A queen size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping area for your guests and family. Station One Condo is steps away from Wrightsville beach, features a community pool, tennis courts, and outdoor gas grills. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and waterfront. Beach access is a short walkway directly from condo grounds. 5 day stay minimum during Memorial Day - Labor Day. Condo lot has parking for 2 cars. No large vehicles. Elevator in building. Outside shower by pool area. Pool opens May first through to the end of September. Occupancy: sleeps 6. No smoking. No pets per building policy. Elevator in building.

Condo was perfect for our weekend get-away with our son who was home from college for Fall break. Right on the beach and convenient to get to the fishing pier.

We love staying at station one because we can walk everywhere, easy access to the beach. The plastic mattress covers are heat trapping and in the primary bedroom the overhead fan ‘clinks’ the blinds all night- so it was a hot couple of nights :) the additional fans were helpful but without the overhead fan, it was hot! Just a consideration. Thanks

Everything was exactly as described. The condo is clean and well-cared-for. Everything we needed was there and the view was exceptional! She left us 2 sets of keys, 2 parking passes, and access to Wi-Fi. There was no lack of bedding, pillows, towels, anything we could have asked for. Barbara was easy to contact and always responsive. We had a fantastic experience!

Over the past decade, we've stayed in many condos at Station One (family beach week and for our kids visiting grandmother who lives in Wilmington). As Wrightsville Beach has gotten more popular, many condos at Station One only rent with 5 night minimum stay for the summer. Fortunately, this unit did not (we stayed 4 nights). As for the condo itself, the unit was clean and well maintained with fairly new and up to date furniture, fixtures, and appliances. We've stayed in units in the past where they haven't changed anything in 20-30 years. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach equipment (4 chairs and umbrellas) were also provided for use.

We really enjoyed our stay! Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful view, clean linens, comfortable beds and pillows! Great ice cream stand on the corner; we indulged almost every night we were there, it was so good! Definitely recommend.

Perfect for a quick weekend at the beach. Very clean and well furnished/ equipped/maintained. Beautiful oceanfront view from balcony and main living space. Short walk to beach and nice pool. Property manager responded immediately to every question we had.

Everything about our stay was amazing. It was a perfect location for going to the beach or going to restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean. The condo also provided many amenities which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely but wish we could have stayed longer (next time!). The condo is as pictured - very clean and well-equipped. Sitting on the patio and watching the waves and surfers was a great way to spend the weekend. And all of the restaurants so close by (just a short walk to several!) were a treat, too. We will definitely return.

The condo is incredibly clean! The kitchen is well appointed for all your needs. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the condo. This is an excellent location on Wrightsville beach, and we appreciated the secure setting. The owner and property manager were great and prompt to communicate with. This property couldn’t have been any better!

This is one of the best Wrightsville beach condo's I've stayed in! We have stayed here now three times in the last year and a half. My daughter goes to UNCW and this is so convenient. I love waking up to the ocean every morning. The condo is extremely clean and well equipped. (Could use new pans and bigger wine glasses lol) Overall 5* rating! We will be sure to be back again soon!
