About this house rental

Located in Prattville, this attractive house for $1,184 per night is a great option for your next break. Our home was designed and built specifically for groups. The wide open floor-plan allows everyone to be together and socialize. Relax on the sofa, play pool, or enjoy the view with your favorite beverage! The location is very private, but only 2 miles from shops and restaurants. Amenities include 4 Master Suites (8 queen beds), 4.5 Baths, HUGE "Great Room", Pool Table, 5 HDTV's and Concierge Services. The views from our screened porch are spectacular! Our 2 Oster Golf Houses have a total of 16 queen beds and are right next to each other, with a putting green between them. The Hogan house pricing is based on 8 guests, but we allow up to 12. Each additional guest is $125 plus tax, per night. (Note: the fireplace is inoperable)

I had a work conference in nearby Montgomery. Hotel rates were ridiculous so I found a much better alternative. The location was convenient to Montgomery and the back deck overlooking the golf course was great.

The house is large and well-appointed, with an open concept upstairs kitchen/living area. Great comfy leather couches and recliners in the family room and a collection of games, plus a pool table. Outside was a putting green and corn hole. The view of the golf course is beautiful. It is really set up for a group of golfers with 8 queen size beds in four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Only downside is the beds are high, so keep that in mind if staying with small children.

Excellent Property located at the entrance of Capitol Hill. The house is fantastic for golf and the accommodations cannot be beat. Excellent set up for entertaining and watching your favorite sporting event after a day on the golf course. We will definitely stay at this property again when we come back to Capitol Hill. Just rented both houses with a group of friends at the end of Sept. It is the perfect set up for a large group of golfing buddies. The houses are very nice and so is Capitol Hill. We'll be back.

We had a golf outing and rented both homes for the weekend. It was the perfect set-up, especially with the putting/chipping green in-between the houses. House was clean and comfortable. This was the 2nd year in a row to rent the house and will likely be back next year!

Our group was celebrating our 25th year of a 16 man golf trip. The Oster houses were the BEST accommodations we have experienced in the history of our event - HANDS DOWN. On top of that, the golf at Capitol Hill was spectacular - diverse courses, challenging but fair. Rick was an incredible host and resource - responsive to any and all questions and a delight to work with - what can I say - amazing! If there was a SIXTH star I would have chosen it!

Rick’s houses are the absolute best. He spares no expense and every detail is taken care of. Our group of 8 had a awesome time staying at this house and playing the beautiful RTJ courses. Top notch!!

The layout is just about perfect. The only exception to that is if you have a group that goes to bed at different times the noise will carry. The golf course is also a huge place, play the Judge, so beautiful!

12 guy golf trip and we had a blast. House was great. Spacious and luxurious while hanging out. House is really geared for 8 guys in my opinion. We used the 2 provided blow up mattresses and bought 2 more. Light bulbs out on the front porch made it a little tricky for maneuvering in the dark. Loved having the 2nd fridge and an awesome bbq allowed us to stock up on groceries for our stay so we could enjoy the camaraderie and keep the group together. Putting green was great for some chip/putt competitions.

My four friends and I had plenty of space to relax given the number of bedrooms, the ample kitchen and dining room, the covered patio, and the large den with big screen TV. Close proximity to Publix for grocery shopping. We had great cooks in our group, so we ate most meals in the house and could not have been happier. The three courses are so close you can walk to them if you wish! You must try the RTJ and especially Capitol Hill! If you do you must make the homes on the property your home base!

This place is perfect for a guys golf trip. Everything is perfectly setup for 8 guys on a golf trip. Location is ideal for playing the RTJ Trail and the house is in great condition and has all the amenities you would be looking for on a golf trip house. I would highly recommend this place.

This is our second time renting the home and we enjoyed it more this time than the last. It is located in a great area for the golf courses at Capitol Hill and is in close proximity to other course on the trail. A quick ride gets you to Grand National, Cambrian Ridge, Oxmoor Valley & Ross Bridge. The home was perfect for our large group and having 4 master suites with full bath made it a very comfortable stay. We would definitely rent again when we are in the area.

perfect house for our needs

we are not golfers but needed a house large enough to accommodate all of us. We were going to a 100th year celebration of a church my husband went to as a child and his brothers and sisters were coming from all over the country. We were able to house 10 easily at the house and enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready in the morning. We also were able to cook dinner each night for everyone staying at other locations. We enjoyed watching the golfers in the early morning and still had fun trying the putting green.

the perfect spot for 8 guys to unwind after a round of golf. Every detail was thought of. Clean, comfortable, and close to anything you'll need during your stay(if its not already provided). Stocked to the gills from the kitchen to poker chips. What a well executed concept! We'll be back next year!

The perfect house for a golf vacation

We plan this vacation for many months and the house was perfect. It had everything that we needed. Four bedrooms with four bathrooms were perfect for our situation. Having the bedrooms on the ground floor was very convenient and it was great having them next to the laundry room. The pool table, couch, kitchen and TV area were fantastic. The only thing missing was the Jacuzzi to help our sore muscles after 36 holes. I would definitely stay there again

This is a perfect spot for a guys golf trip. The house is perfect for 8 with plenty of space for everyone with 4br and full 4ba. House is in great shape with pool table, couches and screened in patio for hanging out. There is a grill and full kitchen so we at all our meals there. It is less than 1mile from Capital Hill and the golf is great. Love the variety of the 3 courses you can play in Prattville. The clubhouse will keep your clubs and them have them on the carts when you arrive the next day if you are playing back-to-back. We will definitely be back and will be staying at the Oster golf houses again!
