Nestled in Wrightsville Beach, this charming cottage for $473 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to The Tree House! Need a break from all of the hustle and bustle? If so, The TreeHouse is awaiting your arrival! Walk to Beach, Pier, Restaurants, Bars and Grocery. Park your car and do not get back in until you are ready to return home! This cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath abode located in Wrightsville Beach is ready for you to enjoy! This street level, smoke-free cottage is great for someone who does not like to climb up and down steps. The master has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The living room has a pull out sofa with a large flat screen TV. This beautiful cottage sleeps 4 comfortably but, can sleep up to 6 (extra fee) with pull out couch. Also, check out our other property at VRBO#1260330- it sleeps up to 6 and would be perfect if you have another family visiting with you. Spacious living and dining areas. Indoor breakfast table seats 6. Bar in the kitchen area has seating for four and there is a beautiful outdoor 48x20 deck that has a hand- built table that seats 12 and a gas grill for entertaining. Enjoy a shower in one of the two outdoor showers that are provided for you when you return from the beach. The backyard is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence and has been newly landscaped- it truly is an oasis. It is great for families who have children as they can play in the backyard while the parents are relaxing on the deck. The front patio has seating for 6 and sits under one of the biggest oak trees on the island that helps to keep you nice and cool. Or, sit in one of the two rockers and enjoy your coffee in the morning. Also, hanging from the tree is a nice wooden swing. This front yard is perfect if you like to sit and people watch while everyone is coming and going from the beach. Home features WiFi, includes bath towels, linens and sheets. Rates are better than any hotel on the island plus you get the luxury of having separate bedrooms and your own spacious, well appointed kitchen and outdoor space! Home is on the island and is .2 miles to the beach (walk in less than 5 minutes) and .1 mile to Banks Channel (walk in less than 2 minutes). The beach access point is access 18 on E. Henderson Street. We always like our guests to know that this is a duplex. Our family will do our best to make the place as wonderful as we can for you! The common outdoor area is shared space between the upstairs and downstairs unit. We have another unit upstairs that sleeps 6 max as well, it is a bit more expensive, but, this is an option if you have a large amount of people as you could sleep 12 people. Please email for more information. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms with a pull out leather sleeper sofa full kitchen, as well. Please note this is our personal property, not a hotel or a conglomerate that is ran by a property management company. Booked on short notice. Beautiful property and very close to beach. The house was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. The front yard has a nice shade tree. It’s a great location right between the sound and beach. Everything in Wrightsville is within walking distance. We would definitely rent again!

Just a block and a half from beautiful Wrightsville beach, this cozy home is well equipped and owned by wonderfully responsive hosts. The treehouse does not disappoint - well equipped and the washer/dryer unit is a bonus convenience!

We had an excellent time staying at the Treehouse. The size and location were ideal for what we needed. Instructions were clear and property was exactly as they outlined online. The outdoor area was a nice addition, especially the bench swing in the front. The house was clean and property owners were very easy to get in touch with. Overall would highly recommend!

Neighborhood and property owners were great. But few things I need to point out, 1. Found bugs in kitchen. 2. Parking was bit confusing, specifically in the dark. Most of the properties around this one has concrete driveway where as this one has gray stones on the both side of the house. A marking should be helpful. 3. Bedroom TV didn't work.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s a quick walk to the beach and shop/ restaurants. Owner provided a binder full of information about the area - much of which was also shared ahead of the trip - which was very helpful. There was plenty of room inside and out for my family of four. The beach-themed decor made it feel very homey - especially the framed paper plate artwork!

It was so clean, had comfortable mattresses, close to the beach and activities, very well equipped home. There are 2 units and it would be great for one family to stay upstairs and one family in the lower unit another family. There was plenty of parking which is at a premium and we really enjoyed our stay.

The location of this house was perfect for our family triathlon this past weekend. The instructions of where to park and how to get in the house were very well explained. We had no issues the whole time we were there. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was also really nice after coming off the beach. We definitely look forward to staying at this house again in the future :) Highly recommend this place to friends and family!!

We grabbed this reservation for a last minute vacation. It was clean and conveniently located. It met our family’s needs. The outdoor shower was helpful coming off the beach. All the hooks that fit towels and bathing suits were also useful. I personally enjoyed the swing hung from the tree.

Overall, it was very clean, the communication was great, and the neighborhood is quiet. The drawbacks included shower head needs to be changed and since it's the bottom of a duplex, you can hear your neighbor above if they are there.

We needed an easy and relaxing beach vacation. The Treehouse provided it. The location is perfect; groceries, ice cream, coffee, bars, restaurants, and the beach close at hand. We parked our vehicle and never got in again until we left. I would say that tells it all. The hosts will work tirelessly to meet your needs.

We had a relaxing weekend away at this cottage. The accommodations were very clean and as described in the listing. Great location as well for the beach, walks/bike rides and local restaurants. The hosts were super responsive via email and phone/text. We visited in the winter and the host even took the time to call to make sure the directions for heating the property were clear. Would love to visit again in the warmer months!
