The upstairs and downstairs beach front studios..My beach front studios for 2 guests are located right on beautiful sandy Kailua Beach. they are quiet with private entrances and private bathrooms, modern, spacious and tastefully furnished. The tropical beachfront yard is there for you to enjoy...... walk, jog, swim, surf or kite surf on beautiful Kailua beach at your door steps.....or just .relax in the sun...fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves rolling in. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony or lawn overlooking the beach and ocean. No better place to spend the perfect time in beautiful Hawaii. We provide free onsite parking in garage, wireless internet access, air conditioning, overhead fans, kitchenette. Excellent shopping, restaurants, and amenities are all nearby. Honolulu, Waikiki, and the airport are all thirty minutes away by car.We do charge a one time move out cleaning fee of $110.00 ...Our lovely units are private, quite, clean, fully furnished, and reasonably priced. It is managed and run with Aloha by the friendly owners since 1985. We speak English, German, and Spanish. We are not a booking agency. We are members of the Kailua Chamber of Commerce. ....Reasonably Priced at $265.00 plus 17.96% Tax, per night for a studio right on Kailua Beach, Oahu. We also do rent out for 1 month or longer at a reduced price. For availability inquire with owners.....808 262 5409. ...One unit is located on the second floor, in case the unit is not available we also do have a unit with same amenities, same price, same size, same beachfront location and views located on the first floor with beautiful ocean views. The last 15 pictures are of this downstairs unit. Check in is 3:00 PM but earlier check in might be arranged. Check out is10:00 AM

What a great spot. Far better than staying on the "busy" side of the island. Lots of local restaurants and beach's. Parking was a bit challenging but other than that, great location.

If you’re looking for a quiet location, right on the beach, with amazing views, soft white sand beaches, warm gentle ocean waters, and excellent attention from the host, this is the place to book. Right next door to Lanikai Beach, and within driving distance to many tourist sites, this idyllic spot will truly give you a convenient and restorative vacation. It was very hard for us to say good-bye.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and our first Vrbo experience. This host made both very enjoyable. From the beginning, communication was prompt and clear. We were greeted when we arrived, and the host was pleasant even when we locked ourselves out of the unit! The location is perfect for a low-key stay in Kialua. The neighborhood is quite and close to beaches and other amenities--of course the beach is right there. Literally outside of the back door. Everything you might need (including locally owned shops and restaurants) is a short distance away. On our trip, we took a few excursions to Honolulu, and were always anxious to get back watch the waves in the back yard. If you are looking for a quiet place to vacation or a relaxing place to return after excursions to local hikes, parks, and beaches, you can't do any better than this. If we plan another trip to Hawaii, we will make our plans based on the availability of this spot.

Spent 10 days in heaven at this wonderful studio located in a residential area (very uncrowded beach). Listing is just as described, right on the beautiful and pristine beach in Kailua with a beautiful setup on the lawn to sunbath, enjoy your morning coffee, read or just enjoy the view. Eva is an incredibly caring and gracious host, very helpful with local sites, events and shops. Studio had a well-stocked kitchen, with fridge and hot plate, plenty of towels and beach amenities. Would absolutely recommend; we spent time all over Oahu, but loved returning to our home base beach. Local farmers markets/food truck festivals were a great way to sample many local eats. Each segment of the island has its own vibe, and we didn't have a bad meal anywhere. Stores/restaurants were very kind and happy to help with information. Bring water shoes for your excursions, and the sand in Waikiki was the hottest I'd ever felt, and we live not far from beaches. We went to China Walls and Sunset Beach for the sunset, but sitting on the patio and stargazing while waiting for first light and sunrise was amazing. Thank you, Miss Eva for a wonderful 25th anniversary stay!

Was in town for an outrigger competition and the property was perfect for why I come to visit Oahu. Beachfront, really nice accomodations and Eva was the just great. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying in Eva’s beachside property. The views were incredible, and the location was perfect. We were attending a wedding celebration at the nearby military base and went to other wedding events in Kailua. The home was perfectly located for both. We spent at least a little time everyday at the beach right outside the property. The amenities in the apartment were nice and Eva was so accommodating. The air conditioning takes awhile to cool the room so at times we were hot when we first got home, but once it cooled off it was perfect for getting ready, sleeping, etc. We spent most of our time out and about, but we would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in this area of Oahu!

The lanai was a perfect place for your first cup of coffee, or a cocktail at the end of a sun-filled day! Beach access is right out your door & there is secured parking. The room was clean & had all the basic amenities to get you started on your vacation. The location is very convenient to world-famous beaches! Eva was extremely prompt with all communications. Would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Eva and Herman’s pied a terre on their gorgeous beachfront home. Everything was as advertised with all the amenities, some of which weren’t needed- like the air conditioning. Eva and Herman were incredibly welcoming and were very helpful with recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Property location is beachfront, which is convenient and great for quick beach visits. We stayed in the upstairs suite which had a comfortable bed, but the urine odor in the bathroom upon entering the apt. on day one was overwhelming! We had to shut that door to keep the smell out of the living area. Maintenance issues with an electrical outlet in the unit and the garage door need to be addressed. A note warning that a $5 charge will be added to the bill every time the window AC is left on when not in the unit felt petty, especially when paying for an entire week's stay. Finally, an impromptu visit from a bug exterminator and the host at our sliding glass door was not appreciated during our stay.

Our stay was wonderful! The views were stunning and the location could not be better - right on the beach. The rental was clean and well appointed and nicely decorated with island vibes! Eva was a pleasure to work with and she was accessible if we needed anything. We hope to return next year - this place can’t be beat!

Absolutely wonderful location. We chose not to use the A/C so we could hear the waves all night. The view of the ocean and steps to the quiet, gorgeous beach (with view of the Mokes islands) were exactly what we wanted. Eva lives in the house and was always available, offering to help us with anything we needed. She even offered my husband sunglasses when his were lost in the surf. We highly recommend this lovely place.

Eva was there to greet us with her lovely aloha welcome. The unit is right on the beach, where the sunrise and sunset are amazing. The unit is compact, ideal for a couple, and has all the practical needs taken care of. There is a private car space, use of Eva’s lovely garden, and private access to the beach. This property is a little gem on Oahu- would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere quiet, yet close to all amenities

Eva and Rose are wonderful hosts. Their place was probably the base of the best vacation I've ever had. Picture just minutes from the beach with incredible water and beach views. The upstairs apartment is one big room with bathroom with loft ceiling that catches the trade wind breezes with the sound of the surf in the background. Picture sitting out on your private small deck with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine overlooking the beach. Kailua and this rental don't get any better for a wonderful laid back vacation.

The property was incredible. We could walk into town to get supplies or have a meal, walk to Lanikai Beach, or just hang out in front of our rental to enjoy the beach. Everything we needed to make food was right here! Will stay here again most definitely! Thank you, Eva.
