes and sleds). Ideal location between town center and the ski mountain, very helpful and communicative hosts. Great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Prime location, beautiful setting
This home is perfectly laid out and super convenient to town center + all skiing. Kitchen is well stocked and so nice to have laundry/attached garage. Antler Ridge neighborhood is lovely for walks with fantastic wildlife all around. Owners are so quick to respond to any questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. We highly recommend!

Overall our group had a wonderful stay at Antler Ridge and enjoyed our ski trip to Big Sky. The house is a wonderful property and has plenty of rooms for a larger group. The hot tub provided a much needed post skiing respite and the views of the mountains were stunning. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Home away from home!
Wonderful property! We found this Antler Ridge home incredibly comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. Well-stocked kitchen and pantry were very welcoming. We experienced 2 feet of snow during our week stay and the snow-removal service was very prompt. Highly recommend!

White Christmas @ Big Sky
Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay @ Elk Meadow House, we arrived a few days before Christmas and were overwhelmed by the beauty of the landscape and the cozy, generously appointed home that is Elk Meadow House. Ideally located with just a short drive to both Big Sky resort for skiing and the town of Big Sky. This was perfect as we needed to plan a bit for our Christmas away from home!
The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the heating of the house made it cozy without noise or difficulty in controlling the warmth. The layout is great for a family spending time together, with enough separation when needed and comfortable living, kitchen & dining area where everyone can be together. The holiday vacation was a great success and we'd recommend Big Sky and this home 100%. That said, there is a part of me that would like to keep this a secret :)

This home was a perfect 10 for our family celebrating Thanksgiving ! The kitchen had every gadget & amenity on par for a chef. WE enjoyed our family time together kicking back with a puzzle of Big Sky and a round of scrabble. The hot tub was divine ! WE could not ask for another gift. Everything at our fingertips. Skiing, Recommendations for Dining. We enjoyed every moment in this beautiful home surrounded by peace and tranquility ! Grateful for the gracious owners Jamie & Robert...It was a hit for our family, 5 Star Professional, We'll be back again next year !

Three weeks in paradise!!
Jamie and Bob's Elk Meadow House was perfect for our 3 week vacation in Big Sky and matched the VRBO description exactly.. Located in Antler Ridge, it was close to the Big Sky town center, but not too close. It was very peaceful, quiet and private, with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain scenery. It is within close proximity to several great hiking trails that we took full advantage of, plus the expedition to the top of Lone Peak with some phenomenal 360 degrees views. The home itself was very well appointed with all of the dishes, appliances, spices, etc. that we needed. We loved the gourmet kitchen with the granite counters and custom island, cooking the majority of our meals there rather than eating out.. And every morning we took full advantage of the DeLonghi Espresso Machine. In addition, the home was very tastefully furnished and decorated - we loved the artwork that adored the house. The upstairs master suite served as a private oasis with its gas fireplace, chaise lounge with reading lamp, flat screen TV and extremely comfortable king bed. Jamie and Bob were excellent to deal with through the entire renting process, and very responsive to our every need. As an example, after we notified them that the internet had stopped working, the next day a technician from 3 Rivers Communications was there to replace the modem and router. Overall we could have been happier with the house, location and our hosts - Jamie and Bob. We look forward to our next visit to Big Sky.

Nice place to stay a short drive from the mountain and the meadow village. A nice in between that keeps you out of the business of the base of the mountain.

The property had was perfect! Convenient to both Mountain and Meadow but secluded with amazing views! Equipped with everything we needed, and hot tub was the ideal finish to a great day skiing!

The best winter vacation!
Our second stay at Elk Meadow house, this time in winter! We just loved it, there is so much to do. We did ski for two days in the Big Sky Resort and tried all of the slopes including the very peak of Lone Mountain. We spend another two days cross-country skiing in Lone Mountain Ranch using the free pass, so many trails to try! We also made a trip to the Yellowstone NP and did Snowmobile tour. It was chilly, but it was so cool to see the herds of bisons around the geysers! The very best part, however, was spending the evenings indoors by the fireplace and in the hot tub on the porch with the stunning view of the night sky, so peaceful and magical. We are becoming regulars, already planning our next visit! Thank you, Jamie and Bob, your home is just perfect!

Beautiful home to match it’s surroundings
We enjoyed our Christmas ski trip to Big Sky and our comfortable stay at the Webb’s inviting home. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Jamie was great to work with and provided useful information about the activities and restaurants in the area.

Incredible home and owner!
My 2 adult sons and I enjoyed a week at this home in Big Sky. We have stayed in other VRBO homes over the past 3 years, but this one is our favorite. Everything we needed was provided and all appliances worked well. Sheets and pillows were incredibly luxurious. The house was well stocked and we were thrilled that we did not have to invest in more bear spray this summer (cannot take on commercial airline flights)!
The location allowed us to go to and from Yellowstone (both West and North entrances) on well maintained roads. We dined in both Big Sky and Bozeman. Excellent food and friendly service made the entire experience wonderful.
Jamie is very considerate and helpful. We could not have asked for better service or quicker responses to our questions. We hope we can visit again soon. This was a spectacular vacation!! Thank you so much, Jamie!!
