Breakers West, Unit B-1 is a spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom residence at the highly sought after Breakers West community that's only 100 yards to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Less than a 2 minute walk - we've timed it! This non-smoking condo has tons to offer. Two bedrooms, two full baths - both bathrooms fully renovated in the last year! A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything guests need to make themselves at home. In-condo laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Unlimited wi-fi included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are all provided for guest use. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has two twins, and both bedrooms have TVs. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and flat sceen TV. And guests can relax on the lanai overlooking the pool and lush green landscaping. Being an end unit, B-1 has extra windows allowing tons of extra sunlight. Breakers West is sure to impress through it's immaculately kept condition and fantastic location and amenities. It is a three story building with only 18 privately owned condos nestled among palm trees and hibiscus on beautifully manicured grounds. Its limited number of units and location on West Gulf Drive contributes to an uncrowded and relaxing vacation. The complex offers a heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and is conveniently located very close to the bike paths of Sanibel. And don't forget to check out the stars on the beautiful rooftop deck! Sanibel Island offers amazing bike paths, the Ding Darling wildlife refuge, golf courses, shopping, and of course fantastic restaurants! Come and enjoy the low-key, relaxed island vibe! There is one passenger vehicle parking space on site that is designated for your use, at no extra charge. No trailer, RV, or second vehicle parking space is available. On-island management available during business hours, and 24/7 by phone, to assist with your check-in, check-out and questions or concerns during your stay. Host is also available by phone, text, or email and is very responsive to any questions you may have about things to do, places to eat, or any other concerns. No smoking allowed indoors, on our lanai, or anywhere except in the property's designated smoking area. We cannot accommodate pets per the rules of of condo Association.

We stayed 4 nights in unit B1. The apartment was very clean, updated, bright. Nicely appointed kitchen, although we didn’t cook a lot. We ate all our meals on the screened in balcony that also had a ceiling fan (take-out). There are beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The beach access is private and takes about 2 minutes to walk from your door to dipping your toes in the ocean! The pool is also very clean and it is hidden behind some palm trees. So when you’re sitting on your balcony, you don’t really see it. We went 3 times and were the only ones there. It’s about a mile to Bailey’s general store and Billy’s bike rentals. You are close to Tarpon Bay Explorers and Ding National Wildlife Refuge. Sanibel is a beautiful and quiet island and our stay at Breakers West was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was nice, clean and only a short distance from the beach. The owner communicated with us about construction that might happen during our stay. It didn't bother us at all. We were all very pleased and will definitely look into booking here again on our next Sanibel trip.

This is our seventh straight year going to Sanibel for our summer vacation in July. We have always stayed at Breakers West, but this is our first year staying in B1. The apartment was very clean & nicely updated. The apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great communication with the owners, and check-in & check-out process was a breeze. We will definitely look for this unit again next year. Great family memories!

This condo could not have been any more perfect for our stay! When we arrived, the condo was spotless & everything was easily accessible. We took a girl's trip, there were 5 of us & it was the perfect space for us & very comfortable. We were all blown away by the amenities available inside the condo. Two coffee makers, toaster, fridge, washer, dryer, blow driers, & television were all used on our trip but what really stood out to us was all of the beach items that were available! 5 backpack style chairs were comfortable to wear & sit in at the short walk to the beach. There was a small cooler, beach mats, nets, sand toys, etc. as well. We LOVED the chairs & nets & found many, many treasures at the beach! We also utilized the pool a couple of times during our stay. Again, it was a great amenity to have steps away from the condo. The host was also very thoughtful & warned that the parking lot was under construction before we arrived. To our surprise, they never worked on the parking lot while we were there so we didn't have to hear the equipment or struggle with the construction dust. The host was also very quick to respond to questions. Would highly recommend this condo!

Loved our time here with our 2 young kids. Very nice 2 bdrm’s and 2 bath’s, nice pool right outside and 100 yard walk down a nice sandy trail to the beach. Perfect family getaway and we will certainly be back.
