About this condo rental
Located in North Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $410 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Immediately upon entering you will know you are in Paradise - spectacular is the only word to describe the condo and the panoramic views. From the balcony, you'll see the vast, white, sandy beach, sparkling ocean, piers, and sun deck below with multiple pools and beach walkway. As a bonus, there are also views, out the front, that include the Cherry Grove Inlet, channel homes, and golf course beyond. Inside you’ll be amazed with the exquisite amenities, the nautical theme, tropical colors, and unique furnishings. A perfect, well-equipped kitchen awaits the chef in your crew with granite counter tops, new top-line stainless steel appliances including a slide-in range with glass cook-top and warming drawer, an Executive Chef cast iron sink and instant hot water dispenser. A gorgeous handcrafted Cypress-wood bar, with four bar stools, separates the kitchen and dining area which includes a glass-top table, six palm-tree chairs and a wine bar/cabinet. The living area is appointed in a maritime theme with bright, comfortable furnishings, lots of glass to bring the ocean and beach right inside and a custom-designed, hand-crafted Cypress-wood entertainment center complete with 50” HD flat screen TV including DVR, surround sound, Blu-ray player with CD and iPod docking and a Wii Game Console. On the balcony, you can have lunch, cocktails or just relax on the glider or lounge chairs while you enjoy the beautiful view of the beach below and feel the ocean breeze blowing across your face. Our condo accommodates a maximum of six people with its three bedrooms and three baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42 inch flat screen HDTV with Blu-ray player, and an additional large sliding door entrance to the 30 foot balcony. Your master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. The yellow bedroom has twin beds which can be converted to a king-size bed, 42 inch HDTV with DVD player, desk, a window with views of the channel, inlet and golf course beyond and an adjoining bath with a tub/shower combination. The green bedroom has the same marvelous view, queen size bed, and a 32 inch flat screen HDTV with DVD player. The adjoining bathroom has a tub/shower combination and also opens to the hallway. Paradise Pointe is landscaped with tall Palm trees and amenities that include both indoor and outdoor pools, a Lazy River, kiddy pool, and a wonderful pool deck where you can relax, bask in the sun and listen to the ocean just beyond. It’s located near the end of the island which is a great place to hunt for seashells and enjoy long walks on the wide beach. Just a few blocks away is the Cherry Grove Park and Boat Ramp which includes a boat launch, fishing pier, floating boat dock, picnic shelter, bird watching pavilion and parking for the Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. The Preserve extends into the Cherry Grove Marsh, is maintained in its native state and is accessible via a series of boardwalks and observation docks with signage throughout that describes the plants, animals, fishes and birds that can be seen in the park. Additionally, for business or pleasure, a secure internet connection is available with high speed wireless throughout the condo along with a printer/copier. We also have a beach storage closet that’s filled with toys, chairs, and beach essentials, all yours to enjoy. We’ve tried to ensure that your only disappointment will be having to leave at the end of your stay . . . but not to worry . . . we’re counting on you to come back soon and we’ll leave the lighthouse light burning for ya! We are friends from high school & have stayed here the past 7 yrs…always look forward to sitting on balcony watching ocean, condo has well equipped kitchen, it’s quiet & the condo is very welcoming. We love staying here!!

It was like going home. What a beautiful condo and so well organized. There were rocking chairs! I loved that. The walk in shower was a big plus. The kitchen is modern with everything you could need. The property manager was knowledgeable, accessible and friendly. She answered all our questions. The ocean was just a short walk from the building and it was so peaceful sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in. We hope to be able to return next summer.

Jean's place was great. The added amenities...welcoming bottle of wine was a very nice touch, coffee, spices, etc. We will definitely keep this on our go-to place. Rose was amazing greeting us and staying in touch as needed.

We chose Jean's condo because of the view of the ocean and the amenities listed. 4 sisters got together for a big birthday celebration. It was quiet and had everything we needed. We ate in often and although the kitchen was small, we made it work with the bar as a buffet area and the dining room table was great to eat and play games. The main bedroom's mattress was so comfortable, I came home and bought one exactly like it!!

The condo was comfortable and inviting. Ms. Jean definitely has the spirit of hospitality because it was shown all through the condo. Puzzles, books, all types of tv, absolutely everything you needed or wanted for playing/relaxing on the beach. Kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked. Water pressure in showers was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more.

All of the reviews I read about this property were correct...it is a wonderful place to vacay! Very comfortable & well stocked with kitchen, linens including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We were blessed with beautiful weather and the beach was perfect. We were three senior sisters & husbands and had a relaxing, enjoyable beach vacation without crazy parties or overcrowded beach.

It was our first time staying in Cherry Grove and it was a fantastic experience. It was so much less commercialized than Mrytle Beach. The condo was so spacious and clean. There were six of us and we had plenty of space. The beach access was so close and we went back and forth to the pool and beach each day. The resort was very safe and family friendly. Will definitely be back again…

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in at the beach! It was beautiful, incredibly clean, and so well appointed that I scolded myself for overpacking. The attention to every detail was impressive, and my family marveled at how comfortable the entire experience was for them. We cannot wait to return.
Also, shoutout to Rose, who mailed me one of my earbuds that I accidentally left in one of the fabulous provided beach chairs :)

I am a very Senior citizen and have stayed at many, many vacation homes BUT never have I stayed at vacation home like this. The owner and her property manager are the very best I have ever encountered. This condo has virtually everything so that all you have to bring is your swimsuit and a smile. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay in Cherry Grove. We loved the nautical/sea theme and the views from the balcony. The kitchen was well appointed, the living room furniture and beds were comfortable, and even beach chairs and towels were provided. The condo was spotless and quiet. We appreciated having three bathrooms.
The owner, Jean, and her manager, Rose, were very pleasant and accommodating.
I have not enjoyed a vacation house/condo more than this one.

We loved staying at Jean's condo! We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and we could not have asked for a more perfect condo to stay in. All communication with the owner and the manager was easy and quick. They were both attentive and accommodating. The condo was decorated very nicely and it had everything we could have ever needed for our stay. It was great that she had beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and beach toys for the guests to use. This made it so convenient to not have to bring our own. I have rented a lot of places and this was probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The linens on the beds and the towels were also top notch. She even had beach towels that we could use. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away to a beautiful oceanfront view. The only hesitation I would have is bringing very small children. This is only because she has so many cute decorations, I would be nervous about little ones that did not know better, breaking something.

Perfect spot. Beach access is great. Just a few steps away. Balcony view is wonderful.

We've stayed six or seven times at this condo, which tells you how much we love it! The owner and property manager are kind, gracious and attentive to every detail. It is beautifully appointed and fully stocked with everything you need besides groceries. Gorgeous views, feet from the beach, everything you want for a peaceful, relaxing get-away!

An absolutely gorgeous condo. Rose does an amazing job keeping it super clean. Jean is a lovely owner who goes the extra mile to make her property delightful. Beautiful decor, beach gear available to use, light switches marked for easy use, games & puzzles for family time, and the kid-favorite toy box. We’ve stayed at many beach condos over the last 40 years and this is the nicest, cleanest, most enjoyable unit we’ve had the pleasure of renting. We will definitely be back!
