The house was clean and comfortable but there were little issues. The remotes were missing the back piece so the batteries were constantly falling out. The tv in the living isn’t connected to internet and we (5 young adults) couldn’t get the cable to come on. We had to call maintenance and it took that guy 10 minutes to get it on. The normal pool alarm was broken so they’ve installed a temporary one. The temporary one is very annoying. It goes off the entire time you have a back door open. The normal alarm in other houses I’ve stayed in have a button to push to mute the alarm for a few seconds while you walk in and out. We had a baby in the house so we couldn’t open the back door at all when she was sleeping because the loud alarm would wake her. It’s very disruptive and had it been disclosed I would have chosen at different house.

Place was as advertised with ample beds and baths for the whole crowd. Kitchen well appointed and we loved sitting by the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. The buzzer took some getting used to but we figured it out (appreciate the safety of it).
For an even more enjoyable stay, it would have been nice to have access to a skimmer for the pool (filter/pump was not working well). Also the kitchen could have had a couple more basic items like sugar packets and foil/plastic wrap.
We walked around the resort some and liked the pool areas. We never took advantage however as we stayed at our own private pool! Would definitely consider coming back.

This three-story house exceeded all of our expectations! With six adults and 5 kids, we were very comfy in our home away from home for a week. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool at the house and the larger one at the resort. Located minutes from stores made this truly convenient. We would definitely book this again in the future!

if anyone wants to go outside, the pool alarm beeps. Even if you press the button like the directions say to. It’s extremely loud and the infants with us didn’t nap.
The smell of the cleaner they used was very strong and gave me a headache all weekend.
The main pool was fun and had good food.

Check in was EASY, we traveled 14 hours & weren’t able to check in before 4pm however while waiting we were able to enjoy hotel amenities & lounge in the beautiful lobby!!! We had three families enjoy the weekend here. Plenty of space, relaxing pool and outdoor area. Beds were very comfortable! Loved that each room had it's own bathroom and the pool bath was great for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the entire experience of staying in this home with Margaritaville! We never really had to leave the resort area. Our home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! This house is close to the resort pool with only a short walk. The pool alarm at the house was annoying but we understood the reasoning so we just had to deal with it. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was quick and easy and prompt responses to any questions. Only have 2 small complaints - 1. The button near the back French doors to disarm the pool alarm wasn’t working so any time we went out the door to the pool, we had to listen to that obnoxious noise. 2. There’s a cute little Margaritaville themed bar stand out by the pool. One of us just put our foot on the foot rest on the bottom of the bar stool and it snapped right off - the wood is dry rotted. The management company was notified of these issues when we checked out. Other than those minor things, we very much enjoyed staying in this house!

We had never stayed at this property before. To say the least we were very impressed from start to finish. The girls at the main desk we're very knowledgeable when I stopped to check in. I had a question throughout this day they always had the answer. We had a small maintenance problem with our hot tub there was someone there within 15 minutes to fix it. The house itself was Immaculate when we got there. My family consists of three smaller families our house was five bedroom we had one extra but each family had its own floor. There is nothing bad I have to say about my experience

This house was everything we dreamed of and more! Each room had its own bathroom. There was also a bathroom in the kitchen and outside by the pool! The double balconies (2nd and 3rd floor) are to die for! Everything was super clean. So many pool towels which were in the cabinet under the TV. There are lots of stairs but that’s ok. Everyone was always together in the living room and dining room/ kitchen. The pool was a tad bit too warm for the summer but other than that was fine. Bring some extra shampoo conditioner and body wash because one you are out it will not be replenished. check in process was amazing even received a welcome drink for the entire family upon checkin.. we got to check in early which was awesome as well. All and all great service and will for sure come back again and again!

We couldn’t figure out where exactly it was coming from but was there when we got there and remained the entire trip. Check in was super easy and they were very pleasant. Loved the cute tiki bars the house had! Margaritaville Orlando is still my fav place!

This home is wonderful! We spent a week here with our children and grandchildren. The home has a wonderful floor plan, slept 10 easily. It was clean and so close to the various parks! The home we stayed was beautiful and easily accommodated our needs and more! We didn’t realize there was a bathroom outside by the pool. We did have a few issues initially (the air conditioner wasn’t working, but someone from Margaritaville came and fixed it promptly). The main issue we had was the cleanliness of the floor in the home. Within minutes of walking around barefoot on any level of the home, the soles of your feet were disgusting from the dirt.

Fun Stay
We stayed at this unit for a bachelor party. The overall unit is very nice and comfy. It is a bit hard to find the location of it though, but we eventually got there. Nicely decorated throughout. The pool was warm and the hot tub was very hot. Be prepared to walk some stairs if you stay on the top floor. Also, towels and soaps were very scarce. About one per person, which is not ideal when staying in a place with a pool. We called to get more towels and were told that is why there is a washing machine in the home.... Not the best answer. Also, we requested pool towels which were supposed to be in the home and we were brought a giant clear bag of unfolded pool towels....The pool also had a lot of debris in it which we had to clean out ourselves. For the price, I feel this should have been done for us. Lastly, the floors were dirty and it was brought up by several of the people staying there. Our feet were black when walking around barefoot. Other than that it is a nice place overall. Good if you are wanting to stay in a place with a lot of people.
