Located in Oxford, this attractive house for $888 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Charming one-story home built in 1915. The address is 1538 East Jackson Avenue. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. Wifi and gas grill. Three reserved parking spaces with four additional parking spaces available on a first-come basis. Just eight doors from the Oxford Square. The front porch has two rockers. The side deck has two wrought iron tables with chairs and large umbrellas. Easy walk to the Square and Ole Miss campus or take the free double-decker bus from the Square to the Grove on game day. Sip a beverage on the front porch and wave hello to people walking to and from the Square and campus. Enjoy a meal on the deck and make use of the wrought-iron furniture and gas and charcoal grills. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are available as well as an assortment of coffees and teas. No one lives in this house so the closets and refrigerator are empty and at your disposal. NOTE- I STRONGLY suggest that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in your vacation. We enjoyed the charm of this older historic home within walking distance to the square. It's great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Plenty of parking. Responsive & friendly host. Would definitely stay again.

This home is so cute with a lot of Oxford decor! It is located within easy walking distance to the square and campus. My teenaged son and I came for a camp at Ole Miss and the house had everything we could have asked for. Steve was the very best host and was so helpful and welcoming! Thanks for letting our family enjoy your home!

This cute house was in the perfect location and so cozy. My family and I had plenty of room to spread out and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean, stocked well and comfortable for all of us. The location can't be beat as it's just a 5 minute walk to the square. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for letting us stay in your adorable home.

Stayed over game day weekend. House has great location for visits to the square, and is a short walk to the grove. Parking was easy, and was great that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Owner was easy to get ahold of and came right over when we had an issue with the electronic lock. Would stay again.

This property was an absolutely perfect location!! We were able to walk most every place we went. The home was well appointed and the owner so kind and easy to work with. The house is definitely older, but I considered it charming and cozy. The only only only thing that was not 5-star was the cleanliness...and that was really only the bathroom floors were really were quite dirty (floors only! the sinks,toilet,shower were all fine) and the kitchen (a few utensils looked like they had been put away without being cleaned at all). Even with those only slightly unpleasant findings, I would still stay again...in a heartbeat!! Loved loved loved it.

We were not able to stay in the house because the heat was not working but the owner did refund our money. There are steps between the bedroom and bathroom, so not a good arrangement for for the elderly like us. As noted in other reviews, I don’t recommend it if you are a “clean freak”. Owner was easy to work with.

We love this little house in Oxford! The owner, Steve, was very nice and it was fun to hear the history of the house. It could have been a little cleaner and the porches swept, but otherwise was perfect for us and our guests. Will stay again!

The house was great. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There is a front porch and a side porch with chairs and tables. The house is a short (uphill) walk to the square. Mr. Wooten was great. He was in contact with us a few days before our arrival. He did a walk through of the house via the phone when I got there. Everything went great!

The house could not be in a better location and fit our three couples perfectly. However, the house was not very clean. There was hair found in all the bathrooms and on the toilet upon check in and random underwear was found under furniture in the front bedroom. Also, there is an ant problem in the kitchen. We weren’t in the house much anyways but just overall better cleanliness would set this property over the top because the location is perfect
