We reserved this for 1 week but did not end up staying in the condo. The entrance to the building was not clean and overall it just looks run down. Upon entering the unit I noticed an odor. There was a plug in air freshener attempting to cover the odor. As we looked around we noticed the walls and floors around the furniture were dirty and beat up. The bottom of the furniture had not been dusted and the dresser was sitting on Kleenex that had been stuck under the legs. The bathtub has large brightly colored flower decals on the bottom of the tub. The decals are discolored with dirt and debris stuck to them. The bathroom sink had drips of an unknown substance. The shower curtain liner was dirty and discolored. The toaster oven tray had grease and food remnants from previous renter. The fridge had either food particles or mold in the seal. The balcony had 2 rusted out tables and dirty rug. The balcony overlooks a parking lot and connects to the neighbors balcony with no privacy barriers on any of the 3 sides. I immediately reached out to the owner to let her know this wasn’t a good fit for us, she's directed me to contact VRBO. I sent multiple pictures to the owner and VRBO. Since there was no resolution the 1st night we booked a room in a local hotel. We worked for 3 days to resolve this but to no avail. VRBO tried to contact the owner on 3 different days but the owners did not pick up. This was a horrible experience.

We were very happy to spend four wonderful days and nights at Three Little Birds condo! It was exactly as described with all attention to detail. We wouldn't hesitate to return again. Thank you for the perfect little "home" in the perfect location!

Thanks to the owners for giving us just what was advertised and more. The directions in and out of the unit were clear and precise, unit was in excellent condition - definitely to our cleanliness standards, location to restaurants and the beach was perfect - nice and close, cc with the owner was excellent- we felt that if something went wrong they would be there and the deck was the best - big with great views and chairs. Small but very convenient location. The balcony is not private at all and overlooks the parking lot and shops but we still enjoyed it. For Santa Rosa, you can’t beat the location. We walked everywhere, never got in the car once we arrived.

This condo was super clean and close to many things to do! The beach is a short, quiet walk and very convenient! We loved Sunrise Coffee & homemade biscuit sandwiches each morning! Be sure to check out The Vue restaurant for a lovely dinner! Thank you to our hosts for sharing their lovely place!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Gulf place has so much action and an easy walk to the beach. We had coffee on the balcony every morning, and ate at all the local restaurants. Condo was very clean and welcoming. The pull-out couch worked perfectly for our toddler. Hosts were polite and responsive. Would definitely come back.

I was very pleased with my stay and enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee each morning from the coffee shop downstairs then walking across the street to the beach. It was also next to a popular restaurant with a bartop overlooking the ocean. Even though there are a lot of shops and live music around the condo, there was never an issue of it being noisy. It was in the perfect location and it was very clean!

This place couldn’t be in a more convenient location. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars, and right across the street from public beach access. We didn’t have to drive anywhere which was great! The unit is cozy and comfortable.

Unit is just as advertised. It is an efficiency. I would recommend most for 2 people or 3 person family with small child. We loved the location and nearby restaurants. Steps to the beach is accurate. Owners very responsive. Will look forward to staying again.

This property was exactly as pictured. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Walking out to the balcony and enjoying the view was perfect. The location is right on 30A and just a short drive to Seaside and Alys Beach!

My daughter and I were looking for a quick get away where we didnt have to have a car if we didnt feel like diving. We had already driven from Ky. This condo was perfect. It was in the hear of Gulf place and the beach access was accross the street. Literally a short walk. We could walk to food, drinks, coffee and the beach. Even being in the heart of the action it was peaceful when it was time for bed. We are already looking at the calender to see when we can come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is close to the beach, coffee shop and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. We could tell the owner really loves their condo. Good communication and they were thoughtful to our needs. There was a cute welcome bag for us when we checked in. We definitely would stay again!

We were in town for a wedding in Water Color and stayed for one night. It was the perfect place to get ready for the events and stay the night. Everything was very clean and comfortable. heather was super quick to respond and was gracious enough to let us check in early so we were not rushed to get to the wedding. It’s right above some great restaurants and coffee. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at 3 Little Birds was fantastic! The location was AMAZING! Literally right across the street and we were at the beach. Not to mention lots of options for dining right in the complex, across the street or a short drive away! The room was just right....cute, clean and included just what we needed. The owners were easy to contact and so helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Heather and Tim were extremely hospitable and lovely. Super easy to communicate with and provided us with all the needed information prior to check in, which made the process go smoothly. Place was extremely clean and smelled great! GREAT location from the beach. We went on long walks every morning it was amazing. Only down side is most resturaunts in the area close around 8 or 9, which has nothing to do with the listing, but just fore warn! Loved this place and would def stay again! :)

We really enjoyed ‘Three Little Birds’ as it is nested in a perfect location in Gulf Place. We parked our car for our entire visit and was able to walk to dinner, shops, and of course Santa Rosa Beach. Really enjoyed the trip!

Through some fault of my own, I did not realize that the property was the size of a hotel room. It was a beautifully appointed space. But way too small. Areas around the furniture and walls were very dirty. We left a day early, as we wanted to come home to more comfortable surroundings. I don't plan on putting this review on the VRBO website, as I should have investigated the size of the space more throughly. Thank you!

I was looking for a place for just me and this was perfect. Clean, comfortable and close to everything I needed (beach, food, shopping). I felt safe here while traveling on my own. Having a nice coffee shop right below me was convenient for my morning Java. I highly recommend this spot for one or two people.
