Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation property on lake guntersville, which is home to the best bass fishing in the world! -newly updated throughout -patio space perfect for lounging or bbq (bbq grill included) -beautiful covered porch overlooking lake -huge front lawn -one boathouse with slip included, and 2nd boathouse can be used for boat tie downs and fishing -sleeps 8 comfortably - kitchen features every necessity for cooking, full size appliances. -booth in kitchen seats 4 -dining room table seats 4 -bedrooms feature 40' hd tvs -living room features 55' hd tv, cable, and roku stick -large sectional couch in living room -master & 2nd bedroom have queen beds -3rd bedroom features bunk beds (bottom bed is full size) - large soaking tub & shower in master bathroom. -tub & shower in 2nd bathroom -full size washer/dryer. -all linens included -free wi/fi, cable and roku stick for movie watching. -ample parking -iron & ironing board included -5 minutes from downtown guntersville, 25 minutes from huntsville -conveniently located within walking distance of beverage & convenience store -drive your boat to many restaurants including the new city harbor, guntersville state park steakhouse, top o' the river, winzell's oyster house, and many others! Check in time is 3:00 P.M. Check out time is 11:00 AM cst The lockbox code will be sent once the rental is cleaned and ready for checkin.

the owner was super hospitable. very nice property. the only thing that was different than expected was that the home wasn't directly on the water. It was maybe 60 yards from the water to the front porch, so we didn't have the lake porch hang time than I thought we would, but that didn't really impact our experience. highly recommend.

The house was clean and had all the things you need for cooking. Could use a bigger hot water heater couldn’t take more then one shower at a time.

I'm not one to want to criticize, just like to point out a thing or two to help someone else. Found the kitchen lacking with one roll of paper towels, very little dish soap, no soap in bathroom, had to go buy toilet paper, salt shakers mostly damp from I guess humidity in the house, I'll just leave it at that. I was really afraid to leave my boat in the dock as there was so much grass in that cove I didn't want that in my motor. I trailered to the ramp down the road each time (which I don't mind doing) but the driveway was in bad need of tree trimming and it's a little hard to navigate thru. It was a wet week so the property was in need of some good lawn maintenance. I believe the owners are nice people and I truly am not just picking on them. I wish them all the best! Just needs some freshening up.

Awesome location. Close to everything? no matter which way you wanted to go. Easy access to lake and really loved having our own boatdock and slip. Very clean and stocked with everything youd need. Our first but not our last.

Bring an extension cord if you need to charge your boat batteries. Yes, there is road noise, but you can't hear it inside and you're on the water in one of the better fishing creeks on the lake (Seibold). What more is to be said? You can can catch em right off the docks, twitch a frog thru the vegetation and see what happens. If you're small have someone hold on to your leg so you don't get snatched off the dock. LOL

This was a Father and son's fishing trip. We enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect! The place had everything we needed. Especially loved being able to use the boat dock for our boat. Will stay again in the future!

We’ve been doing annual fishing trips to Guntersville for over 20 years. 8 in our group this year. The location is excellent if you want to trailer you boat to other areas of the lake. If not the dock has plenty of room.. our group is older, 40 to 80urs old. The bunk beds were a little hard on us but other than that a great place to stay. Location on the lake is excellent. Hope to stay again.

This was such a cute little spot! Right on the lake with boat docks to enjoy. Everything was perfect and ready when we arrived. And there was plenty of room for my family. We will definitely book here again when in town.
