Located in Rosemary Beach, this charming condo for $238 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This unit is located on the 3rd floor which is easily accessible by our elevator. It is walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Watercolor & Seaside are also only a bike or car ride away. The great restaurants & shops of The Village of South Walton are right outside your door. Two beach chairs w/ backpack straps are provided in the unit for your use! PLEASE NOTE - When booking, VRBO will prompt payment for the full amount. However, only 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to check in. Living and Sleeping Area: Features a king size bed with a pillow top mattress, high count linens, a 50” Smart TV (feel free to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc… account to watch your favorite shows) and a pull-out queen sofa with an extra thick mattress. Kitchenette: The kitchenette is very functional with granite countertops, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and microwave. Table seating for 2. The Village of South Walton is a newer complex with 2 pools (one is heated between March 1 - May 1), a hot tub, gas grills at the pool, and free on-call tram service to Seacrest Beach. Everything you need is foot steps away and bike rental is located onsite should you decide to rent. Leave your car in the parking lot and enjoy the great restaurants, shopping, beaches, and walking and biking paths. This unit is perfect for couples and small families. The free shuttle runs continuously to the beach (hours vary depending on the season), but it's also just a short 7 minute walk if you choose to walk. The shuttle is also on demand - if it is not currently at the station, simply call and they will come pick you up. Free parking is provided. Rosemary Beach is just a short 5 minute walk away, Alys Beach is a 10 minute walk, and the great shops and restaurants of The Village of South Walton are right outside your door. 2 night minimum unless there is a single night available between two existing bookings. There are laundry facilities located on the first floor of the building. The pools and tram station are located right outside of our building. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.

You need to put a comfort height toilet in for handicap people. There was small black bugs in the bathroom. Everything else was fine.

My daughter and I had a great time while staying at the Village Studio. It was much larger than we had thought it was going to be. There are pools real close by and a nice tram that will take you to and from the beach. Then there are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. I am looking forward to coming back to Rosemary Beach. I would definitely recommend going to Rosemary Beach, and the VBRO owner I delt with.

You really don’t need more room than this on a beach vacation. You’re right by the pool which is great and there are many restaurants nearby. The beach is about a 7 minute walk, or there’s a shuttle you can call whenever. Delightful experience, besides the unexpected rain, but we made the best of it!

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The room looks like it’s been patched up in a few places but overall, a good room. It’s so close to the beach and having the tram service is a game changer!

Property is sort of old and has been used a lot. Could use some renovation. But for the price it is ok. Windows at end of hallway by the elevator on the third floor are presumably broken and covered with plywood. Our son and family who stayed there a year ago said the plywood covered windows were covered then as well.. For us, the walk to Rosemary Beach was not possible. We had to drive, assuming Rosemary Beach is the sand and shore area. No handicapped parking that we could find by the building. Difficult access when there was not an available space by the building entrance. We had a nice time with extended family. Wish we all had been closer together.

Host communicated pertinent details well, area was so convenient for tram to beach and we enjoyed the stay including having beach chairs available. We hope next visit that the ends of the building hall have been repaired as the area is in such good condition, this was surprising to see temporary plywood in windows and far door. The room is perfect for a couple, pool use, and near to the nearby fresh food and farm goods market on Sunday and a grocery available so close saved us from leaving the resort.

The actual room itself was as advertised, however the building was not in as good of shape as I expected. Also, the beach access was for the entire village of south Walton and only about 50 yards of beach. We weren’t allowed to go further down the beach in either direction because it was private beach. So there were roughly 300 people on 50 yards of beach. Definitely was packed! All that said, the location of the place was good and walkable to the shops out front and just down the street in Rosemary. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay

Amazing stay

The location was perfect, the hosts were more than accommodating, the space was clean, and cute. The amenities were also fantastic. Our toddler really enjoyed both pools and the beach. I can’t say enough about how great this stay was, or how great the hosts were. Due to my husband‘s job, we had to change our dates two separate times, and they were so wonderful about it. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back.

We had an overall great experience staying here. The owner let us check in early and was extremely communicative and responsive before and during our stay. Small kitchenette with basic essentials as well as umbrellas and beach chairs. Very clean and large enough for my husband and I!

We have family which own a place in Rosemary. This was a great place to sleep, shower and hang out after a fun day. We didn’t need a place to prepare food so this was perfect.

My honest review

If you are sensitive to smells or a light sleeper... you might want to keep looking. Upon entry to the unit we were hit with the overpowering scent of not one but TWO Glade Plug-ins. We quickly found and removed them, placing them in a ziplock for our stay, but I had a migraine for the next two days. There were random drips and knocking noises in which we could not determine the source. The dehumidifier is loud, which helps with the hallway noise, but you just get used to it and then it turns off. You get used to the quiet and then it turns back on. The curtains are sheer so the room is still lit up at night. One night the fire alarms went off for our building so we had to wait outside until the fire department came and gave the all clear. Unfortunately, whatever happened left the elevator out of commission for the rest of our trip. The next morning the fire alarm was going off at one of the neighboring buildings. And then later that day some alarm was going off at an office?? on the first floor. We ended up leaving a day early because honestly we were tired and longing for our own beds. We've stayed in this area before, in another building, and it was fine. After this trip though, we've decided we'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

The property was very nice inside and it was apparent that is was recently updated. The communication was great and very organized and easy to understand the details about the property. The only thing that we didn't like is that the floor seemed to be dusty and have a lot of small threads or fibers which was apparent in the fact that our socks were quickly covered in it after walking inside the apartment. Overall, we liked the property

We enjoyed the area and all it had to offer. Very quite this time of year which we loved. The area is very easy to get around and has a lot to offer. Love the beaches! Weather can be seasonal this time of year. But we lucked out and had a wonderful weekend. Jennifer was easy to contact and answered in a timely manner.
