We d be honored to have you be our guests and make your trip an extra special experience! This is a custom, hand-built tiny home from the frame to stairways. Have fun shelling / snorkeling / sun tanning at the beach, and enjoy your quiet getaway in our time home--at night put together something to eat in our kitchenette, and binge your favorite show on Netflix over some ice cream. While layout and space are challenges for designing tiny homes, our tiny home provides a warm, comfortable layout which will comfortably house and sleep 1-5 people.

It was perfect spot for us for our short stay between places. The location was good and the place was very clean. The host was easy to communicate with.

Exterior of tiny house significantly worn compared to photographs. I booked so quickly that I didn’t notice this tiny house was in a trailer park smh. That probably would have deterred me from staying if I knew before I booked. But I felt very safe and comfortable there and would book again. I appreciate finding an affordable tiny house on this app while so many of the prices in Sanibel/fort meyers are inflated. Interior of tinyhouse was very clean. AC was left on prior to my check-in which I appreciated. People in trailer park were kind neighbors and waived and said hello when I walked around. Had Ubers come to the tiny house a couple of times without a problem, neighbors were kind and asked if we needed help finding anyone’s home. Host replied quickly to my messages when I asked if I could extend my stay. Host communicated promptly and clearly about extending my stay and giving me priority to other folks trying to book. All in all an affordable and pleasant experience. Pool and hot-tub clean and not overcrowded. Would book again.

As a single person off on vacation, this tiny home worked great for me. It offered all of the conveniences I needed. I appreciated the bed on the lower level over the upstairs, partly because of the fan on the wall that kept the room at a very comfortable temperature, partly because it kept out the early morning sun. What I especially appreciated was how close it was to other activities in the area. It was not far from the kayak rental place or from the dock from which my sunset sail departed. It was close enough to Ft. Myers Beach so that I could take advantage of the good restaurants that are now open and also to the beach without having to deal with the construction and the higher prices on the beach. It is also next door to an ice cream place. Yeah!

I chose this tiny house because it had a bedroom on the main floor. My knees do not handle steps or ladders. The pictures accurately show the interior of this tiny house.

I never ended up staying at this property the owner neglected to tell me that there was damage from the storm and they were rushing to have it repaired. I asked before booking and I was not told of the problem I was just given the ok to book. Then the night before staying at the property I was sent an email that the property wasn’t repaired and couldn’t stay there. Well by this time I was already flying there and had to scramble to find other accommodations which were now extremely overpriced. The owner of this property should never have secured any bookings untill the property was repaired,this was a horrible trip. The only upside was I was given a full refund but that goes without saying.

Very clean and had all the supplies you’d need including an air fryer, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, utensils, towels and etc. The owner was incredibly sweet and responded quick to any questions or concerns and made sure to ask many times if we needed anything and hoped we had a good stay. Overall we had an amazing stay and will definitely consider staying there again and referring others to stay there as well!

When looking for hotels for our time around Fort Myers/Sanibel Island, I stumbled across this property and immediately booked it because it's so unique and an experience unlike staying in a hotel! My children loved staying in the tiny home and it was plenty big enough for a family of 4. The sunrises are beautiful from the bed on the top level. The neigbors are very close since it's a campground/trailer park type of set up but I didn't hear one single peep out of anyone all night...very quiet, very respectful. I had a small hiccup with being able to input the code on the lockbox upon arrival and for checkout, but the host picked up her phone both times I called and had a solution both times!

We had spent most of our trip in Fort Myers Beach and we wanted to stay another night. Everything was sold out and then we found a tiny house. What a treasue! Perfect for two or three. Our crowd was five. Little tight but it worked. Thank you so much highly recommend !!
